Hi everyone. Avi Arya here. It's my nice walk in the cold and I wanted to make a video here before it gets dark so you can enjoy the beauty of that I am able to see here around your hero day. See, we are all heroes and heroines of our own story, and we make up our own stories, but most of it starts from the head. So what is the kind of culture, the hero culture that you want to take home depends entirely on you. You could be the husband, the wife, the kid. Whoever's listening to this on a podcast or on video, you must remember that nobody else is responsible for the culture that you're creating in your home except you. So doesn't matter what stresses are happening in life, doesn't matter how things are turning for or against you or seemingly for or against you. Just make sure you do one thing you tell yourself before entering your home. I'm going to take off my Suraksha Kavach, my jacket. And your jacket, it's got all the dirt of the day, of the negativity, everything that you picked up from different people that you might have met or environments that you might have been around. Leave all of them outside. When you come outside, you leave your wet jacket in the rain or stub outside. You don't want to take it home because it's to protect you from other things. They don't need to go inside the house. Similarly, in our mind, your jacket, your jacket has to remain outside. All the stuff that we've accumulated from what's happened in the day, don't bring the anger, the stress. What will happen tomorrow? What will happen to my business? It might finish, it might collapse. I might not have money, all the insecurities. I might lose my job, my partner might leave me. Multiple things that happen to every single human being, by the way. Millionaires, billionaires, people who are starting up, people who are working in a job, people who are from small towns, people who are wanting to immigrate to a different country. Every single human being has all these kind of insecurities. But there are champions who understand that to be able to build a hero culture, you take off the jacket that you wore all day, keep it outside in your mind, make sure that the mindset that you're taking into your home, which is your sanctuary, which is your mandir, which is your temple, where you're going in to create a culture for your wife, for your kids, for your family, for your husband, for your mom, for your dad, for your grandparents, for whoever stays with you, for your dogs, for the Pets within you, the fish, whoever is there, your plants inside the house, the books, whoever that you feel in your house is a living being, everything else, everything is a living being in the house. Make sure that you are cognizant of the fact that I am not bringing in anything into my house which is not serving the higher purpose which is to bring in peace and tranquility. Peace and tranquility, ladies and gentlemen, is for us to create and make. And there's no better place to make it than your home, number one. Number two, I am also practicing taking the same kind of peace and tranquility to the office space. Because in the office we have, at the Internet Bogles office, we have some 200 plus moguls who come from different parts of the world and work for us and with us. And everybody comes from different backgrounds and somebody is coming late because they saw their sick parent in the morning and they wish they could spend more time with them and maybe they need to work to earn a living. There are people who have to stand in the line to get a bus in an overcrowded city and it takes them 1 1/2, 2 hours to reach the office. Some people have financial, technical, relationship problems, but they still have to keep marching. They reach the office and the client has an email waiting for them, you know, saying what happened to the deadline? And then maybe there's a boss or a supervisor who's waiting and saying, hey, what happened? I was waiting for you to get back to me. There are so many stresses that happen at Internet moguls. We're trying very hard to create a culture where we say we see you, we acknowledge you, we understand that you're going through what? Going through something. We're all going through something. And so I will do whatever is in my best capacity to be cognizant of the fact, to be aware of the fact that another human being who I might not know him, I might not directly report to him, or he might not be a direct reportee to me or whoever in the company, but I'll make sure that I stop and ask people how they are doing and then actually wait. A lot of people ask how you doing? That's become a norm. We meet somebody, we ask them, how are you? But then to actually wait and wait for a reply and listen carefully, to make sure that you're there for them. Just that simple act allows another human being to feel cared for, to feel that somebody else in the hina, in this whole world actually cared to stop to ask how they were feeling. That's all you need to build a culture in an organization of human beings. So, ladies and gentlemen, your hero. You're the hero, heroine of your life. Your jacket, when you go home, take it off. When you go to the office, make sure that you ask people how they're doing and actually wait a minute to listen to their answer, acknowledge them, support them, and if you can, go ahead and help them. That these simple acts become game changers. Sometimes for us, sometimes for the people for whom we're creating this culture. You could be a one man army. You could be, you could have a team of five or 500. It's up to you to create a culture at home or in the workplace. And then you see the environment around you completely changes. Try it. I've been doing it for a while. It helps tremendously. Completely change the game. You feel happier. And that's all we are striving for anyways, right? Great. So that was the end of the talk today. I thought before the sun goes down, I should make a nice video so all of you can see and I can talk to you about the thoughts that are happening in my head. Once again, this is Avi Arya, father of two girls, six dogs, husband to a superwoman, streetcar racer turned hotelier, now social media marketer, founder of Internet moguls, signing off just for now. See you again.
