Small Business Owners Can Never Go Wrong By Using Digital Marketing To Optimise Hotel Business!

Avi Arya talks with branding coach Isabelle about digital marketing for hotels and small businesses. They cover social media strategy, productivity techniques like "bubble time," and why investing in coaching matters for growth.
Is. And it was a. I can't even. The word I'm looking for is I can't even own this strategy because I stumbled upon it for myself. But I have an online TV show called Leap TV Leap TV. So leaptv.com but in those shows I highlight businesses that are.
Sam.
Foreign.
Hello and welcome to another episode of the Ask Avi Arya Show. We are back in my favorite city, Vancouver PC. It's the beginning of a new year and we've got Isabel on the show. Thank you very much for being here.
Absolute pleasure.
You know, I told you last year I saw you speaking and it was a spirited and full of energy talk that you gave at Ricky Shetty's conference and I became a fan and I said I must invite you on this show. But then there's the right time for everything to happen and it's finally happening.
Here it is. Absolutely.
So how are things been?
Things are amazing, honestly. It's. I'm having a blast and love meeting people like you.
Thank you.
And yeah, no on fire. My clients are on fire.
So you help clients make money, not make the same mistakes again, right?
I mean, yeah, that's a, that's a different way of putting it. I like it. I like it. You know what it is is I help passionate entrepreneurs build extraordinary brands, businesses and lives. So I help them, I look under the hood, basically. I look at what's working well, what's not working well and what's missing in their business to actually build a brand that is worth bragging about. Basically I'm a differentiation expert. I don't know why that word was so hard to pronounce. And I helped small business owner become the best. The first or the other only.
The best. The first or the only.
Okay.
And so this, these could be small businesses, art businesses, or private individuals who wanted to get, you know, personal branding done.
That's right. So it's, it's all about, you know, I started my career working with large corporations, large global businesses.
Right.
And over the years I've been asked to speak on stages to small business owners events about branding and about how to build a kick ass business. And I didn't have any offerings for small business owners and I actually fell in love, I fell in love with the small business owner world. And so I created a whole bunch of different services and offering to really help them kick butt, build great lives, businesses and brands without killing themselves in the process.
You know what, I think it's a great service that you're doing because for the audiences who are watching you in India, the whole Indian subcontinent, uae all the way from Singapore to Sydney and India, uae, all of those places. There's a similarity between small businesses all over the world in terms of the mindset. In fact, if you've seen me before 9 o', clock, I was a wreck. I got a haircut at 9am Before I came for the show and I walked out. Great haircut somewhere here. I don't want to name this add on. And I came out and I tried to review my experience and they didn't have a Facebook page. So small businesses are so busy running their businesses and they have the 2, 300, 400 happy clients they're serving them. They're not looking at the next level. Is that what you see as well?
Well, there's definitely that they're very concerned about social media. In fact, it stops them from sleeping at night. But they don't know how to properly leverage social media for themselves. They don't have a strategy. And by strategy I don't mean something complicated that has a document of 35 pages. I mean something simple. Why do I want to be on Facebook? What is my goal by being on Facebook? How do I encourage people to go and brag about me or brag about themselves through Facebook? The biggest realization that I've had in the past few years is and it was a. I can't even. The word I'm looking for is I can't even own this strategy because I stumbled upon it for myself. But I have an online TV show called Leap TV Leap TV. So leaptv.com but in those shows I highlight businesses that are doing super well and that I want to brag about. So I thought, you know what, Vimeo, for example, Vimeo, great company. I love them, they're amazing to work with. And I highlighted them on Leap tv. And then I went, hey, you know what? I'm going to create a badge and I'm going to let them know that I've bragged about them. Sure, sure. They're going to want to brag about themselves. What do we love to do most? Brag about ourselves.
Absolutely.
So I gave them an opportunity and encouragement to actually brag about themselves. They did not know me. I knew them, but they did not know me. So I gave them the badge, I gave them a little intro and I you were highlighted as a brand hero only tv. Go check it out. If you like it, brag about yourself. What did that do for me? Tremendously huge. Vimeo going to brag about themselves through me.
Nice.
But you see, I didn't sit there and go, how can I leverage Vimeo? No, I went, how can I serve? How can I engage? And how can in return this serve me? But small business owners are so busy working in their business to make the.
Cash flows happen, the monthly salaries never.
Have the time, or they never take stories. They have the time, don't take it, they don't think they have. But to me, if you don't treat yourself as your own best client, so a lot of people say, you know, oh, you know, I tried to do this, I tried to do that, I tried to take the time to do this, but, you know, I don't have time. There's always a client that needs something. I say to people, if you don't treat yourself like your own best client, if you had an appointment with someone who was going to give you 100 grand at 2, would you show up?
Right.
Yes, you would, right? Same for you. So small business owners don't take themselves, they don't take their business seriously enough to actually spend time on their business like they would their ideal clients.
Excellent.
And that causes issues left, right and center.
Well, that's very well said. I'm going to highlight some of these links here. But then what are the, you know, because everybody wants to test social media. They know it's a new medium unlike any other medium. Because most of these small business owners who've been running businesses for a while, they saw newspapers coming in, TVs coming in, radio coming in. They saw how that panned out. And today it's only for the larger brands. And, you know, maybe social media gets very expensive tomorrow. Who knows? Today they can, they see their neighbors and other fellow entrepreneurs making money on the Internet. And you said that, you know, they're having sleepless nights trying to figure this out. So there is an urge, there is, there is a need. They know there is a need for them to get on, but they're wary of. Have they burnt their fingers in the past? Have they feel that, you know, they went for, they went with an agency or they went with a person and they didn't, it didn't turn out well. And that was the last experience that I want to go ahead with it.
I don't know. I don't even think it's that, you know, I think it's that they, they don't. Because they didn't have the proper objectives and strategy.
Okay.
They did not do anything that was worth leveraging.
So it will not clear to them what they wanted out of it. In the first place?
Yeah. Like, you know, you can't just say, oh, I'm gonna go on social media. Well, you can. And at the very least, I would say, you know, people are on social media whether you are there or not. People are. Whether you talk about yourself and you and you engage people, people are gonna talk about you regardless, so might as well be there and take part in the conversation. But I think before going crazy on social media, you must know a few things. You must know what your X factor is.
What is it that makes the differentiator. Like you said.
Correct. Right. What makes you different? Why would I hire you, Abby, rather than John, if you did the exact same thing, even if you were 10 grand more, 40 grand more.
Right.
Why would I hire you? Second thing that they need to know is they need this. What type of engagement? Sometimes you can just engage for the sake of creating a tribe. Sometimes you want to sell something, sometimes you want to add value, sometimes all of the above at the same time. But it's not about always. It's not just about consistency and content is king anymore. It's about really engaging the conversation. I have a program called Build to Rock.
Build to Rock.
Build to Rock. And that program includes a whole part of me communicating with my members through Facebook. I answer questions every day, I give them feedback, I help them with strategy, but I am presently listening every day with what's going on and is it good for them? Absolutely. Is it good for me? It's a great test for me. Not only am I learning more and am I helping and contributing, but I am learning about the main problems they have, what their concerns are. So to me, it's a source of inspiration to create additional content. Right. So I'm leveraging social media in many different ways.
So while doing all of this and, you know, working with entrepreneurs, and I believe you have entrepreneurs and small businesses from different parts of the world, and you have people from different corporations actually flying down here to Vancouver and to talk to you and spend time with you, learn how to run their business. What are the. You know, because everybody's in a hurry. Social media, the whole platform is somehow made for instant gratification. So through this show to the audience, what would be the key three things you would give to them if you wanted to say? If they were to say that it's a better help us with three tips to make extra revenue in 100 days from today.
Okay, well, I'll tell you what. My tips would not have anything to do with online Anything.
Okay.
So I actually Wrote a few things because there's about a thousand tips I could give. Okay, but.
And so to get those thousand tips, we can go to buildtorock.com.
Oh, yeah, you can go to build to rock.com. there's lots. But the first thing that I would recommend for fast because I love. The thing I love about your show is it's how to create results within 100 days, right? Well, creating results within 100 days, looking at your Facebook feed won't do that. Right. It won't help you create results. So a couple things. One, first, you gotta know where the hell you're going, right? You gotta know in 2016 or in the next 12 months, what are your top three objectives that you want to have created. So I call that planning.
I want more sales.
Exactly right. So you want more sales. One, whatever the top three objectives you have, you have to actually have them. And I will say more than having more sales. When people say, isabelle, help me create more, generate more revenue, I go, here's a dollar. Are you happy? Right. No. How much more sales? You got to be very clear, very concise, and you got to see it. So you got to plan your year, then you got to chunk it to a quarter. Right. You got to actually look at in the next three months. If I want to get to my end result, which is a year.
Right.
In my. In the next three months, what are the top two things that I need to focus on? See, people have. Many people don't have goals. They think they have goals, but they have wishes. By the way, a goal is not a goal if it doesn't have a deadline.
A goal is not a goal if it doesn't have a deadline. Okay?
If something. If a goal has a deadline is a goal.
Right.
If your thing doesn't have a deadline, to me, that's a wish.
Right?
Right. So once you know your year, then you break it down to your quarter, then you go, this week. What do I need to do this week in order to reach my quarter and then reach my year? So first, that's. That's something that everybody needs to know. You need to be clear about where you're going.
Right?
Right. Okay. And then the second thing is implement bubble time.
So I'm going to implement bubble time.
I'm going to explain to you what bubble time is. Nowadays. We've got bing, bing, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding. Everywhere, right? The phone's ringing, the chill light, Everything's making two phones. Everything is taking you away focused. And, oh, yeah, I put that on mute, right? Now obviously, because it would be ringing.
All over the place.
So I've created bubble time because in my 20s and early 30s, I had a 20 employees in one office like this. No walls, no doors, and we weren't able to be effective because everybody was always talking. I was always out of concentration. So I created bubble time where it was visible. When I have my headset on, do not talk to me.
Okay?
Right. So I recommend that everyone in business implements an hour and a half minimum per day of bubble time.
So 90 minutes of.
Uninterrupted concentrated time so that you can do a few tasks or a task at hand. And it's important to not be disrupted at all. Now you're going to be disrupted by your thoughts.
Right.
And so that's why I have postits everywhere. So I'm working on something and I get a thought, I go, oh, I forgot about that. I need to email. So and so I don't stop to email. So and so I write it down on a post. It put it aside, continue.
How do you get that discipline to do that? I'm sure you.
And you know what, I'll tell you why, because it got me 67% more profitable than when I don't do that. So that alone was incentive enough for me.
Right, for sure.
So.
So you measure your success as you go along as well for your personal brand as well.
Absolutely. And the more discipline you have for yourself, the more discipline you'll have for us, because we're all good at having discipline for others, but for us it's, you know, all hell breaks loose. So implementing an hour and a half of bubble time, uninterrupted time, you can do what the hell you want in that time, but it's got to be concentrated time. You will see, my God, the profitability, the productivity will go through.
I'm going to try that for myself because sometimes I'm all over the place.
And you know what, I can actually give you a link of a tutorial that I use to teach my clients as to how to better leverage bubble time. So I can actually give you.
Awesome. Yes, we would love to put that link right here.
Absolutely. And the third thing that I would recommend is to do one non negotiable a day.
Okay.
One non negotiable a day. So things that you keep putting off or think I call it, actually my coach, Kevin calls it licking the toad.
Licking the toad. Okay.
You know how there's many things that you don't want to do in a day and then you're not doing them and they grow, they grow into.
Oh yes, oh yes, yes, I know about that. Yes.
And then once you do it, it's really rare that you. That took way longer than I thought. It's usually. Oh that, that wasn't so bad. I'm glad I finished it. Right. So I have this habit of doing one thing that either scares me or something that I don't want to do or something that just is a pain in my mind.
Right.
And I get it done now a non negotiable per day. Don't do it at six at night there all day. You're gonna like be bummed by that.
Right. And you do first thing in the morning, you're never going to do it.
Yeah, first thing in the morning, just get her done. It's going to give a lot of momentum. And when you have mom, things are lighter, things are easier to go through. It's just more fun, you know what I mean?
Sure, yeah.
So these are three things that small business owners, regardless whether your business is online or offline, those three things I guarantee you you will get results way before 100 days. You'll like within the hundred days, you'll see exponential results, but you'll see results like within a day or two.
That's immediate. And, but this requires a lot of self discipline. Right. And I like what you said, that it's so easy to discipline others, but to discipline yourself takes that extra courage.
And it comes back to this whole conversation we had at the beginning, which is treating yourself as your own best client. Right. A lot of people say to me, oh my God, how can you lead a TV show be, you know, have a whole bunch of clients, create content, sell programs online, speak to people, best selling author. How can you do all that? Well, because I put myself on the production board, I put my own business on the production board and I spend a lot of time per week working on my business like I would any other people, any other businesses.
Do you have a morning routine to have the right start?
I do, I have a morning routine. I get up at 4.
At 4.
Correct. I'm an early riser. So of course some of you are gonna say, well that's why you've got, you got a 28 hour day.
You live in Yale Town.
Yes.
And you're obviously not out partying all night because you're up at 4.
Well, I go to bed at around 11, 11:30.
Okay.
Ideally I would like to go to bed at 10, but my head is still running at 10, so. But I get up at 4, 4:30, usually 4. And then I do me time, right? I spend time learning. So by morning time, the house is quiet. Nobody's up, nobody's expecting anything from me. Just, just do what I want. So I learn, I do my homework for my own business. So I don't do anything for my clients at that time.
Time, it's just for me, right.
Then after that I go to yoga meditation. And then after that I come home, have breakfast and then start my day. And then I'm 350% dedicated to my clients. And then at 5, I go to the gym. By the way, this, this girl deadlifts £253 by the way.
Wow.
That's right. I go to the gym at five, three times a week. Not every day, three times a week. I have a trainer, I have an insane amount of energy and as you.
Saw speaking, and even now, I'm sure the audiences are feeling it right now.
And so I need an outlet to really, my job requires a lot of brain cells in the head and so I need an outlet to let that out, let my energy out otherwise as well. And that keeps me at my best.
Like you mentioned before the show started, that there are some parts of your life where you don't want to be a leader.
Yes.
Yoga is one of them.
Yeah, yeah. I lead pretty much all facets of my life and all facets of my clients life as well. I'm the leader in many different.
What's your star sign?
My Scorpio.
Me too.
Yeah.
29-10-Nov. Nov. 5. Awesome. Awesome. But the energy is rubbing off this way for sure. So we discussed the top three things, we discussed some of the mistakes. What are the mindset changes that, you know, entrepreneurs should like you said, you know, you spoke about your morning routine, you spoke about things that I'm sure most of these things are rubbing off, but anything on the mindset change to say, you know what? Because a small owner, business owner does not want to stay a small business owner forever, right? No. Do they think big enough?
No. Because often here's what happens. I ask a client, every client that work with me, one on one, I always ask them, what are we creating? What do you want, you know, what do you want to generate? Who do you want to be known for in this world? Right? And what they answer me is what they think they can do, right? So, oh, you know, I think I could generate 150 grand this year or my massive success. You know, when I ask people what's massive success to you, they'll go. Either they'll go money wise, right? Or. And if it's money wise, I'm always amazed at how low the amount is. And it doesn't mean that massive success means massive amount of money, but it's an indicator as to how small business owners think. And another thing, I was at an event the other day, and I asked someone, she was debating enrolling in my program, and she's like, I don't have. I don't have money. Said, well, you know, it's. It's $2,500. You can't go wrong. This is the least amount of money you'll have to invest ever in your business. Come on. You know, like. And so I put it this way. I said, would you. Would you give me $2,500 if I gave you back 25,000, right? She said, no.
She said, no.
I went, okay, I don't understand. Let me, Let me. Let me. Let me hear this.
Right, right?
I give you 25. You give me $25,000. I get. You give me 2500 and then 25,000. She goes, well, I. I don't have the 2500. I said, yes. This is why you should actually just go for a job, right? Because I don't want to kill your dream here. But the mindset. That mindset.
That is the mindset keep you small.
It will keep you a slave to your business. See, here's the thing, Evie. Small business owners all start their business because they want more freedom, more flexibility, and the ability to make more money. Three months later, they're overwhelmed, overworked, and underpaid. Why? One, because they don't have a business architecture, which I can explain this further in a different interview in a different show, but they don't have. They don't have the systems, the procedures, the tools, the. The strategy, the tactics. The. They don't have the things in place. And they. Their way of thinking is, I'm not gonna risk anything in case this doesn't work. And risking $2,500, right.
To start a business.
Start a business is like. It's like giving me an M and M to start a chocolate factory. You know, honestly, it's.
I can visualize. That's good. That's going to stay with me forever. Yeah, I don'.
How I come up with these things, but I do. So it's about really making sure that you invest in yourself, that you hire a coach, you go through a mentorship or don't do it alone. Listen, I have five different coaches.
You yourself have five different coaches.
Absolutely.
Still learning?
Absolutely. Yeah. I'm always going higher and higher, wanting to be better and better, you know.
So if you can just digress to that. So you actually, that's. Wow. You're actually investing your own money to grow as well. You're not just asking those guys to invest 2500?
Absolutely not.
You actually have people you might be paying to learn from. And for that energy to rub off.
I invest a minimum of $100,000 a year on.
And you call it invest because you know it's coming back multifold.
I became less effective, less profitable, less engaged, less inspired. I felt like things were harder. And it's not like the coach delivers for me. The coach helps me keep my head screwed on straight and my head ended up up my ass.
So it's like your gym coach, right? He makes you do those extra 10 push ups at the end and that makes the difference.
And I will tell you, and I've told my gym coach, I said, here's the thing. If you want me to do a hundred push ups, don't tell me you want me to do 100 push ups. Tell me you want me to do 20 and then 20 more and then five more.
Right?
You can do five more and then 10 more. How about one more? So it's all but truly on my own, I would have done 20 and I would have stopped there.
So the same philosophy applies here as well.
Absolutely, the same philosophy as the philosophy applies here.
So five coaches, wow. And $100,000 on your. That is, that's. That speaks a lot. You know, that actually speaks a lot.
Now you don't, you don't need to invest $100,000 right here. You know, I'm not saying, you know, go, go and invest that. I know people one who invest way more, and I know people invest way less. The important part is get the support that you need from someone who's already done it and who's already been there and who is where you want to be. And to me, I mean, I'm part of a mastermind group. 12 people from around the world that meet every quarter at different parts of the world to help each other. I'm always surrounded by people who are absolutely amazing at what they do and help me.
So how does somebody who's just getting on to, you know, understanding themselves better? Because clearly you seem to understand yourself as a person. I'm sure that some days. Thank you for being honest. I think that's true with everyone.
I, you know, I'm very transparent as I coach people as I. As I lead my Build to Rock program, people always say to me, my God, Isabelle, it's so amazing to hear you. When I have troubles, when I'm down, when I share it with my community, people know. They know when it goes well, they know when it's not going well, I share because we're all in the same boat, you know, I'm no better. I'm just in a different place, you know, than the people that I teach.
So for people who are trying to look for a mentor, what's the advice you give to them first? You said, you know, you need to look at somebody who's already been to where you want to go. You know, somebody who will resonate with somebody you feel, you know, there to be a connection, there to be rapport. What else?
Yeah, I'd say there definitely has to be a click. You know, you have to. You're gonna be spending a lot of time with this person, and you're gonna get naked.
So you actually spend time with that person. You meet them for coffee or lunch or whatever.
Well, I would say so. I mean, for me, a lot of my clients, you know, they meet me online, they see me speak at an event. They connect with me that way.
Right.
And then. So I don't. I don't tend to go for coffee to see. I have my own pre qualifying process, which, you know, people apply, I call them back, I read their application, I ask them a few questions. But usually by the time that they connect with me, they already know. They already know that they. They're going like this. I hope she takes me on. I would love to work with her. Right. And I always say, if I take you on, I know that you're gonna be a rock star. Like I know that you're gonna be. You're gonna succeed. Because I don't, you know, I don't take on anybody that I feel I'm gonna be bored with or that I don't believe in what they're doing. But I would definitely.
And you will make them put in the hard work?
Absolutely. They have to put in the R, and they have to jump through a couple hoops in order to work with me. I don't just want to work with anybody because then it gets. It gets boring. But definitely find someone that you connect with. Find someone who can push your boundaries, but that can also be your cheerleader, but can also be your. Sometimes I have to calm my clients down. I have to go. You are doing well. Calm down. This is not a race you know, business is a game, first of all. It's a game and it's how you learn to play the game that makes a difference. And it's not a race. In fact, I always say you got to slow down, to speed up.
Sure, slow down, to slow down, to speed up. Okay. Because everybody is just talking about speed, speed, speed, slow down, understand yourself and like, you know, maybe put in some meditation and yoga because, you know, get in touch with yourself. I am a firm believer of that for sure that. So we do this in the office every day. So 150 people in the office. When it was a smaller company, it was easier to work with everyone. But we do two things every morning. 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the PM. We break the 20 minutes into four 5 minute slots. The first is meditation for 5 minutes, then is a motivational video. The third is something on Facebook or new Instagram or whatever. And the fourth is. I always mention it on my phone. I'm a big fan and hugely envious of Gary Vaynerchu because of what he's done for himself. And I have to. He's crazy. And so I. So his latest shows or his dailyvees or whatever, that's the fourth part of the 20 minutes and similar stuff. So I call this, we call this mind cleaning.
Yeah, Exactly. Perfect.
So 20 minutes in the morning, 20 minutes in the afternoon, and we see that people are charged, stand up and they, you know, they realign with themselves. Otherwise you go into a zone and you don't know what's happening.
Funny, we call that brain sweep.
Brain sweep.
It's very similar, right? Yeah, absolutely. That's, that's phenomenal. That's great.
So that you know that. So those are the things like, you know, I'm so glad that you, you know, mentioning stuff which is so rare and so human being based because human beings feel, I mean, we're human beings, we have emotions and we have, you know, we need to go to the gym to feel good, we need to connect with people, we need to keep it real. And there's no magic formula for success that, you know, you know, what an awful.
In fact, I always say nothing works. This is a principle that I believe in. No strategy. We could spend an hour here giving strategies after strategies and I can guarantee that nothing will work unless you work it. So when someone says, oh, this strategy is working really well for me, you know what I say to them? Careful, you're about to screw it up. Because when you think something is working, you give it less Attention and intention. And then when you give it less of that, then it starts not working. And then you blame, you blame that, oh, the strategy is not working for me anymore. No, you're not working it anymore.
Okay, you know what? I'll make a confession. I learned something right now myself, because this is what I, you know, so while I'm juggling my speaking engagements and training and all of that, I do this a lot with myself saying, you know, this part is working. And I, and I tend to automatically ignore some part of that.
Exactly.
Till it crashes and I have to take care of that again.
Exactly. So I always say nothing work unless you work it. And so it's like a relationship. You can't say, oh, I'm doing good in my relationship. Well, three months later you might be.
Divorced if you ignore it. So, you know, another thing that we do as a part of the show is that obviously adding value by inviting entrepreneurs like yourself, business coaches, helping people. And because this show particularly reaches out to audiences in Asia and all those regions across, then there's a mental, there's a time lag I've always felt because I travel back and forth. It used to take six months for a trend from the west to reach there. Now it takes about two months.
And you're gonna, you're gonna, you're gonna crush that.
Yes. We want to make it real time, you know, and so I've seen your leap tv, I've seen your shows and we want entrepreneurs. Because I actually believe in the fact that, I actually believe that you have an energy that reaches across to people. It reached across to me and I made a mental note of it. And today I made another mental note of the M and N and I'm going to use that in some of my shows. So I actually feel that this is going to create value. And another. So the last segment of the show is where we invite startups in India and yesterday was Startup India, which was one of the largest conferences in the world, you can imagine. Everything that India, China does automatically becomes large because there's so many people over there. The energy is, it's pulsating. You can feel it when you reach there. I everybody used to working 18, 20 hours a day and now the economy has opened up. These hungry 23 year old, very intelligent, hard working and they just got these double degrees just because they had to please their parents. So they're equipped for success. However, they're not half as many, or let me not quantify it, half as the business coaching or the mentoring concept is Just coming off age. And therefore what you brought to this show, I'm sure is going to reach out to these 142,000 people who watch this show every Tuesday. Plus we're launching it in February, March and April to the conferences where I go and speak on digital marketing so that more and more people can see it and share it. And so I believe you. So what we do is that we invite startups to give us their business plans and they come to us and we share it with you. So two startup, two business plans. Get personal recommendations from myself and from you on this. What should be done. And the number of queries are about 15 to 20 a day. So the team at the Askavya show sort of trails it down to about 4, 5 and sends you the top two and then you can add your feedback and send it to them. But apart from that, thank you very much for bringing this to the show. You've given us 10. Could you tell us how we can use these?
For sure, absolutely. So These are scholarships, $500 scholarships, $500 each. $500 each to actually apply for my Build to Run program. So this is a program where I help you build your brand, I help you build your business, build the architecture that you need. Because it's really great to be savvy and good at what we do.
Sure.
But that's what is problematic is we're good at what we do, but we're not good at setting up a business. So Instead of spending five years in school and, you know, $98,000 at Harvard, I created a program that is super affordable, amazing to go through. Inspiring, energizing, extremely intelligent and that a client, many clients. First of all, all of my members, which I call my graduates, they all almost double their businesses in a very short amount of time. One of them, if you can beat this, that would be great. One of my members, 16x is business.
Wow.
16 times through this program. So the competition is on. Everybody's get 10 people here are getting $500 off.
So 10 people. So we're going to keep this, this offer open for everybody who's watching this show. Send in your startup business plan and the first 10 people who comment and want one of these cards get an opportunity. We'll send it to you and you get a chance to apply for this program, which is costing how much?
$2,500.
$2,500. That's it?
That's it.
And it's a 12 week program.
It's a 12 week program. It'S online and also one a week. Once a week you get a coaching call, a group coaching call. I do one on one work in a group environment every week for 12 weeks. It's actually 14. I don't say it. I like to add value.
Add value. And the promise over deliver.
The promise is 12 weeks, but it's actually 14.
Excellent, excellent. And you got, you got some, some more goodies for some more goodies for sure.
You know what I'm all about building a business that is your way. Right. So I've got buttons.
One of them, one of them be true, be you.
Yeah, be true, be you. Another one is my biz, my life, my way. Another one is I am worth every penny. I teach people to not discount. Right. I teach people to be worth their fuck mediocrity.
Yes. I believe in this.
Then of course it wouldn't be Isabel if I didn't say fuck mediocrity for sure.
Bring it on. Yeah, I'm worth every penny. I like that.
Yeah. So there's a whole bunch that.
So these can also go out to the people who log into the show, send us your comments and want these. We will actually send them out to everybody. You could be in any part of the world. We will actually send these out to you. So perfect. That brings us to the end of the show. We will be coming back to you within a week's time because I know that as soon as the show goes live we're going to be getting those startup business plans and a lot of people asking for this. And if you run out of these, we obviously putting your links throughout the show so they can reach you directly. Now my last question is, when are you coming to India?
Oh my God. Very soon. Because now you got me all excited.
So you have to come. You have to stay at the Tamlin Resort in Goa. Don't forget that. And because you are such an avid yoga lover, I'm sure you're gonna have a good time over there.
I'm dreaming about it already.
Perfect. Thank you very much for being on the Askavi Arya Show. Thank you very much once again for watching the Askavi Arya Show. That was Isabelle with us, spending time in beautiful Yale town in my favorite city, Vancouver, bc. We will be coming back with some great shows. Please stay tuned.
