THE ASK AVI ARYA SHOW 02

Avi Arya answers questions from multiple participants about starting businesses with no money, building online presence, creating courses, and using digital tools. Topics include micro video content, marketing strategies, and adapting to digital business.
Okay, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, a beautiful webinar just finished. Lots of learning. But we realized it's only 10:30 and lots of people have more questions because we don't have anywhere to go. And we just understand one thing, that human beings have gone nowhere. They're just home and they're all glued into their devices. Some people are using those devices to entertain themselves through Netflix and that's absolutely fine. And the other people are trying to understand how to pivot. I know this word is loosely used these days, but a lot of people are wanting to understand how to take their journey and their offline businesses, their retail stores, their knowledge that they have and turn them into an online business. So I thought maybe we can have a nice half an hour information little chat on how we can do all of this. And for all of you people, all of this is going to be is live streamed on Facebook and YouTube at the same time. So whatever questions come in and whenever I get a guest in, that guest's questions and my answers are going to be featured on my YouTube channel. Sagar, are we able to get guests featured and I can talk to them while seeing their faces. Neha Singh, thank you very much. I, I'm glad that you enjoyed the session.
Within.
Within two, three minutes, sir, they will be here.
So till the time we can answer those questions, people are live.
Okay? Okay.
Okay guys, Happy to take your questions.
Somebody, thank you. Pragya Naskar, thank you very much for following the content. Happy to be able to help.
Yaman Tripathi Bring on the question.
How.
To start a business with zero percent investment. Okay, the first thing I would suggest.
Is to start, take a job, work.
For somebody for free.
If you have no knowledge or skills, help them with your hard work and understand the business, understand what you like about the business, understand the stream that you would like to focus on. And then after a few months of internship and you've proven yourself, then you ask for a job, a full time paid job. Once you get a job, you start working and still learning. Remember, it's a big opportunity because you're getting paid for learning. Once you put that mindset, you continue in the job for at least two years. Then in that two years, save that money. Once you have that money, then you and you have that education, you have that learning. Then you see the business that you want to get into. Also while working for somebody and being paid, you will also learn where you can invest that money wisely. Your boss or your supervisor or the company that you work for will make.
Lots of mistakes while you're studying, still.
Getting paid, they're making mistakes and you're learning what to do and what not to do while you're also saving money. And that's when you will go and start a business. That would be my 2 cents on your question. I hope that helps you. Aman.
Alicia Sameja Micro videos is basically.
Videos that you make in a short format on your smartphone to be able to reach out to human beings across the world. Like I said, people have not gone anywhere, they're online. And you spend a lot of time traveling and, you know, accommodation and all of that. The better way to be more efficient and to be able to come back home to your family and be able.
To grow your business. People say, I'm growing my business.
I need to sacrifice my family time. Oh, I have a lot of family time. I've sacrificed my dreams and aspirations.
I say no.
You use videos to be able to take your message and reach out to other people. When that happens, people come to your YouTube channel, your Instagram channel, your Facebook channel, and you can do business from anywhere in the world, still spend time with your family and have a holistic life. That, ladies and gentlemen, is the power of micro video. Mohit Garg says, in the hospitality industry.
How are you managing your business?
So I run a hotel company and I also do digital marketing for hotels. So right now most of the business is shut. But at the same time, we're talking to our clients as much as possible. We're giving them training, we're giving them guides, we're talking them for calling them for webinars, and we're able to help them build their websites for the future, do some targeted marketing for the future, but for the most part, it's right now as quiet as it can be.
Yes, sir. How are you? I can see you, hear you loud and clear. Put on your audio and you're live on the Askavi Arya show and you're being live streamed on Facebook and YouTube at the same time. Bolaji.
Me.
Yeah, yeah, you go for it. I can hear you, see you.
Okay, so hi, first of all, I like everything I've heard, like in last few days. I like, I'm following you from last 10, 15 days and I really like whatever you tell people. And so I just have one question, like anyone who is like, who has no experience of digital world or like who has no B2C product, let's say. So how would you go about, you know, like enter into the digital world?
Okay, so what do you do Tell me about your specific business.
We are basically into B2B business. We have a family business and it's like we supply fabrics to garment manufacturers.
Great. Okay. So see, there are a couple of things. Ways. See, digital marketing is just one medium.
Yes.
And that medium allows you to reach out to people in different parts of the world without having to travel.
Agree.
You can send. So there are multiple ways in which people like you are doing their businesses online. There are people who are setting up YouTube channels where they talk about their expertise. I'm a garment manufacturer. See, I'll tell you.
Kapil.
Kapil. So jab aapke paas koi gra kaata. When a customer comes to you B2B, there is a specific way that you're telling him about your product and service and why he should buy from you and nobody else. Right. You're making a pitch to him. You do the same thing on the Internet while thousands of other people are listening to you. Imagine when you were making a sales pitch to one person in your factory or in your showroom.
Imagine if 1,000 other customers were sitting.
And listening to your pitch. Do you think out of those 1,000 customers will come forward and ask you more questions and 20 out of them.
Will then buy from you?
Yeah, probably.
Right? So if you had 200 people, over a thousand people listening to you while you were counseling one person, we all do it. And we are the best salespeople for our products. Pricing problem solved. Delivery key problem. Logistics key problem. What if there were other people who were listening while you were solving one person's problem? The other person said, you're then pitching to multiple people at the same time. That is where you get into the digital world and you start a YouTube channel to be able to talk to your eventual audience. So your YouTube channel will be only around textile manufacturers, distributors, B2B and B2C. Because I think now is the time. Because the world has changed. It has changed. So when people are going, the best known sometimes gets sold more than the best product in the market. How do you become the best known? Digital is one medium that allows you to be the best known. There's a lady, I'm forgetting her name. I spoke to her two weeks ago. She's selling sarees worth 3 lakh rupees a day on Facebook. She goes live on Facebook. People come. Digital marketing teaches you to get the right customer to your online storefront. That's all. Digital has the possibility that newspapers and radio and TV doesn't have. It tells you that you can get the right customer. You don't need to work with 90% of the world. You have a specific niche. I have a specific niche. Only those people come and see your channel. Number one. There are many other hundreds of ways. I tell you a few. I don't know if you joined my webinar. I do a webinar every evening where I have 500 to 1,000 people coming in every evening from different parts of the world and, and I teach them about digital marketing. Now many of those people buy my courses and programs and start working with me. Imagine if you were to able to. If you were able to invite 30, 40 people on an online webinar like this. Not for discussions about what's happening in Corona and all of that, but to actually talk about your product and services. Human beings just they're not outside, but on the Internet. They are there. Why not get them here? This is not a new model. This has been happening for many years. Fortunately, because of whatever is happening outside, the world has woken up and is now thinking of possibilities to do work on videos.
Sure.
I hope I've been able to give you some perspective on where all you can take your business.
I'm understanding what you're saying. The only thing is I'm not understanding how to implement this in my business or what new business we can do, which is great for, you know, like, I mean online.
Tomorrow night at 8 o' clock I'm doing a webinar on 90 for 90 minutes. I'm going to explain this very problem. A lot of people have this problem. How should I find my niche? Is my niche profitable? Is there enough business on the Internet for my. I'm thinking of doing a new business. So all those questions will be answered in my 90 minute webinar which is happening tomorrow night on this channel. I'll put in a link in us in a. It's called the Micro Video Mastery. Here my team has put it, you go to microvideomastery.com and you register for tomorrow's webinar and we look forward to seeing you there.
Sure. Thank you, love.
Thanks Kapil.
Thank you.
Yeah. The next guest, please. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, I'm loving this format. The Ask Kabi Aria format is back. We want to come in as often.
As possible, answer people's business questions. Hi Avi.
I joined your Micro Video Mastery course and now today's evening's webinar helped me get closer to my niche. So one big question was that when we get into coaching, there's so Much of content that we get from in the emails from you or any other coaches and then the system that is there, the paperwork, the questions, the answers to help people dig through that system. We have the content in the mind.
But how do we get it all on paper?
That's a big question mark.
There's a doubt there. Okay, so a couple of ways that you can go about it. So I would break it down into who I am. How am I helping a person go through this transformation? So tell me a little bit about your business. I'll help you break it down right away.
No, well, my business, I'm a hotelier. We have a hotel in Pune. But that's apart from that, I'm an entrepreneur. As in I had a spa company. I have a QSR chain now. But this coaching is more because I studied the law of attraction. I got attracted to it a couple of years ago and I've implemented it into my life and I feel there's so much that I need to say or I have to say and which.
Can help people, which can help people.
Increase their self esteem. So how do I, you know, get it there?
Okay, great. So I understand your backstory.
So I would say your first part of your program can be your backstory. In my program, say, for example, you're.
Coming into my program, you'll be like, why should I even listen to this person? When you click the course, first thing.
Can be your backstory.
I have multiple businesses, but the reason I'm doing this is because I felt.
Less fearful, less anxious and more happy after I went through Law of Attraction. And I feel I want to share.
It with more people because I know the world is scared. That's why I'm getting into this program. So you talk about your backstory on why, why you are talking about this, number one. Number two, you talk about the three to seven steps. Don't break it down into more. Make a short course, three to seven steps on what step they have to follow to find what level of transformation. First step would be get get over your past fears. The first course. The first module of the course will be banish your past fears. And then you can tell them what is the exercise in your course that you will help them to get over their old fears so they get into a new mindset in that you can tell them that this is my preferred meditation or you can create your own meditation. You meditate in front of the video and record it and give them this meditation and say follow the next course after three days. In those three Days go through my meditation. So they're not only getting emotionally and mentally connected to you, but also they're following the meditation because what are you doing? You're getting your customers and your students into a mindset on a framework, a state of mind to learn and absorb. Once they're ready, then they'll take in the rest of the information more easily. So that is a foundational part. Then you can tell them the three steps to follow if anxiety hits every.
Day or answer, how can this course help with their money problem? So break it down into three to seven modules.
My entire course I made. First I made the crash course, then I made the 33 video and then I made my other 2530 programs. Because I always tell people that if you don't have time, please go through my 60 minute crash course again and again. That will tell you exactly why you got into the program, why you understand videos. So for you also you make a short version of the program that will be a help to you. Also age will be done faster. So you will not feel make a short 60 minute video and share it with your family and friends and then say does this is that 60 minutes like a shot in the arm and said iktams injection raga and you got the vitamin D or vitamin C that you needed. So that will give you the motivation to say not only for you, but also for your people who be like, you know, this is a short course I can take. Then you get them into a longer one and then into the longest. So you can break it. But don't make multiple videos. Make one series of videos. The short crash course will come out of it. You don't have to make three different videos. The crash course will come out of it. So maximum 37 or at best 15 if you're making a long term course. And then accordingly, the pricing of all of them will be different. We can talk about pricing sometime later.
Okay.
And one just quick question that the course can be open to anybody actually. But how do we decide? Should I do it more for students and children, which is I want to focus on actually the niche that I've been thinking about. However, it's applicable to anybody and everybody out there. Marketing to such a wide audience, it would take up cost, time, everything. So how do we decide?
Lovely.
I'll tell you how you how you had beautiful question. You're saying if I market to everybody.
That I'm marketing to nobody. If I market to everybody, the cost will be too much. I'll tell you how you can market to Everybody and turn the cost into an investment. So you will have a separate ad set in a separate demographic.
What was your course again?
What did you say? A law of attraction.
Help people.
Yeah, law of attraction. To help students find their true calling before they get into college.
Right.
For example, that's one course. It's got a separate Facebook ad, it's got a separate email and it's got a separate landing page. And they're separate.
Okay.
Then you say for busy corporate professionals who know in their hearts that they need to be doing something else but don't have the guts to get out of the rut. That's one for them. So you can make it for different audiences. 80% of the course will be the same. But 20% of it can be tailor made for students and corporate professionals. I'll tell you that how to do that. Also if I tailor make, I do mdm. I'm doing MDM for students, MDM for youtubers, MDM for film. Film. People who are getting into film and all of that. So I'm not remarketing, remaking my own course in that 20%. I'm inviting people. You will invite people from the corporate industry. Do a show like this. I'll send you the link on how you can do a show like this. Interview 10 people and answer their questions. Do an intro for 10 minutes and outro for 10 minutes and then answer 10 people's question. You already added the corporate element. That course is done for students. Get 10 students or their parents, consult them. Because when you're consulting, what I'm doing right now is also of value to people who are listening. So that is a very integral part of your course. So you don't have to say students. 80% of them can remain the same. 20% tailormate. Because the law remain the same. Absolutely. Thank you.
Thank you so much.
Have a good day. Thank you. Bye bye.
Okay, so those were interesting questions on.
People finding their niche and to be able to understand how you can monetize it online.
Lovely. We have another guest. Yes, sir. How are you doing? Audio. Hello. Yeah, yeah, much better, much better. How are you?
Fine, fine.
So you know I enrolled for your.
Micro video mastery program.
Also this is what I am feeling. I am facing a little bit difficult of creating a video myself. You know, facing anyone and replying and addressing to someone is easier than creating a video independently alone.
Right.
This is one difficult I am facing. Another thing is suppose I created my niche that I. I'll be doing. I'm into real estate. I'll be Doing being put for the people who want to sell their product through video mastery. And this is the niche, I suppose sign for me. But again, what are the basic platforms? How come I can create a video YouTube channel, then again create a website and these are the basic platforms, how.
Come I can create those things?
Okay, I am asking very basic question.
Got it. Got it. I've understood both your questions. Number one, there are a couple of things that you can do to be able to become comfortable in front of videos. So one thing I tell myself is my video is not for me. It's for somebody will get benefit and answer question and somebody's question will be answered. So sometimes just altering your mindset and saying I'm not doing it for myself. Number one. Number two, program already called shyness to awesomeness. Shyness to awesomeness. It's a very simple small exercise that you can do for five to seven days to start becoming more comfortable in front of the camera. You will have no problem after that. It's called shyness to awesomeness. Go through that five days, you practice it, you start feeling more comfortable. Second part of your question was I want to reach out to people eventually. When will I get into that? So number one thing is please go through the entire program because it's step by step by step that's going to build the basics. Number two, I told you three videos a day, 15 a week, 60amonth. How does the Internet work? The Internet works on know like trust and buy. First people get to know you. So then people will like you. Some people will like your channel, that's fine. Then they will trust you. How will people trust you? Every day Internet answers questions. It's very simple. Start your show every day. This is absolutely free. What I'm doing, I'm answering people's questions on digital marketing, real estate. Questions as an expert? No, like trust. When people start trusting an expert that they want to buy with you then they start sending you an inquiry. Then they say all of that. So this process has to work through know like trust and buy. So just follow the system. I would encourage you to go through the entire course and I'm sure you'll find your, you know, you'll find your basics. Thank you. Yeah, Inayat Hussain, what's up? Okay, we got our next guest coming in now. 21 minutes and 46 seconds into the Askavi Arya show. We've done two shows today and one webinar. Going crazy. Loving it, guys. All of you people, you have your digital marketing questions. Anything about social media, how to Start an online course. How to do webinars. How to take your digital boring, non boring, asset based, physical store, whatever factory outlet, put it on the learn Social Media group. I mean I'll be coming in every day live and answering questions for people from around the world. Suraj. Hello sir. How do you grow your social media? Why? They have reduced the organic search.
Business.
Demand or supply. Everybody wants it. But Suresh Roy, I have also understood one thing. If you understand the power of Facebook and Instagram marketing you will never talk about the money problem. You know why? Because you will put in money to get money out. When you're selling a product or a service online course you're teaching your consulting. Okay. When you learn the art of getting a customer online and closing a deal online then it will always become a math equation. How much money you're putting in versus how much is coming out. So learn digital marketing. Don't talk about newspaper, free radio, free TV, free media, free KYO. 23 minutes and 33 seconds into this show tonight. Happy to be talking to all of you people here on the Facebook group and all of that. Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Avi Arya. Father of two girls, six dogs, Husband to a superwoman, a streetcar racer, turn hotelier. Now social media marketer and founder of Internet moguls. If you people have any questions regarding digital marketing social media, bring it on in the comments. I'll be coming live every single day answering your question. Aditya Joshi. Very good question. Should we judge our micro videos and then post it or should we leave it to people? Forget about people. Forget about yourself. Yes. But do because you are in it for business, know like trust and buy. You want to eventually sell your product and service. That's why you're on the Internet. Then eventually the market will respond. What are you wearing? Should you have long hair or short hair? Should you have a beard or not? Should you lose weight or not? Nobody is allowed to tell you what you need. Need to feel and think and look like when you go online. But the market will respond to the value of the service that you're delivering through your videos. Which means are your videos actually helping people find a transformational journey? If you're able to give a video which answers people's questions or not, that judgment should come from the market. Everything else care about nobody but yourself. Yes sir. How are you?
Hi Abby.
How are you?
Very well. Nice to see you.
Good, good. I just saw your live thing. I think a good time to speak to you.
Absolutely. Thank you.
I will just have a I just have a small query. I mean I keep watching your videos and I keep hearing the levels of which our courses should have. So obviously I've been taking training from Sidharth and you both. So I mean with his training and with your coaching I've been designed to, I've been able to design a tarot course for my tarot card reading. But the only place where I'm stuck, I mean obviously I've got a lot of 60, 70 sales in my, in my through Facebook messenger and my course is on teachable. The only place that I'm stuck right now is I've been just able to generate that one level of course only.
Yeah, yeah.
I've not been able to generate like a second level or a third level. So.
Lovely. So I, number one, congratulations because this is a very good problem to have. 90% of the people who will be watching this live will be saying what 60, 70 sales on the Internet. So that is a big milestone. And you and I know, it feels so beautiful when the Internet gives thanks.
To you and Siddharth both. Thanks to you and Siddharth both.
No, not at all. Not at all.
It's the you. I mean there are enough people give systems and 90% people don't follow the system. So thank you very much for following the system. But you know what, I'll tell you what I've learned and I'm continuing to learn is for example, you do a 500 per people webinar. 300 will stay till the very end and very few people will make a decision right now to work with you or not. But the other people, I instantly funnel all of them into, I give them a free gift or a checklist or a micro video mastery short course and I funnel them into my five channels. I say come to my learn social media group. They come in there number one. Number two, I give them a type form query to say I'm going to take queries from 10 people who want to work with me but right now are not ready to take a decision. Then those people will, then they will cause books with them. Number three, I say I'm looking at only 30 serious people who want to do a one to many Q and A with me again. So I break out the webinar into three follow up sequences and then I take another 10% of those people into the level one again. This is all level one again. Now my level one community is growing. Once a week, once in 15 days you call them for a Q and A and a hot seat call 23 people and say what can I help you with? And all of that. And that's when you introduce a level two program to them. Because in a one to one program you can help only people that much. If you want slightly more level stuff, this is what I have. I mean when they, when I. The thing is, what should we offer? When you go to a restaurant, you see the waiter will keep asking you till you leave the restaurant or apnea the fancier a restaurant, the more the upselling but the upselling is left up to the person if he wants it or not. Number one. Number two, you go to any university in India or abroad, they will always get you into their level one program and then they want to sell you the three year MBA and all of that. If the MBA is worth its time, then selling should not be a thing. I feel sometimes we are scared of selling. People are always ready to buy. That's what I feel.
So just so I mean I have, I have one more course which is a wealth attraction course. Can that be a level two course or it has to be connected to the one level of the level one course.
See, that's a very good question. Again, I would not fix, I would not make a level one of. Because the thing is eventual progression of a person happens. How Coaching is a very old science. Coaching is not a new industry.
Yes.
Roger Federer.
Yes.
Now people get into a coaching, they buy a master class and they do coaching themselves. Then they feel I'm starting to get results. Now I want a little more but maths or English because otherwise I will not be able to show results to say when he was at 37, now he's at 87. Then there'll be no results. If we don't as coaches, if we don't show results then we, you know, we're not able to attract more people into our, into our college or student or whatever. We need more people to work with us. And more people will work only if you're able to show them results. So I would say focus. You can have two niches. Why not?
Yes.
You know, and separate Facebook ad banalo. You can be wearing a hat. You can be having a different background. It's just a different Persona of who you are. And both of them can be going separately. But the reason that you may be asking to do a separate program and mix it is because level one, level two. So sometimes some people say level one, level two is very profitable. Level three is also very profitable. And the whole system works very well for the student. So I would say Invite them into another funnel, talk to them, answer their question and answers and then offer them a level two. They will get into it.
So maybe ask them only that, what more do you want other than this course? And then create a level two from that suggestion.
Okay, so level one, level two, level three. Level one is information, concepts and everything that they do themselves. Level two is little bit of handholding. Level three is VIP inner circle. So one is that. But if you're still feeling confused, the best way. The other day I was interviewing Chris Ducker, who's one of the best marketers in the world. He said he sends an email survey out to people and he says, what is it that you want? What transformation are you looking for? How much would you pay for the course? People come back themselves and you use the survey and create your next level.
Okay, I think that can be done.
Yeah, that can be done.
Because I'm just stuck at level one because the entire course I'm being given in the first level itself. And then they say, oh, okay.
I'll.
Tell you, 70 sales is a very good number. You are, you are like, you know, I'll tell you, many years back I went, I tried. I never picked up, but I tried. I one day I'm going to become a. I'm going to learn golf.
So I went to learn golf and.
I had this teacher and every time I used to hit a swing, it would go straight for 250 yards and after that it would go right another 50 yards. So Pura shot kharabujata. And so he taught me one thing. He just, he. I had a chota's, a grip change. Not even half an inch grip change. And my wall went straight. 250 yards and it fell right there. 50 yards difference between your, your fine. You're feeling right now. I can't find it. Swallow, tweak. That's all you need.
Yeah.
Okay. Thank you. Thank you, Avi.
Thanks a lot. Bye Bye.
It gets interesting. I get charged when I have people coming in and asking a live Q and A. Happy to be able to share what I'm learning from all the masters myself. What's up?
Hello, sir. I'm fine. How are you?
Very nice. I like the doodle at the back.
It's a sticker. I ordered it from Amazon.
Okay.
Okay. Got it, Got it. Yes, sir, how can I help you?
Okay, like for example, if you are a owner of any company owner and you are handling digital marketing. I'm into digital marketing. Owner is managing the digital marketing services. Also would training.
Digital marketing. Digital marketing, digital marketer owners life situation. All these three services are complementing my business.
Yes.
When you run a training academy then you auto all those freelance, all those boys who are working with you, they join your agency so you don't have to look for teams.
Right.
So if it's complementing your business then. And every business is profitable. I would like. I would suggest that every department should be profitable. Then you can get into. So I would suggest if you're having three complementary businesses within digital and I understand what you're doing totally.
Then it's a very challenge.
For example, for example like Internet moguls digital marketing company.
So.
I can say supporting handkey business. May Jomi help Karaki. I can like not an employee but type of a partner.
The answer is yes. It's a good idea to get somebody who cares about the business like you do and work with them. But always be open. Don't think whatever that's okay.
That will happen.
Because this thing I have seen. So how do you handle?
Yeah, the thing is.
This is not a. You don't need to think about this. You need to know that this will happen better opportunity. That is why automation or upkeep team development. This is part of business.
You can't do anything.
That's okay. You have to be the master of your business.
Okay.
Okay, sir.
Thanks man. Take care. Thank you. Okay.
Interesting questions. 37 minutes. Four minutes on the dot. Beautiful evening.

Successful.
Okay.
Okay sir.
Thank you.
Okay, thank you for connecting me.
42:52:56 and it's been a good day. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, we're getting more and more people on the AskAviaria show. Yes, sir. I can't see you very well, but now I can.
Yeah. Hi.
Hi. Hello. Sorry, I think your Internet is.
Can you hear me now?
I can hear you. Yeah.
Can you hear me?
Can you try once more?
Okay, I think it's all right from here.
Okay, now tell me.
Can you hear me now?
I can hear you, but you're.
Can you hear me now?
Yeah, I can hear you.
Please tell me.
Okay, so as I told you, I'd been doing the corporate gifting for a while now. I've been asking you questions on your coming to the exact Z.
And generally when we talk about.
Hello?
Yeah, yeah, can you hear me? Okay.
So when I talk about, you know, post COVID 19, becoming a digital guy who helps you with gifting, I mean, traditionally, the traditional businesses, how do you get them online in terms of, you know, becoming the next gifting consultant or would a corporate be interested ultimately in our kind of a business, it's always the cheapest, you know who generally. Because when you're giving gifts for free, you know, you end up having customers who I told.
I know your business very well. I've got some of my friends who are doing businesses like yourself. I don't think that I would agree that in your. In any business, the cheapest always wins.
I think that's a general.
Yeah, I think the most customized wins. I think I told you yesterday as well. If you are doing gifting and you have something for kids and you have something for startup companies and you have something for hospitals and something for hotels, everybody has a client that they want to gift something to. A hotel wants, a hotel wants. A hotel gets business from the large corporates, A hotel gets business from the large airlines. And a hotel wants to give a gift which is customized for their clients so that they remember them and come.
Back to their hotel.
A hospital may be having a different target audience. A real estate firm which has hundreds of apartments to sell, and they want to reach out to high net worth individuals so that one day they come out to them, they have a different need. Schools who want parents to come and have their children educated with them have a different need. The only thing that you need to think of is how can I personalize gifts and answer these questions going live on your YouTube show. So call people. You should make a list of the kind of gifts that you have and how those gifts will help people eventually get remembered. And once they get. Once they remembered, they will get opportunities to do business with them eventually. Gifting business.
Right?
That's how the gifting business works. You have to give your client the idea.
So what I was saying, I mean when you were saying.
Logo.
So that's the, you know, thing we've been following and we've been very successful. A lot of gym chains have been my customers, a lot of big Bollywood stars. I've dressed, you know, so in terms of this 20, but post COVID 19, when I look at the scenario when the companies come back to business, you know, everybody is going to be generally on a loss and there's going to be that, you know, cost cutting environment, negative environment for the business. What kind of videos should one post? How should one go about approaching? Post COVID 19.
Maybe industry webinars. Nobody knows what's going to happen. There is not going to be a post Covid and pre Covid. We don't know how we're going to deal with it. But, but, but the one thing that I know is that everybody wants to make revenue. If I have something which can help you make revenue today, you will take my call.
Doesn't matter Covid or no Covid.
So my gifting videos have to be linked to how, for example, before COVID you had 20 apartments to sell and.
Now you're in trouble. You have 20 apartments.
Your video will be to real estate agents on how your gifting business can.
Help them sell more apartments.
Can you make a link? Your videos will be around how the hospitality industry can still get more clients using your gifting ideas.
If you are able to connect your.
Video and your gifting business with an end outcome for your eventual industry.
Number one. Number two.
Once you've got this ready, then you call one guest of yours.
One client of yours from every industry.
And do a show like this, the way I'm doing it and ask them to ask you questions on how can you help my industry and then you give that answer live. While you're inviting other people from the same industry.
People from the real estate industry called two experts and answered the questions. All four hotel asked them to ask questions and have 50 other hoteliers watch.
Do a show every day.
Because business meetings.
Every day call people and say I'm doing a show. And that's how, and that's how you'll be able to say, okay, fine, anybody.
Is interested in this? This is my online consulting form or phone call, whatever.
And that's how you start booking calls. That's how it will happen.
Great. I think you guys did a great job I mean before all this started sitting at home I think we were at least I was not that digitally aware. And thanks to all the nine masters and you especially to open up that horizon completely as to how video making can really help.
Yeah. I mean that's. For the last two years I've been shouting video, Video video. Unfortunately this situation came in that people were started taking it seriously. But that's how we're going to do business in the future now.
Thank you so much. It's been great sharing space with you and I look forward to see you one day.
Yeah. So thank you Lord. Bye.
Lovely. So it's 49 minutes on the clock, Sagar. It's time for me to have my breakfast, my dinner. So if we have one or two people we'll take one or two people and then we'll call it a night.

Good morning, sir.
Good morning.
How are you doing?
Yeah, I'm doing good, sir. And thank you for giving us opportunity to ask you a question. I appreciate that, sir.
Thank you for being here.
All right sir, my question is. It's been a month ago I have started affiliate marketing, right. And from there I am posting my ads in Facebook, Instagram, everywhere. And from the inquiry which they are asking I'm taking them to my webinars. All right. And I'm creating that leads. And after webinar I am giving some values content to them. And after that I'm showing my plan. And once I show my plan after that like they are ready to sign up. They are even doing sign up and I tell them that it's not free. It's a little investment. You have to take care of it. And it's only one time payment. So they are ready. After doing webinar like what they do that I follow up them every day but I don't get any response from their side and I'm just.
Do you have a course where you're selling affiliate marketing? Yeah. Up quick product Affiliate Cartel Nana.
It's of course sir. It's a course on sales skills and like all that. Yes, sir. A company. Yeah, I'm doing affiliate and like you know, so Organic webinar almost 14:15.
Sir.
Price point $35 35 groups make money online, earn money online.
Product People who are looking at this opportunity what is for everybody for nobody.
Percent that's nice.
You cannot sell one product to everybody or Facebook ads. You need to spend money on Facebook, get the right audience and convert them. Number one. Number two job webinar presentation. So presentation. But 100% Facebook ads are not targeted Facebook ad up Kirby Nirio. So you need to target the right people who for your product.
Okay.
Okay.

Okay sir.
Presentation. But I think it's about your Facebook ads.
Okay, sir. Okay. Thank you.
All right, thank you.
We'll take Vipan Sharma. Vipan is saying I thought I was last. So let's take Vipun and then close the show.
Hi Abby.
Hi.
Hello. Yeah.
Yeah, how are you?
Yeah, I'm good. Great. I'm sorry I'm standing in between your dinner and. Yeah, I'm good. Great. I'm sorry I'm standing in between your dinner and.
That's fine.
See actually first of all I must compliment you and Avi. This was my first exposure to your through this webinar and interestingly my wife had forced me to join the webinar because I had no clue that what is all. But I think it is the app time for me to have So I am not going to take much of your time. Actually I have. I have just now left my organization. I was working as a associate director sales with the MNC in pharmaceutical company and I am going to start my career as a professional coach for that I have already registered myself into the certification program with CoachU that is a US based you know, coaching school which is going to give me the desired coaching hours as well as the certificate accreditation. They will help me to have the accreditation from the ICF as well. So frankly speaking I was missing out on the the kind of quantum leap that I can take with the help of the digital platforms which probably I got lot much lot of enlightenment from you and Siddharth about it. So I'm just going to take the baby steps. I am quite okay with the as far as my understanding of the Internet thus the IT skills are concerned. So my question to you is where and how do I start with? Because that is where in my major question was. I was seeing lot of videos uploaded on the LinkedIn not Facebook frankly speaking but LinkedIn batch which I'm very you know frequent visitor. I see a lot of people posting the videos. I was also thinking that should I start some of my own page like that or also I am going to sign up with one of the organization which is going to give me the clients even when I am going to take my continue take my courses from.
The coach you the body.
So just initial I think items from you in this direction.
Okay so see I am not sure about which organization is going to be able to supply clients in during these.
Times but I know yeah just a Javan correction. Yeah I know it is going to take some time but I in the meantime what how do I build my.
You know.
So the thing is if you are part of Siddharth's coaching program, that program your step by step homework every day, every week, what to do you build your personal brand. People need to know you. I just told a gentleman the Internet works in four steps. People first have to know you, then they have to like you, then they have to trust you and then they'll buy from you. So the Internet journey from how do they know you? You do a show on YouTube, you do your Facebook live, you do Instagram, you go to the no journey then you go to the like journey. How do you become more? I mean I don't try to be more lik I do what I do. Some people don't like it, some do. But you attract your own audience and then you start doing question and answers based on your coaching with the people who want it. So you can do a show like the way I'm doing and invite 10 people every day and you answer their questions. Once you answer other people's question other people the rest of the people start asking you can you help me?
And that's when you start booking appointments.
With them and their appointments lead to queries or reeds or customers or whatever. So that is the know like model on the know like trust and buy model on the Internet. But four steps, these four steps takes at least four weeks to build up.
From YouTube all of those channels step by step by step I would say this program and they have weekly classes and you can ask in the weekly classes. We're happy to help. Sure.
Thank you so much. Thank you so much and God bless you. It's very late night for you now so go and enjoy your dinner.
I will, thank you.
Thank you very much.
