The Healthcare Coach who can Double Your Income, Half your Clinical Hours | The AskAviArya Show

This is a YouTube video titled "The Healthcare Coach who can Double Your Income, Half your Clinical Hours | The AskAviArya Show" recorded in August 2021. It features a conversational interview between Avi Arya, a social media marketer and founder of Internet Moguls, and Tristan Bond, a healthcare business coach and entrepreneur. The discussion centers on niching down in business, leveraging life skills for success, overcoming indecision, and practical strategies for growing a healthcare practice. The conversation also covers personal rituals, business planning, and mindset advice for entrepreneurs.
The shortest distance between two human hearts is always a story. You tell a perfect stranger a good story and you win a heart for life.
I think that that's a very common thing for people to be nervous about niching down. But as you would have heard the saying, the riches are in the niches. You don't need any certificates or any letters before or after your name. Obviously, to achieve success, you just need a huge desire and an ability to actually help someone to create an outcome.
Foreign. Hey, guys, this is Avi Arya, father of two girls, six dogs, husband to a superwoman, a streetcar racer turned hotelier, now social media marketer and founder of Internet Moguls. Welcome to my channel. Okay, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, as promised, one other episode, another Internet mogul, another human being who, who leverages the Internet to help people make an impact and a lot of dollars as well. To the guest I'm presenting today is Tristan Bond. Tristan, welcome to the Internet Moguls of the World show.
AI, thank you for having me here. I'm, I'm really excited to have this conversation.
Tristan, how many people, men, women, both look at your personality and then your name and like, oh, my God, this guy is James Bond in his own industry. I mean, how many times have you had that?
Well, it's funny you say that. I would say it happens daily. I'll have that sort of conversation with someone daily, if not twice a day around my surname and it never wears thin. I always find it funny because it's first. It's the first time they've said it to me. It's the first time I've heard it that morning. So I always find it funny, of course.
And it's not, it's not only the name, I think, you know, you, you look fantastic, my friend. So.
Oh, thank you. Very kind.
Yeah. Yes. So, you know, before we start any interview, I always say the shortest distance between two human hearts is always a story. You tell a perfect stranger a good story and you win a heart for life. So I'm going to take 10 seconds to tell you a short story about who I am and then I. I'll ask you to tell us your story.
Perfect.
Awesome. So my name is Avi Arya, father of two girls, six dogs, husband to a superwoman, a streetcar racer, turn hotelier, now social media marketer and founder of Internet Moguls, where we help entrepreneurs get known, get leads, get sales, using the power of micro videos. Over to you, my friend.
Wow, that's powerful. I'm going to try to replicate that using My same formula. So I'm.
Let's do it.
I'm Tristan Bond. I'm the father to two French bulldogs, Watson and Gigi. I'm a butter chicken and Shiraz enthusiast. I'm a former physiotherapist turned entrepreneur, author and speaker, and now founder and owner of Practice Acceleration. And what we do is we help practice owners of healthcare clinics to double their income, halve their clinical hours, and. And create businesses that operate to serve them and not depend on them.
Wow, that is fantastic. And ladies and gentlemen, who are listening or watching, we have not practiced this before. This came out perfect the first time I asked him to do it.
Stressed after. After you led the way, I was a bit nervous there. Glad we got through that part of the interview.
You did. You did very well, Tristan.
Thank you.
Listen, you know, in today's day and age, we always say there are three things to a business. You need to get known, you need to get leads, and you need to get sales. And I see your website, everything about you is just so. It's. Everything is so well laid out. You know exactly what you want. I'd like to start with that. You have a specific service for a specific niche.
That's correct.
And your website and your social media, your. Your. Your posts, your blogs, your videos, everything is targeted to that niche.
That's right.
While the whole world, and especially most of the people that we speak to, feel nervous and anxious about micro niching, you know, narrowing down on an audience, you narrow down and you narrow down very well. How. How did you come up with that?
That's a really good question. So, like, firstly, I think that that's a very common thing for people to be nervous about niching down. But as. As you would have heard the saying, the riches are in the niches.
Yep.
So I am subscribed to that philosophy, but it was very easy for me to make to. To focus just on healthcare because my background is as a physiotherapist. And that's where I had a large degree of success, which I'm really, really grateful for. And then I was able to model my success using my processes to then scale out across healthcare. But the reality is my stuff works in every industry. Like, it's. Yeah, business is. Business is business. Right. And the more and more we niche down, the more we learn the language of our audience. We get to be really closely related to them. They know that we know what they're going through because we're studying it so closely all the time. We can speak their language we can feel what they're feeling. And by doing that, I believe that it means if you're niche marketing, that feeling will come across in your marketing. Whether it's your copy of your emails, whether it's your video presentations, actual the words, the hooks that you use. People can look at you and go, hey, that person gets me. And that's only going to happen when you've got enough attention to detail to really focus on one particular niche.
Fantastic. I'm so happy you said that. And that's what you know, when we looked at your website and everything I was like, here is a business that is doing exactly what market every marketing textbook ordered. But at the same time every, every subject on empathy talks about the same thing. You need to be empathetic about your customer. Spain there's an ad that happens in India. It's a very large company, it's a multi billion dollar company and they create balm. The balm can be used for any kind of joint or muscle pain. And it's been around since before I was born. But recently they came up with an ad saying that you're in India. Most people have joint families and you know, the father, the grandfather, older people are staying in the same house and there are two, three floors and the, you know, and the kids live on the top floor and the grandparents can't really come and meet them every day up because they, because so he comes up with an ad and he says, is your grandfather scared of climbing the stairs and cannot meet your children? So your children, that's his grandchildren, this mom and your grand, your parents, family will reunite and all of that.
That's powerful.
Just that, just that was so damn powerful. And so people are scared of micro niching but the riches are in the niches. You, you know, you had a successful career and then you said this is what I'm going to help others do. In many of our conversations with our clients, we have a conversation where we say, hey, I don't have a skill like Tristan does. And my response to a lot of people is you have a life skill. There's something life has taught you. You lost weight, you were bullied as a child, you had a, you, you know, you, you un, you know, fortunately you, you had a relationship that you got out of or maybe you got out of a relationship twice, a divorce or something, or maybe you lost someone. Unfortunately in life, every life lesson is a skill that you can teach others and create an, you know, create a value producing system out of. What do you have to say on how you, you created your business on a niche with a skill that you had, which, and a skill that you had, you had certificates on the wall as well with those skills. But for people who do not have a skill with certificates, what would be your message to them?
Perfect. So you don't need any certificates or any letters before or after your name. Obviously to achieve success you just need a huge desire and an ability to actually help someone to create an outcome. So interestingly enough, so in our business now I think we have around 30 odd staff. I'm the only person without a marketing degree and at least 70 of my team have business degrees and I do not. I have a physiotherapy degree as a background yet for a living I'm able to help people with their marketing and their businesses and I'm a published author of marketing and business. So I didn't have any permission to do that from, from a university or a certificate on my wall. So I can very closely relate to those people that don't have that. But on the other side of it, I've never let that be a barrier to me. In fact, someone once said to me, Tristan, why don't you go and get an MBA degree? Why don't you go back and study accounting? I said, well, and this is going to sound a little bit out there Avi, but I'll just say it. I said, well I could employ an accountant for 100 grand a year and I'll make 3 million in the same time space personally 100%. So why would I do that if I can just buy it of course, Tristan, go get an mba. Well I would do that, but all the MBA lecturers are current subscribers of my email list and they're just going to regurgitate a more dumbed down version of what they don't know, trying to learn from me anyway, so I'll pass, thank you very much. So that's kind of my attitude with it. I think we share some similar opinions there Avi, that the world is quite limitless right now and the people leading the way are not those with degrees that have earned the right to, to, to speak. And if they knew what they're doing, they wouldn't be at a university getting paid 70 clicks a year. They'd be doing what you and I do, earning seven figures plus to actually make a real impact.
So that I'm, I'm, I'm enjoying this conversation from the get go. Because Twice in this 9 minute, 10 second conversation you have given the audience permission to do what they want to do based on their life skills, based on their experience, based on what they want to do, who they want to serve, without any degree. Now, for people who want to find a niche, you found a niche, you said I was already doing something and it made sense for me to then help other people.
Yes.
Find success. For people who've not really done level one of their or phase one of their life as successfully as you, what would be your advice to them?
So that's a, that's a really good question. And I'll tell you what I would do if I was having my time again. And I'll, I'll speak to that through the lens of what I do, which is business consulting and coaching and marketing. So if I was to have my time again, what I do, and I kind of did this a little bit in healthcare, to be honest anyway, because we niche down into healthcare, but in healthcare is like really broad, of course. But if I was to do what I was doing, if I was doing this again, what I do is I would have a broader message based on a promise. So the promise wouldn't be so niche specific, if that makes sense. So our promise really, we work with healthcare professionals, but our promise is to double your income, halve your hours and automate your business. So that message, if I was to do it again, I would apply it to multiple different niches and then I would base my decision on who to work with based on a couple of things and I'd make my decision based on who do I enjoy being around, who can I make a tremendous impact for using my approach and who can pay me a lot for it. So when those three match up, I would then choose my niche based on that lovely thing. Sorry, you go out, please go ahead. Well, I was just going to say that I'm very fortunate in that and because my background is health care, that by navigating into that field, I already liked the people in the space because I've been around them, I really enjoyed them, I knew I can make a tremendous impact. But the third criteria of them being able to afford our services and pay us for it handsomely, I guess that was kind of luck. So I got lucky with that one first time around. But we've also played with other niches since like I've sold. I had a software company, digital marketing agency and so on. So we've done a lot and I've always applied that, that formula, like make sure those three things match up. So it's, I think ultimately it's about having a decision making process in what we do in all areas of our life. Like I'll just, I'll just jump off track a little bit. Like a friend of mine, he's extremely charming, lovely guy and he keeps jumping from relationship to relationship and he said to me on Saturday night as he's cooking me dinner, oh, there's something, this one isn't working out because of XYZ reason. Oh well, I'll go find someone else. And I said, have you actually given it any consideration into your decision making process around who you would actually like to meet and have you ever considered who you need to become in order to satisfy that person? And he hadn't. And I thought that's business. Like who do we want? Who do you want to serve? And then who do you need to become in order to earn the right to serve that person at the highest level? So I know I've gone a little bit off track there, but.
No, not, not at all. In fact, this has gone down very interesting because people who are trying to make a decision after or are getting even more encouraged to make a decision after hearing this conversation, if I can get into their minds right now, there are two things happening. They're asking themselves, should I meet a lot of people? Or like you said, the same micro niche, put it for one industry, then another one, another one and see where you enjoy yourself the most. So that's like almost saying go for a buffet, eat stuff and then you know what you like, what you don't like everything. You know, you taste things and you see what you like in life.
Exactly.
If you find something that you like, great. If you find yourself continuously skipping from one to the other, then sit back self introspect and see. Maybe you need to change who you are to become more valuable to the people you want to serve. Is that correctly summarizing what you're saying?
You've just nailed it. That's perfect. That's perfect. And I'll just add like something tactical on top, like if you are going generally and depends also on like what position you're in and within business. If I was starting again, I bootstrapped from the absolute get go. I had nothing. And I started off with word of mouth and, and I am, I think it's really powerful to have bootstrapped and started from nothing because then just from my perspective, because then you get to go through each stage of journey and then you can really understand what other people are going through. Whereas I've met a lot of people that haven't gone through those phases. So they may have had funding or whatnot initially they don't value the leads and they're not, they don't value it as much. But that all said, if someone's listening and they do have a little bit of capital built up and perhaps I've even got a loan from the bank which is a sensible thing to do to start up a business and I didn't do that. If I went back in time I would do that same here. Yeah, I'll definitely go back and do that. So if you're listening, please go and get a loan from the bank. But what I would do is I would really, I'd work on my skills in digital marketing in particular on the Audi, on the niche where, where are my audience actually hunting? Like we want to make sure the fish are there and for me that's Facebook. Facebook and Instagram. Same as you are the. Perhaps YouTube or YouTube as well. So what I'd then do is I'd choose three or four niches on a test based on who I think I like, who I can add value to and who can pay me and then I'd run ads for a month and set budget and see which one I can monetize the quickest and then I'd drill that down and make a decision and I think within 6 weeks I'll be up to 10k a month. Pretty quick.
I love that. So almost like a blueprint on starting again and going to from 0 to 10k. But this requires two things. I just want to break down the tactical, you know, sort of blueprint that you gave. So, so practical and it can only come with after huge experience that you have. Yeah, but that, but why. I want to stress multiple times on why people are like me and we're always searching, we're landing up at various webinars and you know, then there are people who are coming to my three day classes and staying till the first to start, last to leave and it's still. And sometimes you don't even buy a program or get into a coaching program and still sitting down and saying I can't take action, I can't find my micro niche, I can't zero down. What if, what if this doesn't happen? What if. And they just don't take a decision.
Yes, I.
As for myself, there was a time I was crippled with indecision. I didn't know what to do. There was a coach of mine who said, you know, just go for it. And he just threw me into. And I was not very and then I became very comfortable with what I was doing. And if I was not for. For whatever reason, if I had, I thought if I. I could have always changed direction and start pedaling in the. In a different direction. And. But at least I got into the pool. At least I got into the water. So what in your experience, Because I can imagine with the vast experience that you have of working with people, you understand the psychology of a human being on indecision. Why don't people take the right decision for themselves when they. When they've heard it so many times that at so many podcasts with so many human beings?
So that's a really big question, like, why do people not take action? And I think it comes back to many different things, one of which could be an underlying anxiety issue. People are fearful of judgment. Another one could be environmental influences, familial influences, and so on. But I think it might be helpful more to talk about how we actually break that down. So my personal belief is that if we look at, like a really simple cycle, we have thoughts, and based on our thoughts, we take an action based on the action, we receive a result based on the result. We have a belief system based on the belief system that forms our identity. And so no matter where we all are at this point in time, we have an identity which is the end point of the thoughts, actions, results, and then ultimately the beliefs. So we could run around and try to change many different things which have been ingrained over my 40 years. It's very tough to change many beliefs. But the easiest thing to change, I believe, is the action. Because if we change the action, we'll change the result and the belief. But when we're taking the action because it's so different, we're trying to break up the pathway that we're on, we're not necessarily going to agree with the thought process behind it. So that's going to feel uncomfortable. And in order to choose that action, what I've personally done and what I've done with now 2500 businesses is we say, look, you're not going to feel comfortable doing this. The whole approach of feeling comfortable, taking uncomfortable action is a complete conflict in and of itself. I mean, how can we be comfortable and uncomfortable at the same time? I'm not. I do uncomfortable things. Terrified, freaking out with the knowledge that I trust the person that's advising me to do that. So what I would say to all the people listening is follow the action of someone who has been there and done that, that knows how to get there. And find someone that you know like and trust. So you know, when you follow their advice, they have got your back and they'll help you with it and it won't feel comfortable. Stop waiting for procrastination to go away and stop waiting for the self doubt to go away. Just take that action with the right support and the results will come. And when the results start coming and the belief changes and then the identity changes and then the identity is, oh wow. I am someone that takes action without having to question it. I'm someone that takes action without fear of what people would think of me. So I mean that's my answer in a roundabout way. And it's certainly not right. It's just right for me at this point.
I think it's. I couldn't have. You know why I had that smile on my face while I was listening to you was because I can just imagine every Thursday I have 200 people from my VIP inner circle and I want to play this last clip especially for them.
Oh, great. Well, I'd love for them to hear it. I hope they like dick action.
Get it? And things work out. You stop. Things don't work out, you don't feel comfortable and then you take action. You take action and then things become better and then they, they become comfortable till they become uncomfortable again. And that's, that's the whole process and get comfortable with not being comfortable. I love that. No, you break, you broke it down, you know, just, just brilliantly. Every single word that you have said is going I. In my head, you know, I, I have this, this one in my inside of me. I'm like, ah. And I can almost know, I mean, I don't know everybody in my community by my name or. But I can almost see how this person, this coach, this, this person is going to say, hey, I love what Tristan said. So, so thank you for, for laying it down, you know, so it's a.
Great question to have asked. Thank you for sharing it with me.
You know what I loved? One of the things that I loved about your website was practice acceleration. When you're helping people grow their practice, so everything is so beautifully worded. You know, a practice acceleration is something that can be used in every niche, but because you work with healthcare experts or make people into healthcare experts and help them grow their business, practice is a word that they were like, this guy understands me. That's why he's using this word.
That's right.
So it's just how much thinking goes into Tristan Bond's business and planning Everything.
Yeah, that's a good question. A lot. As you would know, as an entrepreneur, the mind just spins at a wild rate, right? Yeah. I mean, I'm in overdrive constantly. And it's a place where I like to be. I wouldn't have it any other way, of course. And I've been speaking to a lot of my colleagues recently and a lot of other entrepreneurs who say the same thing. Like, I feel like I'm in overwhelm. I can't ever wind down, and they're trying to stop it. And my answer to that is, why try to stop your greatest gift? Like, you are thinking at this rapid pace because you were designed to make a difference. And just because 99% of the population don't think like you doesn't mean that they don't need you to be the 1% that thinks like that. The answer is to become comfortable with it and go, hey, I'm thinking at a rapid pace. And what I need around me is people that keep me in a way where my ideas get documented. And then we have a thought process around choosing. How do we actually choose which of Tristan's ideas that we're going to use so that I still feel like my ideas are valuable. We're documenting them. We process, drive it, and then we choose and we execute. So the business doesn't execute ideas at the rate at which I come up with them. And thankfully. Thankfully, otherwise. Otherwise, we wouldn't be going anywhere. So my role is visionary. Come up with processes and concepts, think about making an impact, really disrupting what we're up to and disrupting what the market is up to, and then putting it through my business partner Sarah's mind. She's our chief operations officer, and she's much better organizational flow than I am. But in answer to your question, how much thought goes into everything? Like, just a lot, a lot. Like, even coming out with our new brand name of practice, Acceleration, there was a lot that went into that. Like, we test and measure everything. We don't just come up with a concept and go, that'll work. We come up. We pro. We process, drive everything. I mean, today, as an example, I'm not even sure how many ads we've got going out, but we'll spend $4,000 today just on Facebook. And like the extraordinary split testing that we'll do today across each nation, across each niche, testing a lead magnet versus a VSL and so on. Like, we test and test and test, and we look at what is the market actually like and what will be profitable for us before we try to scale anything up, that's in an ad sense, but like everything we're testing constantly.
That's fantastic. That is fantastic. And so, you know, I, the last one and a half minutes, I was almost like a mirror, inner reflection of. Because I've got a team as amazing as yours and this is what happens. And I'm like, you don't have to do everything that I'm talking to you about right now. Just document it, make sure we don't forget it. We put a rough deadline to when we're going to discuss these ideas and when we're going to implement them. But just listen, hear me out right now, this is where we headed in the next three months. While we're already at breakneck speed trying to do a lot of things and fix things that are breaking in the process. We're like, we got so many times people who've been able to survive this journey with me are the people who, like, who are able to see three, six, nine or 12 months ahead of time. Nobody can see five years ahead of time. I think you're the only one who can see it. But people who are able to see it, these are the people who become the CEOs or CEOs of your companies because they see at least six months ahead with you or a year ahead with you. I totally agree in terms of. I want to switch gears and. Because all this thinking, all this planning, all this being so crystal clear because, you know, I, I became a fan of your websites and what you do online based on. I was like, this is so clear. I mean, I love to think correctly, but to be able to put it the way you have in all your social media channels is. It's not easy. It's not easy to do so.
It's not easy.
I can just imagine and looking at you, you, like I said, my friend, you look like a million dollars. How, how do you, how do you, you know, what do you do for health and rituals and all of that?
Great, that's a good question. So I'm, I like the, I like that you said the word ritual because for me it's more ritual than routine. Routine. Routine feels like discipline or punishment, whereas ritual is something which is really enjoyed and, and, and celebrated. So I've got some great rituals around. Like firstly, I'm really blessed as well. Like my, my younger sister who's my best friend, she's an organizational and a clinical psychologist. So like we, she's, she's like me but, but smarter and just, just Just better at everything. So look, when I have deep conversations with her, we, we, we really get involved in like what's going to drive people success. And one thing for me that's really important is my morning ritual. So my morning ritual is I need to get up at the same time every day so I can control my sleep wake cycle. So, so at this point in time, I'm up at 5:30am each morning. The next thing that I do is I drink half a liter of water because I know I've been dehydrated from sleeping for seven, seven and a half hours. And the next thing that I do is my ritual is to take my dogs for a walk. I've got two French bulldogs. I walk them. And that is my favorite way. Gigi and Watson.
Watson.
Gigi's actually in charge of my household and I work for her. And what. Watson is definitely third in the chain of command. It's Gigi first and then Watson. So I take them for a walk each day and then I go for a coffee with one of them because they don't like to interact too kindly like Gigi. So that's a routine to start the day. I have a wind down routine every single day. I go to bed at the same time I go through my gratitude journal before I go to bed so that way I can finish up rest really positively. And in terms of exercise, exercise is a ritual for me. I exercise every day and that is scheduled inside my calendar. So I have a program around that. I'm not crazy about it. For me, the ritual of actually attending is the joy in and of itself. Same thing with eating. I've got rituals around that as well. So everything's just planned. So Avi, you're probably getting the sense of. In my life, I like having structure and, and I'm not OCD about it. I've got, I have, I've. The important things are structured and they're diarized. My mantra here, for myself and for my team and for our clients is the diary is the boss.
I love that.
Live by a diary. Document it in a written journal. And also because that's more like intentionality. But then for reminders to ensure we do it, put it in a digital calendar so it beeps at you. So that's a bit of an insight into, into me and how I operate.
I love that. And I, it's very evident, you know, everything about you is just. But that. But I just want to, you know, take another minute on this. When is it that you are thrown off guard? When you can't sleep on time and you can't wake up on that at that very hour, when you can't get those seven hours of sleep, when you don't have that glass of water in the morning, and when you don't do that, you know, like when, when is it that you become, you know, like most people who are not, and how do you come back?
Yeah, good question. So, I mean, certainly that does happen. I wish it didn't. I really wish it didn't. It happens to me. And the things that would throw me off track would typically be personnel problems. So we're talking about staffing and there's no way, there's no way to avoid that. I mean, no matter what organization you're in, you're going to have people that you're dealing with which are either perhaps they're underperforming or perhaps they're being difficult within your culture. And that causes me the most amount of stress. So how do I handle that? Well, firstly, like my personal habit, it does throw me off, but I do a lot of meditation. So coming back into presence is really helpful. And I'm very much a student, I'm not a master by any stretch of the imagination. So I do meditate twice a day, which I find tremendously helpful to stay balanced. I have my core values list up on my mirror that I look at every single morning. And so I'm really clear around how I want to behave. So for me it's like, well, I may be experiencing the emotion of anxiety or disappointment or frustration, but at the same time, self care is a really high value of mine. Therefore it's important that I still go to sleep on time. So I'm not going to push that back just because I'm experiencing the emotion of anxiety or stress. And that said, I go to bed, then it will still be difficult sleeping and the next morning, hey, we're all human, perhaps I'll sleep in. I do my best not to do that, but the way that I bring myself back into alignment is once a week, on a Friday I have a, twice a week I have a strategic meeting with Sarah, my business partner. But on the Friday meeting we go through our core values checklist and she asks me very pointed and directly, how are you going with these values this week? What do you need my help on and where do you think you need to be different next week? And so things never go more than a week without me being able to readjust and have a heart to heart with her and ask for support. So Basically in answer to your question, a review and a reflection and then the opportunity to ask for support from someone that I trust. And that's how I get back on.
And have the discipline and the honesty and the courage to go through that review. Because when you want, when the human mind wants to go off track, it wants to stay off track for a while.
Once it gains momentum, it wants to keep moving in that direction like Newton's second Laura wants to keep moving away from you. So we have that as a structured meeting every Friday morning at 8am and it's a non negotiable and we have a very set agenda and that is one of our agenda items which I find to be the most beneficial.
That's fantastic. I really love that. Chris, I wanted to ask you to tell us, tell the audience over here about practice, Practice Accelerator. What is it? What do you do? How do you help people? The audience, many members could benefit from this and how can they reach out to you?
Well, I really hope so. So I'll start with like what we're about. So Practice Acceleration is a done with you coaching company. And what we do is we work with private healthcare professionals that wish to attract more new patients to install processes and systems so they can keep those patients, as patients they can actually take, take advantage of the lead generation so they can grow a team and so that they can elevate their personal role from clinician into the role of CEO. So ultimately what we're doing is we're working with very smart, talented, dedicated healthcare professionals and turning them into incredible business leaders and business owners. And the way that we do that is by providing them with our done with you coaching program. We provide all the strategies step upon step and then we hold them by the hand every single part of the way to ensure that they implement it. And we're so confident with it. We have a five times ROI guarantee. And our average client, yeah, it's pretty crazy. Our average client will grow by $30,000 per month inside 100 days with us. So we're very careful about who we work with because we're very, we're very proud of our brand promise. And if people would love to get in contact with me, which I hope that they would, the easiest way to do that would be by following me online. I'm going to Tristan Bond or Practice Acceleration on Facebook or Instagram and just reaching out that way. Um, another way would be to go to Practice Acceleration. No. What's the book called? Lucy. The link. Here we go. Has to be written down because I don't even remember my own stuff. The Practice Acceleration method Dot com. That's where they can get a copy of my book, which is at the moment, it's free. You just have to pay for the. The shipping and handling, which is like $7.95 or something.
Lovely.
Just more than one coffee.
Christian. When you get people from different industries approaching you, you say, no, that's correct. I love that. Thank you for saying that with that confidence, because that is what I wanted people to hear. You have a plan, you have a mission, you know who you're serving, and you respectfully decline to invest the most important resource that you have, which is time to engage with somebody who you won't be able to help, that always.
Get more money, but you can't get more time.
Right. I love the. Kristen, before we end up, we always ask our guests to summarize the four key things that you would like our audience to go back right down. What we do at the end of every podcast is we tell people, summarize those four things, put it on an Instagram post, tag Tristan Bond, tag Aviaria, and one person. I'm going to fly down some of the books from Tristan. I'm going to order and. And three people are going to get these books shipped from me and Tristan to you guys.
Amazing.
Yes. So, Tristan, if you can give us the four takeaways. I love the sleep, I love the micro niche, but I leave it up to you to say which are the four things that you want the audience to go back with.
Wow. Well, I'm going to just quickly do a little bit of a rewind in my mind, but the ones that are really important to me, if I'm as you guys are listening, I'd really appreciate it if you could tag me in that as well and tag in Avi. And it's been wonderful, wonderful that you guys have joined us today, but the first thing I would say is rituals over routines. It's the first thing because it's like really celebrating you and yourself. I think that's really important. The next point I'd say is diary is the boss.
Fantastic.
Next one would be riches are in the niches.
Absolutely.
And then finally, what I would say is follow a trusted. Follow a trusted advisor and take uncomfortable action.
100%. Fantastic. That was so well said and such so beautifully summarized. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, it's 35 minutes and 32 seconds on the clock. Every second, every minute of your time invested with us, we take very seriously and therefore we do our best to reach out to some of the best human beings around the world who have taken their mindset, discipline rituals to be able to make successful businesses and then invest that time with us to be able to teach and train all of you people how you can do the same. So I hope all of you enjoyed this episode. Like I said, four things that you will implement in your life. Put it on an Instagram post tag Tristan, tag Aviaria. And three of you will. I will get those books from Tristan and I'll send it out to three of you. Just as our way of saying thank you very much. This, ladies and gentlemen, was another episode of the Internet Moguls show. Once again, my name is ABHI Arya, father of two girls, six dogs, husband to a superwoman, a streetcar racer turned hotelier, now social media marketer and founder of Internet Moguls. Signing off for now. Thank you, Tristan. You find me loser set me free? You make me win every way you show me how to spread my way.
