I'm talking about 2009 10, 11, 12 $1 million agency and for $1 million dude, the profitability was great or team. Guess how many people we had in sales? 1 person sales team operations Social media design Kyalag Once we had proper teams we started putting team leaders everywhere and the team leaders over communicate. Our niche was digital marketing for hotels. Do you know hotels? Hotels rooms FNB revenue Hotels Banquet But I used to continue telling them you need to understand what's happening. You need to understand what's happening or communicate over communicate or leader. They were all close to me, close to me, close to my thinking. I was close to their thinking background differently. If you are not able to see the same dangers and the same threats, same opportunities and the same sort of strengths of a company then we're all working from different lenses. It's like over communication. Team Orient side we started working with Taj Lemon Tree, Hyatt Hilton, Roy Rocket, Thai Airways International, Termini started coming to us. In fact system targeted customers one by one we going to go there. So guys freelancer agency thinking time and when you are able to think and when you start thinking like this you are able to spend more time doing the most important thing in the office which is to be able to advance the company to be able to think. How I better a process? How can I better a system? How can I better a sales? So learn how to start your own agency. Become an agency founder or agency founder training. It's going to be at least a four month training and it's going to be live training. I'm going to be conducting it.
