What’s the One Question Every Agency Founder Must Ask?

An agency founder explains how to ask clients one key question that uncovers deeper needs and can increase retainers by 3 to 5 times. The process involves building an ideal customer avatar together and using targeted questions to improve your offer and justify higher pricing.
The magic question that every client needs to be asked by an agency founder to get 3X the retainer that you would have otherwise got. Watch this video till the very end to understand why clients are making a mistake and you need to help them. And if you help them with the right questions, the answer that you get is going to come with a 3x retainer. Most clients do not know their pain point. So therefore the best exercise done by the top agencies which are charging 10, 20, 30, 40, $50,000 retainers a month doing this process, fix a time with a client to be able to create their ideal customer avatar with them. If you don't know how to create an ideal customer avatar, here is my video on creating an ideal customer avatar. Watch it five times with your team and you will be able to add an additional revenue stream in your agency. Because now you can do this with your client. Once you know how to create an ideal customer avatar, do it on zoom or do it in person with your client. At the end of it, the client will not understand what hit him. When I went for a meeting few years ago, the first thing that I asked the client was I gave everybody a piece of paper and I said if it was an actress, which actress would it be? If it was a color, which color would it be? If it was a car, which car would it be? If it was a smell, which perfume would it be? And everybody wrote a different angle to it which showed everybody that they're not on the same page. After which I started unpacking the 50 plus more questions which allowed them to think for the first time as a team. Because many times clients, brands thinking happens in isolation. The operations team or the sales team or the founder, they all need to sit together to understand who they are and which is the client that they're going after. And after every question I ask, why are you going after this client? What is the pain point you're solving? What is the pain behind the pain that you're solving? And asking these questions in a relevant context allows a client to say hang on, you are the person who made magic happen. Which is to make me think deeper on who I am working with. And then at the end of this exercise we allow the client to A understand their customer avatar, B recreate their offer and C3 to 5X the price that they are charging. At the end of this exercise, the only one question that they have is how fast can you get started and how much will you charge? That is what music is to an agent, agency founders, ears. If you are looking for. Which are these seven magic questions, how to ask them, and finally, which are the follow up questions that I can do with my clients which will allow them to be able to understand that their target audience was wrong or could be improved. Their offer was too small and too confusing and you bettered it. And finally, the pricing that you're charging and that they should be charging is easily 3x able and 5x able. They will start worshiping helping you and want to choose. You are the agency to work with. If you want this system and all the questions. Click on the link and I'll give you a sheet. Ask those questions to your next prospective client and you can thank me over an email when you close a deal which is going to be 3x of what you originally started with all the magic questions in one cheat sheet at the end of the video.
