Been managing Google Ads for over 10 years and currently today my agency grow My Ads manages over 50 million in ad spend per year. I'm going to share in under one minute the exact strategy I would use to ramp up scale and roas on a Google Ads account. First I would start with a shopping campaign for my top sellers that could be brands or product types. I then would have another shopping campaign with everything else in it small bids, manual cpc. My goal is a volume ramp up of the Top Seller Campaign 20 to achieve 30 to 50 conversions within a 30 day period. Once I achieve that I am then going to move into a TRO as bid strategy and work on efficiency. Then I'm going to scale into performance max campaigns for the additional ad inventory and remarketing capabilities that standard shopping is not achieving for me as well as expand into non brand search from the top search queries that are converting on that standard shopping campaign.
