In this instructional YouTube video, Speaker A examines why a Google Ads shopping campaign with a $500 daily budget is only spending $100‑$200 per day. He demonstrates that the primary cause is the bid ceiling set by a 900% Target ROAS strategy, which caps the amount Google can bid and thus limits spend. He supports this diagnosis with performance metrics: the campaign’s impression share is only about 25% over the past 14 days, search loss due to budget is 0%, but loss due to rank is 75%, confirming that the bid, not the budget, is the bottleneck. Speaker B then shifts to a promotional segment, highlighting that his team has generated over $50 million in revenue using Performance Max campaigns and offering a free, practical Performance Max course to viewers who comment “PMAX”. The video combines diagnostic advice with a marketing call‑to‑action.

You've got a Google Ads campaign. It's getting conversions, it's hitting your goal, but it's not spending the daily budget that you gave it. So you're wondering why the heck is Google not spending the budget? Okay, so I pulled up an actual account here. So this campaign has a budget of 500, but if we look at the daily spend, it's only spending like a hundred to $200 per day. It's never reached $500. Right. So the main reason is usually because of your bid there. You're actually creat ceiling for Google to operate within. Right. So for example, this is a shopping campaign. They have a TRLS strategy on here. And if I look it's at 900%, which is really, really high. And it is actually hitting 900% in the last 14 days. It's right on 900%. So it's hitting the goal. But Google knows it can't actually spend more without that row as more than likely. Dippy how you can kind of see this is by looking at the impression share metrics. When I look at these search impression metric, I see that we showed in the last 14 days about 25%. Okay, so of the auctions we were eligible for, we showed up 25% of the time. Now I know Google is not spending my entire daily budget of 500. So why am I only getting 25% when I'm willing to spend more and Google's not doing it? Well, it's obviously not due to budget. Look, search loss due to budget is 0%. Search loss due to rank is 75. In short, the reason this campaign can't spend $500 is due to the fact that it's just literally capped by the bid that is set on it, which is set to a 900% bid.
