This is a YouTube video titled "Awareness That Heals - Block Negative Thoughts Like People On Social Media" created in August 2025. The content features a single speaker discussing the metaphor of treating negative thoughts like social media interactions, encouraging viewers to disengage from unhelpful criticism and focus on useful thoughts. The speaker invites audience interaction by asking for comments.

If a student's thoughts were people on social media, would they hit block on the negative ones? Yet too often, unwittingly, they let unhelpful criticism run unchecked. We need to teach us all to ask, is this thought useful or just noise? If it's simply mental trolling, it's best to disengage. This is not about ignoring reality, but choosing what deserves to be fed. I'd really like to hear from you, so please leave a comment below.
