Wisdom vs. Judgment Guided Meditation

A guided meditation that separates wisdom from judgment. You focus on something uncomfortable right now, breathe, and ask yourself what you need to hear or do. Then you listen for simple guidance from your heart until something clear arrives.
Genuine wisdom is never ever interested in judging you, or anyone else for that matter. It is always neutral or friendly in its tone and doesn't punish. It's easy to confuse with judgment because the mind is still active. But real wisdom never wants to be negative, never is negative a bearer of truth. The wisdom mind is strong as needed, never negative, as it guides us towards what will bring us the least amount of suffering and the most peace, fulfillment and inspiration. Wisdom doesn't ever take sides since it's dedicated to everyone's well being. See if this makes sense to you. Look inside. Can you discern the difference between wisdom and judgment, towards kind guidance and judgment, or a certain kind of stern morality? So take a few gentle breaths and start off by focusing on an area of discomfort that recently affected you, and especially an area where it persists in your life where you need support. Take your time and when you're ready and you've contacted this area of discomfort or suffering, ask yourself genuinely, what do I need to hear from myself right now to be supported? Or what do I need to do right now for myself to be supported? Or perhaps what do I need to not do right now to be supported? And as you ask those questions, recognize that there's a certain kind of music and the music is harmonic, that when you're actually seeking your wisdom through these kinds of questions, there's a harmony in the inquiring asking process. And recognize that you want to say to yourself, may my guiding thoughts be genuine and benefit my well being. And pause and just give yourself an ongoing reminder that when you're seeking your own wisdom, you always want it to benefit your well being. Make sure that as you're looking to support yourself, that your guidance is directed towards the discomfort that you're experiencing. Wait until you can hear a suggestion, but also continue to return as needed to your emotional discomfort. The wisdom can most tune in when it really knows what the source of your suffering is. If you can't hear any suggestions, just allow yourself to be as patient as possible, remembering that it's never helpful to get ahead of yourself. And if you can't hear an answer, know that you just need to spend more and more time in this inquiring process. Ask your wisdom to enter and to continue to suggest what is needed. And let your request and the answer you hear be as simple, rhythmic and relaxed as is possible. Listen to the intelligence in your heart that wants to help you. Ask what message will support this moment? Recognize that the emphasis for wisdom is almost always in the present or the very near future. Continue to ask for this guidance. Let go of thinking in negative or limited ways. See if you can let yourself enjoy being receptive and asking for what you need. Look for a guiding thought, an action, an inaction, a phrase, a song, a symbol, and appreciate that you are looking. Regardless of what comes or doesn't come, this capacity is always available to help you sincerely inquire. Whatever you receive can be modified as the conditions change. Stay in the moment, appreciate that you're asking, and stay open to spontaneity. Ask yourself again and again, what is my guidance suggestion? Enjoy the unity of your wisdom and your kindness. Plant seeds to remember that this wisdom is available whenever you ask sincerely.
