Daily, whenever we are awake, we use our eyes. Sometimes we abuse our eyes, like sitting in front of screens for the longer time. So because of that, many people forget to blink. They're not blinking their eyes. The eyes are not getting moistured. Eyes are not getting moistured, which is leading to various eye health problems, irritation problems, and many more. It's very important to blink your eyes in between so that they get moistured and relaxed. And also, like, we'll be looking into the short distances a longer time, so that is also causing the problems for eye health. So that's why every 20 minutes there is a rule— 20 seconds you have to look 20 feet distance. Note it down: 20-20-20 rule. 20-20-20 rule. Every 20 minutes for 20 seconds, you have to look something which is away from 20 feet, which will also keep your eyes healthy, right? So along with that, some of these exercises which we are going to do today, which you have to integrate on daily basis— everyone can do these practices. And this doesn't have any limitations like you have to practice with empty stomach, you have to practice with a full stomach, or anything. Because we are just using our eyes, you can practice whenever you have time. There is no problem with this. You can practice whenever you have time for the 5 minutes. So first exercise which we are going to do today is looking left and right. So you have to keep your head straight First, look forward. Focus on one object. So many people tend to turn their head while they are doing this. So make sure that you are not turning your head. You are only moving your eyes towards your left and coming to the center towards your right until you reach the last position of your right side or left side, the last thing which you can see. Come to the center, look towards your right Center left, center right, center left. Keep repeating, keep repeating this. And come to the center. Now we'll look up and down, right? So look up. Down, up, down, up, down. Keep repeating this. Look up and down. Last time, look up, look down, and center. Now we have to make the diagonal movement. So look right side up, left side down, right side up, left side down. Do the diagonal movement. And come to the center. Now change opposite one. Left side up, right side down. Now come to the center and close your eyes and relax them for a few seconds. Keep your eyes closed. Rub your hands and apply the heat on your eyes just to relax. Generate the heat, rub your hands. Cup your eyes, gently apply the heat. Again, one more time, rub your hands. This is called palming technique, which will also help to relax your eyes. Cup your eyes, slow, gently press on your eyes. And again, last time, rub your both hands. Generate the heat. And again, place your palms on your eyes. Gently place, do not press. Gently place. And slowly release your hands and open your eyes. So this is called palming technique, which we can do whenever you want to relax, whenever you want to relax your eyes, you can also do this. Next, we'll be doing— we'll do the circular movement of our eyes. Okay, so first you can look up, then towards your right, down, left, up, right, down, left, up, right, down, left. Do not move your head, only the eyes should move. Make a complete circle. Now reverse direction. Change the direction. Again, close your eyes, relax them for a few seconds. Slowly and gently, again generate the heat. Rub your hands, generate the heat. Cup your eyes, gently apply the heat on your eyes, closed eyes. Release your hands. Again, rub your hands, generate the heat. Again, cup your eyes. Last time, rub your hands. Again, apply on your eyes. Slowly release your hands and gently open your eyes. Now we'll do one more exercise called squeezing your eyes like this, and relax. Squeeze them and relax. Squeeze, relax. All the muscles will get stretched. Squeeze them, squeeze it, and relax. Squeeze. And relax. Last 2 times, squeeze them and relax. Squeeze them and relax. Very good. Now make your eyes bigger. Relax. Bigger. Relax. Bigger. Relax. Last 2 times. Relax. Close your eyes, relax for a few seconds. Close your eyes, relax for a few seconds. Normal breathing. Focus on your breath. Inhale and exhale slowly. And gently open your eyes. Next, we'll practice one mudra which will help for our eye health. There are many mudras, but we'll be covering one mudra today which is called Vai Mudra. It's mainly to release the heaviness, eradicate the heavy feeling of heaviness in our eyes, and prevent any eyelashes if you have any eyelashes. So how to do Vai Mudra? So you have to press your index finger and place your thumb finger on top of your index finger. Okay, so, and place your both hands on your thighs and keep your eyes closed for few seconds, few minutes. So keep your eyes closed. Ideally you have to practice mudras for at least for 15 minutes, but because here lack of time, we'll do it for 3 minutes, 2 to 3 minutes. Close your eyes. Observe the changes. Observe the feeling of mudra. Focus on the energies. Focus on mudra, what is happening, what changes do you see in the body. And slowly release your mudra. Keep your eyes closed. Observe the changes. Rub your both hands, cup your eyes, open your eyes within cup of your palms with smile on your face. Slowly release your hands. So this is about eye health. So please make sure that you're practicing and you're sharing with your friends and family also. So do share all this simple exercise with your friends and family members. There are more techniques like eye wash, eye cup wash, trataka, and many other cleansing practices also there which we cover in advanced courses. So, but these are in beginner level, these are very, very important, these practices which you can integrate which will help you to, which will help to improve your eye health. And along with that, make sure that you are sharing this with your friends and family. Yes, thank you.
