Do you know 3 ways of doing Brahmari breathing? You can pick whatever you are comfortable. In this video, I am going to cover 3 types of Brahmari breathing you can practice according to your comfortability. So Brahmari is a black honeybee. You have to make the sound of black honeybee humming sound. So in this video, we are going to see how to do that. Hi, my name is Badrinath Khella. I am a breathing coach and certified wellness coach by Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. I have been teaching yoga from past 6 years across the world. I have— I am the founder of Conscious Breathing Hub where people join together to work towards healthy lifestyle by solving their health issues. If you want to be part of our community, the Conscious Breathing Hub, feel free to contact us. Let's get in. Let us see how to do pranayama breathing. You can practice this while sitting on the mat or while sitting on the chair, however you are comfortable with. You can also practice this before you go to the bed. This will give you a lot of improvement in your sleep quality. Okay, so practice this. You can sit in siddhasana, padmasana, whatever asana you are comfortable with. I am sitting in ardha padmasana. Make sure your spine is erect, roll your shoulders back, look forward. The first variation is adopt Jnana Mudra without closing any ears or anything. We just have to make humming sound. First, understand how you have to make the sound. Inhale deeply, keeping your mouth closed. Relax. So now we'll repeat this 3 times by closing our eyes. Absorb the vibrations. Every vibration goes to your brain and to go to every cell of your body, activates every cell of your body. That's why it has so many benefits. Keep your eyes closed. The caution: make sure your shoulders are relaxed, your neck is relaxed. Again, inhale. Mm. Last time, inhale. Mm. Mm. Relax. Open your eyes. Now the second variation is using your index finger, you just have to close your little ears and make sure your spine is erect. Keep your eyes closed. Inhale. Mm. Inhale. Inhale. Slowly release your hands and open your eyes. The third variation, whatever you are comfortable, pick one variation and do it for 15 times. You will get maximum benefits. So third variation is Shanmukhi mudra. To adopt Shanmukhi mudra, first place your little finger below your mouth, ring finger here below your nose, middle finger on your eyelids, index finger on your eyebrows, and thumb finger on your ears. This has maximum benefits. Adopt this Shanmukhi mudra. It's also like closing our senses. Inhale deeply. Absorb the vibrations while exhaling. Mm. Slowly, keeping your eyes closed, release your hands. When you are adopting mudra, do not forcefully press the organs. You have to gently close them. Do not overpress. It's a precaution you must need to follow. Observe the vibrations. Rub your both hands and generate the heat and cup your eyes. Open your eyes within cup of your palms. Release your hands. Hope you enjoyed this breathing. This has so many benefits. Try to practice regularly and you'll see a lot of changes in your health and in your mental health, in your physical health, and also in spiritual health.
