My husband was not wrong in telling me. So what was your BP when I started? Before I joined CBH, it was 170/90. I have totally stopped medications for BP. BP, it was 140/80 in between, I think 140/85 after I completed LFC. But now I'm not taking because it's 120/85 without medication, without medication.
