I Joined CBH for Happiness… But Found Discipline Instead

Shravan, a 41-year-old software engineer, joined CBH to run faster but discovered discipline changed how he parents. He went from strict control to calm compassion, increased his running from occasional 10 km to six or seven half-marathons yearly, and now his kids practice breathwork and laughter yoga with him.

And when I started running, I understood that my breath is not on par with my speed. Any person who really wants to be fully happy, I understood how illiterate I was. To be frank, yes, I also have health problems, but they were emotional health problems. But I never either thought of being emotionally, mentally, and spiritually happy. And a lot of us are just having no clue where to do what when things go wrong, and we end up in hospitals.
And Shreya Man, tell me, like, you have mentioned that in the last speech, I was a Hitler before.
In that process, I expected everything to be perfect. I expected every person to be perfect. And those people who were close to me, those people who were responsible for my success, those people who were loving me, all I was doing was point out their mistakes. Completely strict. I need to be completely strict with my kids. No friendship. Just say, just order. Do this, do that. Wake up at this time, sleep at this time. Eat only this kind of food. All I was doing was not parenting, but more of a controlling. So probably first what I do, I go, I tell them, I instruct them. If they do, sometimes I used to beat my kid. These are the mind-blowing awakenings which I had after joining CBH. Coming back to half marathons, with that inspiration, I think I ran 6 to 7 half marathons last year, which I understood only after joining CBH that, okay, there are multiple things which I need to set right, and this is the right place for that. After joining CBH, that same person who used to beat kids Who used to beat his son, is healing his son now. And he's helping his son focus, he's helping his son achieve medals, he's helping his son pursue his own interest. I think I'm still the same person that I used to be before, but emotionally calm, with clarity.
What does holistic happiness really mean? In December 2024, Shravan wasn't just looking for better habits. He was searching for a something deeper. Balance.
Growth.
Growth, a version of himself that felt aligned, not scattered. Since joining CBH, his journey has not been dramatic. It has been consistent. And sometimes, consistency is a real miracle. Emotional intelligence sharpened, discipline strengthened through Daily Diamond Huddles, clarity from Wednesday Wisdom, preparing now for half-marathon goals with breath as fuel. But beyond personal growth, something even more powerful happened. As a father, watching his children learn yoga and breathwork through the CCC program reshaped his idea of legacy. This is not just self-improvement; this is generational transformation. Are you ready for this amazing story? Please welcome Shravan. Hi Shravan, welcome to Conscious Breathing Podcast.
Thank you, Badarinath Gella. Thank you for inviting me here. Shravan, so delighted to be part of this. Podcast.
Thank you, thank you. It's my honor. And Shravan, um, I've been observing you for, I think, past one and a half year. We have been like one year, more than a year, you have been part of our community. 15 months almost. And, um, like many people come to our community once they get health problems, severe health problems, right? Not like, uh, they just wanted to improve themselves. And I see you are also one of the young person in our community and very active person as well. So what really drove you to like practice this?
Building? Yes, sir. Thank you for asking me this question. And in fact, when I joined CBH in 2024, November, I think I started with the Silo membership. And after seeing the content, after seeing how things are going, I thought I want this for lifetime. And then when you pitched in that idea, December, I've joined. And 2024 happens to be the best year of my life. I was not into— I was into problems before, and I started correcting myself, and that actually led me to push higher. In that journey, I bumped up into CBH because I was looking for ways where I could improve myself, especially my breathing habits, because I started running. To get rid of some lung issues which I got during Corona, and I thought running will set me up. Yeah. And when I started running, I understood that my breath is not on par with my speed. Then this ad came up on YouTube, then I thought, okay, this is the right thing. If I could correct my breathing, I could improve my pace. But when I joined the masterclass, initial ₹99, then apart from breathing, you said one thing Any person who really wants to be fully happy, it's not just one aspect of your life, not just physically fit. I was completely into physically fit. Be physically fit. If you are physically fit, everything will be taken care. That is true, but that is not full picture. When you said that you have to be fit, you need to be emotionally happy, you need to be spiritually happy, you need to be financially happy. Financial and physical part, yes, that's what, that's what you get everywhere, right? YouTube, and wherever you go, this is what you see physically and financially. But I never either thought of being emotionally, mentally, mentally and spiritually happy. And when you said this thing, and there was one more thing which you said, you wanted India to be great. I strongly reverberate with that philosophy. And if not, I'm a software engineer. If not for, if not for being a software engineer, I think I would have just become a either a Defence personnel, serving military, or I would have gone back to troop farming. These are the only two things which I could think of. And when you said Indian, I love that patriotism in you. And a lot of us are just having no clue where to do, what to do when things go wrong and we end up in hospitals. But when I listened all these things, I thought at least I should try Siloamership. Then that very day I paid for Siloamership, and after that it was like a dream come true. Meaning I understood how illiterate I was. I understood this at 40. Yeah, at 40 years I understood how illiterate I was.
And that is, you just came for especially to improve your breathing for running.
That's all.
That was the only intention.
In fact, when you gave us this dietitian option, she called me, first question, sir, what is your problem? Sir, what is your health problem? Health problem? I don't have any health problem. That means I understood people who actually who joined programs like this had health problems.
Yes.
But to be frank, yes, I also have health problems, but they were emotional health problems, which I understood only after joining CBH, that okay, there are multiple things which I need to set right, and this is the right place for that.
I think you had financial success, career success, and physical success, but some other successes are missing in your life.
Exactly. Because like you said, I was making decent money. I was making— I was I wouldn't say pretty fit, not like an athlete, but I would like to be like somebody like that. But I was going in at least in that direction. But when you opened up about this emotional and spiritual path, which I was completely missing out, that is when I understood there is something in it. I should try this out. And then it's been like—
great, great, Shavan. And Shavan, you said that before coming to CVH, you are a very strict person. Can you tell us like how was your life that time and how was about the other people? Like if you are strict, it's not about your problem, other people will be facing the challenge.
True, true. So again, this is completely personal. Whatever I'm expecting, whatever I'm going to express now will be just based out of what I had to go through in my life, right? So for some reason, I like whatever the life I got, and only because of those reasons I am whatever I am today. And for some reasons, during my childhood, I had no option but to focus on my studies and get to a job as early as possible and get ensure that I make good money, I take good care of my family, right? So in that, in that condition, in that mode, all I was doing was reading, reading, reading, reading. There was nothing I knew beyond reading. And there was just one day when I wanted to watch a movie. I watched a movie. After watching the movie, I felt so bad that I went and cut the wire. Okay, so I used to be that strict about my discipline. Okay, I used to be that strict about my timetable. But I never knew that there was a bad guy growing inside me. When I say bad, maybe it's good for me or it's not so good for me. Because I was just growing up in this home school, home school, home college, home college. I was not aware of anything that are happening outside a normal life, right? But when I face this society, when I face the job, that is when I understood I am nowhere. But still I tried to control myself. I was in a shell, you know, okay, fine, there are a lot of things which I'm not prepared with. Why should I even prepare those things? I, I'm happy with my job. Let me just go to job, let me come back home, that's it. I was only doing those things. But when you enter into this family bond, no studies will help you. No MPC, no YPC, no MSET, no IIT. Absolutely, please. If you really want to stand up and be a man and to be eligible enough to be called as a father or a husband, there are a lot of good things that you have to learn. Again, for some reason, it's not that, you know, you go to school to learn to be a good husband, right? You don't go to college to learn to be a good father, right? Those are something which you learn from society. But again, because of whatever my conditions, because of extreme mentality, I should say, which I had, I couldn't do those things. In that process, I expected everything to be perfect. I expected every person to be perfect. But quite frankly, if you are perfect, you are not a human, right? Only God is perfect. This truth I could never really understand. And when I was to see some mistakes being done by somebody, I couldn't bear it. I couldn't take it. And I used to backfire. So somehow that anger was building up inside me, and those people who were close to me, those people who were responsible for my success, those people who were loving me, all I was doing was point out their mistakes. My intention was not to point out their mistakes. My intention was that everybody should be good, everybody should be right this way, that way. Zero or one, there is no gray area in between. But no, that's not what humans are. Humans are some beautiful creatures like you, me.
Everyone has their own way of living.
Exactly. So that kind of maturity I never had, and I couldn't handle so many things. You have to handle your job, you have to handle your family, you have to handle your kids, and it's joint family that has its own set of issues these days. And that is when I broke down in 2023. I think that was, I should say, one of the beautiful year because of which I'm trying to be complete. I wouldn't use the word perfect. That's a bullshit word, perfect to be. But I'm trying to be complete. Like you said, right? There are a number of things which you should understand to be a human first, right? This job, all the physical fitness, That's secondary, that comes secondary. For me, when I understood the CBH journey, when you explained about Ashtanga Yoga, different ways of it, and then the same person, and I still, I think I'm still the same person that I used to be before, but emotionally calm, with clarity, not expecting things from others. Yes, these are the mind-blowing awakenings which I had after joining CBH.
Yeah, one of the biggest problems people face is like we want others to be like us. We don't accept the people, right? So accept that. See, for me, if you ask me, like, if I, if I, if others, like, if I have to be like others, I would have followed the path of engineering and whatever I have studied. But I want to create my own life.
Exactly, right?
So that society's life, people start living society's life, and the society has designed something like this is how we, how your life has to be, and we keep following that same life. Yeah, but we have our own life, our own emotions, our own mindset and everything. So somehow society is built like that. But I can tell everyone, if you start accepting the people— whoever is watching this— if you start accepting the people as they are, half of your problems will get solved. Because the only problem people have is because we want others to be like us. We want Prime Minister Modi to be like us. We want Kohli to play the way you want. Why you took the ball here? Why you batted like this? We can sit here and judge. Let them be like them, right? So that then only they'll explore their own path.
Absolutely, sir.
Yes, that's a very, very good, interesting point, Shravan, you have raised. Like this, many people, I think, at least now they have to realize what is in their control, they have to control. Exactly. Not outside their control, external control.
You try to understand yourself first.
Yes.
The inner journey is like never-ending journey. People go to Switzerland, New York to find out some happiness, but once you start exploring inside, amazing. I mean, absolutely true.
And Shravan, like, um, like after CBH, you said like you have run so many half marathons. Can you talk about that? Like how did it help breathing practices, whatever we are doing?
Yes, yes, thanks for touching upon those points. So like I said, my primary aim when I joined CBH was to correct my breathing. And I think I told you in one of the daily running classes, and then you took care of what I said and you told me nasal breathing. You told me about nasal breathing. Till that point of time, I used to run— till before joining CBH, I used to be just a 10-kilometer guy, and that 2-3 months in a year I used to run. That's it. That itself used to be a pretty big achievement for me. And after reaching 10 kilometers, I was like, ah, Great. But I used to see people running for 21 kilometers as well. 21 kilometers, double and plus one more kilometer. I should try it out. And then when you explained about nasal breathing, I tried 3 kilometers once with nasal breathing, not opening your mouth, just breathe via nose. I thought, how can it be? When you run, you need more oxygen. So this is how I used to run and I used to end up dry. That used to weaken me much earlier than nasal breathing. When I tried nasal breathing for 3 kilometers, the very next day when you said that, it was like I was never getting tired. I was not feeling the dryness. So when you feel dry, you actually get tired because there is no water inside you. That means there is no less oxygen inside you. And like you mentioned, that nitric oxide production happens better when you use nasal breathing. I think all that miracle happened inside me. And then I got a spark that, yes, I can try. Because you can take less stops if you're not dry. I had to take more stops. I had to stop in between running and go for some fluids because it was getting dry. And when you drink more, your stomach is heavy. How can you run? But when I tried this nasal breathing, that was a fantastic miracle. Which, because again, this is one mistake which I did. I started running without a coach. I think for anything in life, If you have a guru, you can just accelerate whatever you are trying to get achieved. Again, coming back to my point, after learning all these things, especially the stretching that we do in Daily Diamond Huddles, that is like a golden practice for me. When you run, and in fact, I used to go to gym also because that was the only thing which I knew to be fit, and I used to get injured because till 25-30, I wasn't really a person who was fit. And after then, around 31, I think I started going to gym. 31, 32. But you don't know how to do gym. Again, same, no coach, just going to gym and lifting weights, getting injured. But when I started doing the stretching, when you said, I could see that my joint pains are not so bad. Now I'm lifting more than ever in my life. Now I'm doing more weights than ever in my life. Previously, people used to look at you, you go to gym, you don't look like a person who go to gym. Now he's like, hey, 41 years, you are going to gym from last 10 years, man. You are the only person who I can say discipline, because it shows now. I was going to gym before, I'm going to gym now, but the right practice. Because when you stretch more, your injuries will come down.
And all these small, small things, maybe breath coordination also might have a breath coordination.
You should exhale when you should exhale, when you should inhale, and when you push, you should exhale. When you When you should take in, you should inhale. All those kind of small, small differences, they add up, they add up and the change shows, right? And coming back to half marathons, with that inspiration, I think I ran 6 to 7 half marathons last year. And this year I would like to take it to next level. And I think I already ran 2 half marathons this year.
6 to 7 in one year?
One year.
Last year alone?
One year alone. Wow. Till 40, I ran 3 10 kilometers. In one year alone, I ran 6 to 7 half marathons. Of course, I was getting injured because of too much running, because of no proper plan. But I never in my life, I thought I could run 21 kilometers. And I ended up doing 6 to 7, all because of the stretching that we do. And of course, you have to go and put in effort every single day. Again, it has something to do with your mindset as well. This mindset that, okay, you don't want to get up from the bed, you don't want to go to the field, you don't want to run, but that we understand that is where the growth is, right? So this clarity, this mindset, all these things, they would get set only when you're cool and calm, right? And that calmness I got only because of breathwork, which you have been teaching. And it's not like you do one day, you do one week, you want, you do one month. You need to do it every single day. And I'm really like, I, I get Inspired from you. Every day morning, 6 o'clock, a calm face. Breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out. Badrinath Gella's voice. How is this man doing every day? It's not that you do only one show, you have multiple shows running morning, evening, daily. You take care of a lot of things, a lot of people. How is this man doing it, right? I mean, so I want to be associated with such high motivated people. I think motivation is one thing and then discipline is another thing, right? So that is what I'm trying to learn from you.
Awesome, awesome, Shravan. Very, very inspiring. And Shravan, tell me, like, you have mentioned that in the last speech, I was a Hitler before. Can you talk about that?
Yeah, so again, I've seen my friends spoil their career, spoil their life There have been higher achievers than me in my school. They have been higher achievers than me in my college days. At some point of time, I should say they were my heroes also. But today when I see them, it's a little disappointing. Why? Because they lost their way. Such a kind of talent, such a kind of capacity. So what happened? For some reason, because of whatever the conditions happen around them, They lost their way and they're in pretty bad situation now. I thought if I don't take care of my kids properly, probably they might end up like that. Probably, we don't know. Now that is a couple of bad examples. There are a lot of good examples as well. Instead of focusing on good examples, I focused on a bad example and then I thought I should ensure my kids are completely strict. I need to be completely strict with my kids. No friendship, just say, just order, do this, do that, wake up at this time, sleep at this time, eat only this kind of food. They are kids, and I should be proud of being their father. In that mode, all I was doing was not parenting but more of a controlling, you know. God gave me this role of being a father, not being role of danda woh.
Dictator.
No, no, but again, I wasn't really doing it consciously, but because of whatever I was seeing—
It's out of love. See, like, it's over love, I can say. In my opinion, that is attachment. Attachment. You're over love.
Exactly.
And you like, you are operating in the point of love only, but without understanding other people's emotions. So you are loving them so much. Yeah, that is the reason. Otherwise you are not doing for other kids.
Yeah, so not being in the present but thinking about future which could happen sometime later on. So not living in the moment, right? I'm not enjoying their innocent smile. I'm not enjoying their innocent talks. Just listening to my daughter is like I don't need anything. My daughter speaks so sweet. I mean, that is like euphoria. You can— I don't need any other paradise other than listening to my daughter. She's so cute, she's so sweet. In fact, I have learned more about my wife only after seeing my daughter. I could have never understood my wife without my daughter, for sure I can say that, sir. But I was being strict to them, like a Hitler, you know. But I'm supposed to be a father to them, I'm not supposed to— I know. So probably first what I do, I go, I tell them, I instruct them if they do something wrong. In fact, I used to beat my kid. My son. I could never lay a finger on my daughter. I don't know for what reason, but my son, he went through quite a few beatings. I mean, please don't put me in jail.
That happened, I think, to you and to me also.
No, no, but it's all out of love, right?
Yes, yes.
And, uh, but slowly I understood, just because you're elder, you can't go and start beating your kids, right? That's not— that's the That defeats the entire purpose. And I understood this, so I thought again, after joining CBH, that same person who used to beat kids, who used to beat his son, is healing his son now. And he is helping his son focus, he is helping his son achieve medals, he is helping his son pursue his own interest. Now I am not really bothered about what he is going to become in the future. It's up to him. Uh, all I'm there is to guide, just guide. And in fact, it doesn't matter if you are a parent or guardian, whoever it is, we should not beat kids. That is one of the worst way to parent, right? You guide them, you explain them. There is a way to explain. If somebody is not really listening you, it's a mistake of yours because you don't know how to explain. I see people saying that, you know, that person doesn't listen to me. Do you know how to speak to him? Do you know the right way to speak to him? So all these kind of learnings which I had after joining CBH. In fact, not just CBH, I've joined a couple of other programs as well. So you should go and join as many programs as possible. Once you realize that there is a lot you could achieve, and you should find your guru. That is very important. It's not about the content. The guru, the guru makes a lot of difference in your life, right? So I'm glad I found you, and I'm glad I found my other mentors, because of which, you know, my life has been just beautiful.
Awesome, awesome, uh, Shravan. And now we are part of Diamond membership. How did Diamond help you?
Diamond, multiple ways. One thing is, like I said, you need to do same thing repeatedly. It's not that you do different things, right? Get up, do yoga. Get up, do yoga. YouTube is also there. That is also teaching same thing which you are teaching, but it is not accountable. I get calls from you. Hi, Shravan. Automated call, it doesn't matter. Hi, Shravan, there is a session at 7 PM. Hi, Shravan, there is a— I get messages from you. I get WhatsApp calls from you. I get WhatsApp messages from you. With these many reminders, you can't miss. Maybe you'll miss one mail, maybe you'll miss one message, but this is the accountability system which I want. And I need this daily, and I need this lifetime. That's why I have signed up for the lifetime membership. In fact, any— there are other programs which I've signed up, and there are purely lifetime membership. Because I today, maybe I'm good in this aspect, there is no guarantee about that tomorrow. I don't want to miss out on that aspect as well. So be ready, so build your library. And Diamond is one of the book in my, in my library, and that is a book which I want to read every day. And what happens in the process? I do my yoga, I do my breathwork, I do my prana healing sessions, I do my diet. So if you see, my spiritual health is covered, my emotional health is covered, my physical health is covered. What else you want, right? This is exactly what everybody wants, right? So that is why I like this Daily Diamond Huddle. I don't know how you named it, but it is so beautiful, it is so apt, and I need it. Anybody who wants to grow, anybody who wants to stay healthy need it. That's why I need it.
How it helped in your relationships? Your kids also are part of— they are very actively participating.
Yes, yes. So every day when I— when they see me, they already know I'm committed and all those things, right? My understanding of yoga was stretching.
Yeah, before.
Right, but you put it in a very nice manner. That is gymnastic, that is circus, that is athletics. That is not yoga. Yoga is Ashtanga Yoga. Asana is just one part of it, right? There are 7 more aspects of yoga, Ashtanga Yoga. And especially speaking of Pratyahara, when I joined Diamond Huddle, that topic was going on.
Okay.
And still now, in fact, I liked it so much that I named my one of the password as Patyahara. On top of Patyahara, something else as well. Because I was so much in love with the topic. I needed it so much. And it helped me to ensure I maintain my calm. It helped me to ensure I get the right decision. Because without clarity, you can never get to the right decision. You only think about it, think, think, think, think, but you never get decision. But now I don't take time. I decide on the spot. I know it is right decision as well. Even if it is not, it is my responsibility to make it right. Such kind of clarity I do have now. So again, if I suppose for some reason, if I don't attend Diary Diamond Huddle, I know I'm going off the track. My daughter tells me, Papa, you are losing your calm. Are you not attending your classes? So that is like a mind-blowing thing. So, and when I do it, my kids see it. My wife sees it, my parents see it, and they also want to do. They do it different times. Now what happened, because of this whole culture, everybody has a mentor now, everybody has a coach, everybody has a guru now. So it is a lot more easier for me to express why people should be, you know, at least be at this level. When I tell them, it's different. When they see me doing it and when they see me going from being a Hitler to healer, when they see me going from person who wants to be just a perfectionist and expect a lot of things from others— now he's not bothered about anybody else, what they are doing, how they are going, where they are going. They see me this change because this change doesn't happen in one day, one week, one month, right? It takes a year. And all this only happened because I'm attached to the program.
And how about children? Conscious Children's Club.
Oh, Conscious Children's Club, sir. I think for any parent Their pride achievement, most of the pride achievement is their kids. For some reason, at least when they come to some age, it's parents' responsibility to ensure that, you know, they get the right input. When I say right input, it's about right education, it's about right trainings, it's about right culture, it's about right food and all those things, right? So when you pitched the Direct Diamond Huddle, there was one one small block which said Conscious Children Club. This is purely for kids and only for those who are Daily Diamond members, Diamond members. I thought, I don't know what this is, but I need this for my kids because that is one input which I'm going to them, which I'm going to give it to them. And today, I think almost after 9 months, I can tell that is one of the asset which I am giving to my kids. That is a real asset which is always building inside them. Every week Sunday, how creative the classes are, how funny the classes are, because You can't teach the same way to kids as you teach to adults, and you figured it out pretty good. I've seen you trying different mentors, different mentors. Now we have good men, Hamid ma'am, she's doing so good, and she makes it so people are always looking forward. When is the Conscious Children Club? If you say yoga class, it's a different thing. If you say Conscious Children Club, they're always looking forward. Now it is becoming a habit for them that they are also being Breathful. They're also being conscious. For some reason, again, because of our ancestors' genes and all those things, my daughter, she takes like this anything. I don't know if it is my quality, I don't know if it is my genes or somebody else's genes, but she understands that now. And she says, I need to do this breathing practice, I need to do Brahmari, I need to do Trataka. If she is losing focus, she knows she has to do Trataka. If she is losing her calm, she knows she has to do the deep breathing. Sometimes she will just do, "Hahaha!" What is it? "Laughter yoga, Papa!" I mean, she applies it so well. At what age? She is like 7 and a half. She'll be 8 next month. Such kind of change, do you think a parent can teach? No, but when they see other kids doing it, and when they see some person who understands them, because they also ask about social responsibilities, what kids can do at this age. Just think what happens at that age when this kind of thought embeds inside them. That is so good, that is so much necessary for all the kids these days, and it will make them tough as hell. Because these days it's pretty easy for kids. Our generation has been little easy, our parents' generation has been a little tough, but these generation kids, they get everything.
Yes, true.
What value do they know?
Yes.
It's not their mistake. It's not my mistake. It's not about whose mistake is that. But how do you teach them to be tough enough? I see a lot of these words called anxiety. They never were there in my generation. But now all because of whatever familiarity. It's good that you are realizing these things. It's good that you're terming all these things. But where is the solution? Here is the solution in terms of Conscious Student Club. And they're getting it at that tender age. So that is more precious for me than my own development. And thanks a lot for such a good, wonderful idea, sir. I know that is one asset which I cannot give them just by giving some crores of money or flats or gold or silver, whatever it is, right? So this is one thing which is always inside them. Nobody can steal this asset from them.
True, true. Very true, very true. Because the current education system is only focused on training them for the job. Exactly, career. So it's about we also need to train them for the life, what we have gone through. We thought like once we get job, our problems will get solved, but it got increased, right? So, uh, so that's— now we understood that. So we have to make sure that they are also not feeling the same and giving whatever really required for the— for living life.
True, true.
And Shravan, like, what is the final message you would like to share with the audience who is watching this and who are still thinking that they really wanted to— this is only for unhealthy people who are having diseases. What is your message for those people?
So if somebody who is not really in a position to make up any decision, I think I read this somewhere, you know, it's a crime not to be your best. It's a crime not to live your best. And if there is anybody out there who wants to improve themselves, the very first thing you have to do is get your guru. Get your guru. When you find your guru, that is when the Rasta opens up for the Moksha. That is what I believe perfectly, right? In fact, there is a lot of knowledge which I gained from YouTube, but there was no guru there. There was— it was not an interactive person who could solve my doubts there and there, who could correct me, who could correct the things there. There can be any other source, I know So what's important is that you find your guru, you find what is the need, what is the area in which you need improvement, right? It doesn't matter which program. Everybody has to join this personal development programs. There are a lot of things which will open up for you in your life. There are a lot of things which are happening these days— manifestation, money mastery, life mastery, relationship mastery. Breath Mastery. Everybody needs all of these things, not just one program. And I'm glad you have given us all these things in the Diamond University, right? And then if you want to really go to next level of it, we can go ahead and go find next level of it as well. But at least your mind should open up to the possibilities that yes, there exist answers for my questions. Yes, you don't have to suffer for 10 years. There are people who went through the same problems which you have went through. There are people who found out the answers and they are teaching it. When they are teaching it, why do you want to delay? What's the point in getting delayed? The odds of being born as a human is like 400 trillion is to 1. That's where I learned somewhere. If it is true, if you have taken the form of a human, why be normal? Why be average, right? And it doesn't matter how much ever you achieve, whatever you achieve, if you are not content with whatever you are today, it's your own mistake. And you don't want to live your life with the regrets, right? Join programs, any program. CBH for me is the best program, I would say, because of daily handholding which I get here from Badarinath Gella and from all the community members. And you find your own program, right? Right. It doesn't matter which program, you find your program, you be your best. And just because a person is going to do in the right path, 101% of the world's problems will be going away. True.
Um, yes, absolutely. Like, for anything, like, the coach is a most important aspect of our improvement of ourselves, right?
Exactly.
And people who are thinking that I am like healthy now, why should I join? Actually, to make sure that you get— you don't get unhealthy. Exactly, right? Instead of addressing after you get problem, before itself you start taking care so that you don't end up with any problems. True, true.
There are a lot of things which we get taught in CBH and other places, right? Without those things, my life would have been going downhill, right? All the assets which have been piling up, all the good things which have been piling up, they would have no sense if I don't understand my inner journey. And when I started doing this inner journey, life is beautiful. One more thing which I wanted to tell, sir, when you spoke about Vairagya, when you spoke about Karma Yoga, I think just these two Just these two. If I really have to mention what exactly I liked in the entire last 15 months, I remember these two things every day. You be your own Krishna. You do your work, not for you, but in the name of the God.
Yes.
Don't expect the results. Because you be involved, but you don't have to be interested about the outcome. I mean, multiple things which you said are ringing in my ears, right? So people are missing it out and at their own cost.
Yes.
You take a step. Anybody who is watching this video or any other video, a lot of coaches are making a lot of efforts to get the right things to use. Go take the chance and find out what it does to you. Money is pretty— you are going to make 100 times of whatever you pay, that is for sure, in terms of everything— health, wealth, anything.
Absolutely, absolutely. I agree. Like, all the people who are watching, I think you need to realize, because it's about when we invest in ourselves, we become the better person and we become the asset, and we'll understand what is our potential, how we can live a better life. Here comes the interesting part. I know that you are waiting for this. Shravan, I would like to ask you, what is your favorite breathing practice?
Laughter breathing.
Let's do that.
Sure.
Yes. So all of you, I want you all follow me, and Shravan also gonna do with us. And so please sit comfortably, make sure that you are comfortable. Don't worry about others, whoever is in the room, they may think that you are mad, but don't worry about that. So you just be with yourself, okay? So now we are going to do laughter yoga, laughter breathing, because it's very, very powerful. Like when we are breathing out, when you are laughing, when you are exhaling completely, right, that also builds your lung capacity. This is the easiest way of breathing practice. Let's do this. So like, what we are going to do now is Ziploc laughter. Where we are closing the zip? Our lips are our zip. So you have to close the lip. Whenever I open, you have to say hahaha. Then when I close, silent. Again open, hahaha. Close, silent. Open, hahaha. Okay, let's do it. Hold the zip. Thank you, thank you. Very good, very good. A. Okay, so keep practicing this. Practice along with your family. So many people forget to laugh in the process of life. So keep practicing this laughter technique and it will make you a lot calm and improve your lung capacity as well. Thank you, thank you so much, Shravan. Thank you, means a lot. And thank you for sharing this all life lessons with many people whoever is watching. I'm sure that they'll be inspired.
It's my responsibility to share whatever I learned, and it's a crime if I don't speak out all these things, right? I gave my best, I'll still give my best, I'll still keep learning all the things, and all the best to everybody.
