He argues confidence drives success (not vice versa), illustrates with a manager coaching example, gives a 3-step system from his book The Human Connection, and issues a practical 77-day repetition challenge and CTA to contact him for scaling leadership confidence.

If leaders lack skill, you can train them. If leaders lack experience, you can coach them. But if leaders lack confidence, everything collapses. Welcome to 10X in under 10 minutes. I'm Ben Shaib. Today we're unlocking the confidence code. How to build real confidence in yourself and multiply it across your team. Most people think confidence comes from success. But success is the result of confidence, not the cause. Confidence comes from three things. Clarity, repetition and evidence. If your leaders don't have clarity, they can't act. If they don't act, they can't practice. If they don't practice, they never gain evidence. Confidence is a flywheel, not a feeling. A manager I worked with had all the skills to lead. But he second guessed every decision. Every meeting started with I might be wrong. But his team lost confidence. Because he lacked confidence, we rebuilt him using a simple three step system from my book the Human Connection Unlocking potential in Business and Leadership. Step one, clarify his role, priorities and boundaries. Confidence collapses in confusion. Your leaders need specific clarity. What's expected, what success looks like and what they own. Step two, commit the repetition of one leadership action per day. Competence and skill come from reps. You can't think your way into confidence, you act your way into it. And step three, capture evidence of wins. Each week you need to capture the wins. Review progress weekly because evidence rewires belief. So there you have it. Clarity, repetition and evidence. That's the code. Within 45 days, he transformed from hesitant to decisive. Not because his skill changed, but because his belief did. Your 10x shift this week, pick one developing leader. Ask them what's one leadership action you'll repeat daily for the next 77 days. Then track it. Repetition builds competence. Competence builds confidence. If you want to build confident leaders at scale, reach out. This is the backbone of performance. In the book the Human Unlocking Potential in Business and Leadership. Next Monday, we dive into the performance. How to measure what actually matters. I'm Ben Shaib and this is 10x in under 10 minutes.
