Okay. Going a little bit into, are diets the best way to improve health? Researchers have looked at people that are on traditional diets, on weight loss diets, diets like Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig. And oftentimes, when people are on these diets, they do lose weight when they're on the diet. But as soon as they go off the diet, they gain back the weight. Diets like Nutrisystem, for example, send food to your house. They don't teach you how to make healthy food choices. They don't teach you how to make convenient and healthy food choices. So if you're not sent the packaged food and you're kind of on your own to pick out what you want to eat, it's harder to make a really good choice. So that's why oftentimes diets are not the best answer or the best way to improve your health.
