If you're feeling stuck, this may be what's holding you back. So maybe you're at a stage of your life where you don't know what's next, or you haven't found the person you're looking for, the career you dream of, or you feel content and settled and not fulfilled. Or maybe you are in a rut and you don't know how to get out of there. Well, here's something that may shed some light as to why you're stuck. You already have everything. Everything you need to rise, to succeed, to be fulfilled. You already have it. If you're not knowing how to tap into it, it's probably because you have adopted identities or labels that are preventing you from tapping into your greatness and being able to reach those skills and tools you already have. Life is always preparing us for what's to come. So if you're in this predicament, please know you already have what it takes. So I am going to give you three secrets to unlock your greatness and and get unstuck. Number one, catch yourself. Pay attention to what you use to describe yourself. What do you say after? I am. I am not good with love. I'm never gonna find the right person. I am a therapist, so I'm gonna be doing this forever. I am happy. I am a morning person. I am not affectionate. Like what things are you or are you not according to you that are preventing you from stepping into a different type of being that will allow you to get what you want? Let me make that a little clearer. If I say I am not a morning person, then I am going to have a hard time waking up because I am already creating an identity of a person who cannot wake up in the mornings. And at some point in my life, I wanted to create a workout routine and a spiritual routine where I practice meditation and spirituality in the mornings. And not being a morning person prevented me from doing that. So what is that thing for you? Is it the idea that you're not lucky in love that's preventing you from finding love? Is it the perspective that you're not the lovey dovey, bake cookies with my kids kind of mom? What that is preventing you from being a good mom? What ideas and beliefs about who you are? What labels have you married that are preventing you from moving forward and being and doing what you want and are meant to be and do? So catch yourself. Because when we speak, we declare. We bring into existence our paradigms, our beliefs. So let's catch ourselves and start removing those labels. And identities that are not serving you, drop them. Number two, make small adjustments. We tend to have an all or nothing mentality where we feel that if we don't do it all the way, we failed. But the truth is that transformation is a conglomeration of small changes that we make in our lives. So if you want to find love, think about what would someone who finds love, who is lucky in the love department? What would that person do? How would that person show up? How would she dress and what would she look like? And then make small adjustments that are going to get you to looking like that person who is lucky in the love department. If you want to wake up earlier to have a workout routine, don't wake up at 3 in the morning. Wake up 15 minutes earlier than the usual and do a 10 minute workout. Wake up half an hour earlier and pray and work out before your kids wake up. Or if you want to change careers, start doing research. Start becoming the person who has the courage to shift careers, to take risks. Start looking to see what your possibilities are in terms of savings. Start preparing. Many times the changes that happen at the beginning cannot be seen by other people, but you feel them inside of you and that's what's going to give you the hope, the power and the motivation to keep at it one step at a time. When you go run a marathon, you don't run the 26 miles at once. You go mile by mile and you start incrementing. Do the same with this life change that you're trying to engage in. And number three, visualize yourself succeeding in what you're trying to accomplish. If what you're looking for is a career change, visualize yourself in that new career. If what you want is love and.
