SPEAKER A went from barely graduating high school in Miami and washing cars to building his own business. He credits seizing opportunities without waiting to know everything, and choosing risk over safety.
Just every time I had an opportunity, kind of like seize the opportunity, even without maybe necessarily knowing what I was doing. I would just like explore it.
I think a lot of people know about what you've done, but not a lot of people know about you.
I'm just a guy. A guy from Miami, Cuban Dominican descent, barely graduated high school, did not go to college. I used to wash cars.
What was the greatest lesson that you experienced in your personal and spiritual development?
You have to look inwards and decide, okay, am I going to let another 5 years go by without doing what I want to do or living an exciting life or taking some kind of chance? Or do I want to just play it safe? That's boring. That sucks. I don't think we're here to play it safe. I think we're here to grow and learn and experience life. And that's something that you have to decide for yourself.
