The faith based coaching method is a psycho spiritual approach to coaching. And the reason I came up with this program is because I believe in coaching. I think it's amazing. I believe in psychology and in our human ability to do great things. But I feel that as human beings there comes a time where we reach our maximum potential and then there's a wall and we need divine guidance, divine intervention. We need God to come and lift us past that wal to truly reach our greatness and become the best version of ourselves. So that's what we do in this coaching academy and that's where also we learn how to do the same for others. Because all of us are here because we are people of service. So the coaching academy is divided into three pillars. There's the psychology or the coaching. This is where you learn important theories that are going to allow you to understand what, why people think, feel and act the way they do. Because that's important wisdom for you to be able to elevate and support them through the journey of coaching. The second pillar is spirituality. And that's where we connect to divine wisdom. That's where we become one with God. And we consent to the presence and action of God within us so that not only are we living a guided life, but but we're also guiding our clients as the vessel, the hands and feet of God on earth. So spirituality is not about religion, but rather about the relationship with God. And number three, there's embodiment. Embodiment refers to the process through which we walk the talk through which we become what we're going to be preaching about. So as we learn psychology theories and we learn how to connect with divine wisdom, we, we are becoming, we're becoming the best self that God created us to be. So that we may guide others not just by what we say, but how we are. It is in embodying the principles that you're going to be supporting your clients with that you inspire them the most. You can coach without saying a word, just by being so. Part of what we do in our coaching academy is we go through our own journey. You're going to have a coach that's going to support you in your journey of applying all these theories not just to your clients, but to you first. Because if you know how to walk the talk, you're going to show up differently and with a lot more confidence for your client. So those are the three pillars, but we also have the business side of coaching. In this program, you're going to learn how to build a coaching business, how to brand Yourself, how to market yourself. Like what are the things that you get to ask yourself and reflect on so that you may tell the world, I'm here, I'm your coach, you've been praying for me and I'm available. It is important that you show up, that you tell the world the gifts that you have to serve them so that they know and are aware of your existence. And I am going to teach you that in the coaching academy as well. The beauty about this program is that it's only four months long, but they're intense, or I should say, and they're intense. And you get to use that time intently to elevate your life as you learn how to elevate others. The structure of this program is in those four months that you have with us, you're going to consume two masterclasses a week, which is the equivalent to about four hours. Each masterclass is, give or take, two hours and those masterclasses are pre recorded, so you get to consume them at your convenience. And then there's two hours live, we get to meet you and I, you and my team. And this is where we support you live with whatever challenges you're experiencing, whether they're personally in your coaching process or having to do with the career path that you're engaging in now. In these two hours, we do all sorts of things. We get to coach you, we get to coach each other, we do Q and A where I answer all the questions that you have in regards to the masterclasses you've consumed that week and we support you in whatever way you need. After a month of doing this, it's approximately six hours, you're going to have a coach that's going to be assigned to you, a peer coach, and you're going to have a peer client. And this is when you start your coaching deep dive process. You're going to be supported by a coach in your class who's going to help you implement all those theories that we're learning about and elevate your life so that you can walk the talk and then support others. You're also going to have a peer client that's going to give you the experience, the practicum side of this program. So as you coach that person to elevate that person and support him or her, you're also developing and sharpening your skills in coaching. And I get to witness that in our live sessions once in a while when I ask you to coach each other so that I can give you some feedback. So when you graduate from this program. That's not the first time you're going to coach. You're not going to be out in the world thinking like, what do I do now? What do I do with this certification? You will have already done it from month one. So something that is very special about my students, that's different to most other coaching academies is that my students graduate with experience. They graduate with confidence because you are a coach from day one. And they also graduate knowing that they are just a vessel, that they have all the competence they need. But at the end of the day, the most important thing is to connect with divine wisdom so that they can be an instrument of God. So at that point, you don't even have to worry about being perfect or doing it all right or having all the answers, because you will know how to be connected to the source of all wisdom. So that's the structure and commitment of this program. Your next step is to apply.
