Throughout that entire time that I would pray. And the entire time I was begging and asking and pleading. I just wanted the ship to show up, take all the negativity and take off with it. I wasn't doing any of the work. I was expecting a magic wand, a snap of a finger, a miracle to happen. I said, listen your God, you can do whatever you want, right? Raised Jesus from the dead, you parted the seas, you've done it all. I have faith in you that you could do anything, do this. And I look back, I hate even saying that because, like, I'm testing God. I'm not that guy. I am a true believer that God is not an angry God. All that Old Testament stuff, it's real. But I don't believe that God punishes. In order to punish, you have to be upset. In order to be upset, you have to have anger somewhere inside of you. And God is pure love. You can't be something and something else. You either are or you're not.
