How Faith-Based Coaching Helps You Become a Better Version of Yourself #shorts

Let me tell you what I learned from my alumni of the Faith Based Coaching Academy. When they graduated they were transformed and elevated. They were better versions of themselves. And I got curious about it and I'm like what was it? What about this program did that for them? And I realized that in the end we as human beings only have to focus on one thing whenever we want to rise up to become our best self. And that one thing is expansion. Expand your mindset, expand your relationship with God, your spirituality just like you would with a hair tie. Once you stretch it it can go back to its own place. So now you're made anew. When you expand yourself you're made anew and you're open to receiving God's graces. Very much like what happens when we breathe. When we expand our lungs we allow for oxygen to flow in. So instead of trying to change everything around, just expand your mindset and your spirit.
