Two speakers discuss discerning God's guidance in business decisions. One shares how he realized he wasn't built to work for others, and both emphasize using peace as a strategic indicator rather than a reward. They stress the need to intentionally slow down to let God accelerate progress.

Alex, is God your business partner? And the truth was, it wasn't.
Today we explore what happens when peace becomes the strategy, not the reward.
I've always been a ready, fire, aim type of guy. Jump off the cliff and build the wings on the way down.
So, wait, wait, wait, wait. Did you go from education to entrepreneurship?
It was a job in between. Three months into that job, Betsy, I was like, I don't think I'm built to work for somebody. I want to create something. I want to impact people.
What practices have you implemented or tapped into to connect with the Holy Spirit?
I've had to step back over the course of the last several months and say, okay, well, I need to slow down in order for God to speed me up.
