During the time from when I was getting divorced, getting separated, and dating, I became the de facto poster child for people around me, and I became like the coach for these people who are going through divorce. How'd you do it? How'd you do it so well? How do you not kill him? Don't you want to stab him? I can't believe you have him over for dinner. You not telling the kids bad things about him. All of those things that, you know, people think. Everyone says they're going to put their kids first. Most people don't. Very sad. And the adults are usually gonna be fine. But it's the kids who pay the price. It is always the kids. So I began coaching kind of informally while I was on the radio, and I had segged that into a voice acting career. I love telling people there's a life out there waiting for you that you cannot imagine, because I never would have imagined it ever. If you had said, you're gonna be happily married for 15 years, and then 30 years, I would've said, oh, get out. You're crazy. What are you smoking? But it's true.
