There's a pandemic of anxiety. In our youth, Mariana Suarez had the resume, the prestigious job, and a debilitating anxiety that robbed her of her joy and peace. Today, she will share what she has done to build a life anchored in peace, purpose, and curiosity.
And so I felt kind of this constant anxiety to reach something that I was supposed to be. Doesn't mean I have to live by what my anxiety is dictating me to do.
So you don't have.
To stay stuck in the loop of anxiety. I guess I'm trying to, like, better myself, to be ready for the best opportunity where I can help the most people, which is, like, something I feel very called to to be of service, to be open, to be helpful to people. It feels like peace. It feels like rest. It feels like guidance. Opposite of anxiety. So it's beautif.
