The Better With Betsy Team

Welcome to Better with Betsy. My name is Betsy Guerra and I am a doctor in clinical psychology and licensed psychotherapist in Florida. I am also a wife, a mom, and above all, a woman of faith. I understand firsthand what pain feels like. In overcoming my own struggles, I have learned that the most effective way to heal, to overcome our challenges, and to become the best friends of ourselves is by having faith. Faith in ourselves, faith in the process, faith in God, and faith in our ability to get to where we want to, even when we have no idea of how we're going to make it there. I've combined my clinical training with core principles that allow me to help you become the best version of yourself and find the faith within you. I have realized that this is amazing because I've seen transformations in my clients that show the power of faith and clinical skills in our lives. However, there's only 24 hours in the day and I am unable to do this alone and serve in the capacity and serve the amount of people that I want to be able to serve. And that's what inspired the Better with Betsy. Team Better with Betsy is a group of competent and heartfelt professionals that are devoted to making your life better. I have hand picked each and every person in our team because I believe that they are the ones that are going to help you transform your struggles into strengths. Although we stand for the same core values, we have different gifts and that allows us to serve in a greater capacity by giving us the opportunity to see kids and teenagers, adults, couples, families, and we do all this through our services of psychotherapy, coaching workshops and speaking engagements. So check out our website, get to meet our team, and let me show you these services that we offer to make you better.
