Anything we do regularly is either a habit or a practice. And I recently learned from my meditation app like Theo365 that a habit is something that we do mindlessly. We don't think about it, we just do it because we did it yesterday and the day before and the day before. And a practice is something that we do with intention. So if you desire to achieve a goal, you should be working on practice or daily rituals instead of eating what you always eat because it's what you do, or not working out because you never do. Be intentional and create a daily practice that supports the goals that you desire to achieve. Be the kind of person who has daily practice, not mindless habits that don't serve you.
