I set my intention. I want to arrive at peace. I want to arrive at joy. That was my intention when I lost Fofi. I remember my husband asking the priest the day after she passed, like, is it possible to be happy again? His question compelled me to decide that I was going to be happy again. I wanted to experience the joy and the peace that surpass understanding and depend not on external circumstances like losing your daughter. I set my intention, but I didn't know that I was doing that. I didn't know how it worked. And now that I am so intentional about my intention, I have to tell you what this is about so that you can do the same for your life.
