A short YouTube clip by Betsy Guerra (The Truth About Negative Thoughts #shorts) explains the reciprocal relationship between thoughts and emotions — referencing Joe Dispenza — and describes how a fearful thought can trigger chemical signals in the body that produce fear, which then fuels more fearful thinking, creating a self-perpetuating cycle. The speaker's core prescription is that changing the thought can break the cycle.

I learned from Joe Dispenza that thoughts are the language of the mind and emotions are the language of the body. And thoughts create emotions. But emotions can also create thoughts. When you have a thought, let's say you have a fearful thought. When you have that thought, you create matter because you create a chemical signal that tells the body, like, hey, there's danger. And then the body creates the emotion of fear, which is what you're supposed to experience to respond to that danger. So, so that matter that you created with just a thought, a sentence, a belief, created the emotion, and then now you're like, oh, this is really happening because you're feeling it in your body. So then that emotion creates more fearful thinking, and now you're like, oh, my God, this is real. Something's happening. I'm freaking out. And then that creates more emotions, and before you know it, you're self perpetuating a cycle where your thinking creates your feeling and your feeling creates your thinking, and all you have to do is change the thought.
