4 levels of Teaching Mastery

Blair Singer breaks down teaching into four levels: content, delivery, how learners apply it, and transformation into who they want to become. Most teachers focus on content and delivery. Level 4, where students actually change, is what matters.
Most teachers operate at a level two of teaching mastery. Level two. Let me explain the four levels. Number one is content, the ability to create relevant content to people. And that's important and most people focus on that. But level two is delivery, how you deliver it. How you deliver is more important actually than the content and that's where most people seal it off. But the next two levels are critically important. Now how do you transfer it so that it sinks into the learner and they actually can apply it? That's the key. And most of all, level four, the great ones is where the great teachers operate from is transformation. Where you actually are able to help a person go from point A to point B to become the person they want to become, to be able to have a sense of the world and the sense that they want to have to be able to really make things happen for themselves and have that level of confidence. That's transformation. See if you can be a level four teacher.
