David Nelson on Blair Singer's Master Facilitator Training Program

David Nelson credits Blair Singer's Master Facilitator Training Program with teaching him valuable coaching and leadership skills. He calls it the best course he's attended and plans to support Blair's work and team going forward.
Training, that's what I've been focused on. So, you know, I'm grateful for Blair. It's been a privilege to be here. Blair is truly a master at what he does. I think we will realize that. And so the skills he has, I want them, too, so that I can help more people. And I know everyone in this room wants that as well. But, no, I've been blown away, not only with the content, but Blair's management or facilitation of the room, because he's processing us individually but as a group. And so, you know, it's a lot of content, but I haven't felt overwhelmed one or two times. I have, but it's been the best course I've ever attended. You guys are great. The more I get a chance to coach people that are very successful, you realize they're pushing themselves, they're making mistakes, they're trying new things, and that's part of the process. So I'm really glad I made it here. You know, had to move around a lot of things, like everyone here did, but I need those skills. And, I mean, Blair's the best in the world. That's what I said to him. I didn't know that before because I was always viewing them through sales partners, and that didn't really work for me. I mean, I support them, but Blair is one of the best teachers, if not one of the best teachers in the world. I have no doubt about that. So, you know, I'm thinking of how I can support him in the future to do what he does better, more people. So Blake keeps referring to a mentor we all have called Alan, and he passed away a couple of years, but it's clear to me that Blair and Robert and Kim and different folks like that, I mean, the time for them is now. Yeah, the world needs leaders. It needs us all. But these guys are going to be really essential center of a lot of change in the next few years, and I want to be part of that as well. So I don't want to go on too long, but this has been the best course I've ever been to. And thank you very much. Thank you to everyone.
