Hello, my name is Eric Johnson. I'm from Vero Beach, Florida, and I own a salon and spa. I just finished up. I'm actually just finishing up the program here, the Master Facilitator program with Blair Singer. And I have to say, of the countless things that I got out of the program, the template for a process to create a program is absolutely incredible. To break it down into something as simple as it is still boggles my mind. Now I can use this same template for staff meetings, for trainings, even a simple five minute huddle. Not only that, the leadership skills, the communication skills. All I can say is you get way more than what you pay for. It's beyond words. Just do it.
