Facebook Live: Tap Into Your Unique Traits to Find Your Path

Blair Singer explains why people plateau: either they're on the wrong path, doing what's convenient instead of what matches their strengths, or they have the right path but the wrong mentor. He and Simon Bowen built a diagnostic tool to identify natural talents and accelerate income and legacy creation.
Hey, this is Blair. And you know what? Some of you know me as best selling author or advisor, Robert Kiyosaki. But I just wanted to share something with you today, and that is this. People keep asking me all these questions and I was talking to my good friends Jason Everett, some of you may know him, Justin, Teo, a few others, and they say, really, you should share some of this information. So I'm going to share something with you that has my brain exploding right now. The reason my brain is exploding is that people keep asking me, well, how do I make more money and how do I become successful? And I'm going to tell you something that really boils down to two answers. If you're not making money or you're not being successful, whatever you consider success to be, be fulfilled, peace of mind, the income, whatever it is that you're trying to do, then there's. It's only for one of two things. It's either a, you not on the right path, okay? You're doing something that's convenient to do. It's something you know how to do, but it's not the right path for you. And I'll explain that in a second what I mean by that. Or if you know what you're supposed to be doing, let's say you love technology and you love social media and you love doing that kind of stuff, and you're doing it, but you're. And it's really who you're. What you're supposed to. Supposed to be doing, which I'll explain in a second, you're not doing. Well, it's because you're not following the right person, you're not following the right path to get that done. It really just boils down to those two things. Just boils down to those two things. And if you know what I'm saying, if you understand what I'm saying, just type in. I understand. I got it. Okay, so actually what you can do is tell me which it is for you. Say wrong path or wrong. Wrong path or wrong mentor? Tell me which one it is. Okay, so just let me know. I'm just curious because people always ask me this question, right? So I want to answer that first of all, because it comes to mind I was on a conversation with someone you may know very well, you may not know. His name is Simon Bowen. Simon Bowen's from Perth, Australia. He's a genius in creating what we call genius models on how to take what you do and make it brilliant and easy to sell and concise. And he's worked with my team and myself and just work magic. And I posed the question, I said, what if you could? Would it be possible to re engineer? I got all these pages of notes, okay, that just are blowing my mind away here. What if you could take any individual and let's say maybe you have a successful business and you've done really well and you're kind of saying, okay, so now what's next? What's my next step? What's the next step to do? I love what I'm doing. Maybe I'm in the real estate business, but I want to grow it and I want to make something. I want to take what I've done and create something bigger than me. Maybe that's what it is. Or I want more satisfaction. Maybe that's your next step, but you don't know which way to go, right? Or maybe you're just a newbie. You've taken a lot of programs, you could be in a lot of personal development programs. You. And you're going, I'm really passionate about learning, but I don't even. And I'd love to teach something, maybe, but I don't even know what to teach. I have an idea about it, but I don't have the experience. I'm not sure what I want to do. Or maybe you are clear what you're doing, but it's just a struggle right now. You know, you got it. But you're a legend in your own mind and not in the minds of the millions out there that could be serving you. So I asked him, I said, look, what if we could re engineer a process? A process, by the way, that I don't think anybody I've seen in 35 years that you could actually, through a series of questions and diagnostics designed by Simon and myself, if we could reverse engineer a model that would. That would tap into your DNA, your DNA, and pull out exactly what it is you're supposed to be doing, how you're supposed to be doing it, how to make a lot of money doing it, and change millions of people's lives doing that. Would that be awesome or what? And so we've spent two hours unpacking the possibilities of how to do this, because I can facilitate. And what he can do is he's a great engineer when it comes to engineering this stuff. So we came up with all these pieces and actually in a couple weeks, once I get my head together on this, is that we're going to do, I'm going to do a webinar for you and we're going to unpack all this stuff and show you how to do that. But the reason I bring it up is that at this stage of my career, what I know that I do is that if you're watching this, you're a leader. You're a leader. Okay. Okay, thank you. Somebody said the wrong path. Okay, good. I got that. Somebody else. Okay, so, yeah, so Amanda goes. She goes, yeah, I haven't found the mentor yet. I got it. So that's what this all boils down to, is that it's a waste of life, a waste of your life to be running around trying to figure out what you're supposed to be doing next when there's already something inside of you that knows what you're supposed to be doing next. Any of you that have worked with me at a Making the Stage program or any of these programs, when I get you one on one, we can get to it in seconds. And I've had people make millions of dollars within months doing that stuff, just delivering their message and their language. But we needed a process. So let me explain to you a little bit about this. And over the next couple weeks, I'm going to put a bunch of other things out. As our minds come clear on this, I'm going to start teaching this stuff to you because it doesn't do me any good in my mission in life if I'm not helping you become a better leader. If you want to be a better leader, write down leader in the comments. Say, I want to lead because what comes with leadership. What comes with leadership is what comes is the ability to touch a lot of people's lives, a tremendous amount of income and a profile where people look to you as a change agent and a person they can respect. So like I said in the beginning, if you're not doing. If you're struggling with what you're doing right now and you're not sure what your next step is because a, you don't know the right path to be on, number one. And number two, if you do, you're not following the right course or you're not following the right set of mentors to do that. And so when people come to me and ask me, I say, well, what do you do and why are you doing that? And what's that all about? So you got to start asking yourself, why are you doing what you're doing? And if you like it, but you're looking to go to a next level, how can you create something bigger than you, that creates a legacy for you that Creates a legacy that generates income, touches a lot of people's lives, but allows you to tap that part of you that you know is bigger than what you're doing right now. You know it, I know it, you know it, we all know it. So my goal, like I said in my career with my Blair Singer Training academy, is to work with, is to work with people that have that urge, that know that that's what's going on inside of them. So again, I'm going to tell you a couple things to do. Number one, check your path, see if it's a path that is congruent to you. I had a friend of mine, I won't mention his name because some of you may know him in Southern California. And he was very funny years ago. He told me he's a dentist, very successful, he opened dentist offices in I think seven or eight cities across California. And he quit, quit doing it. And I go, I go, Jeff, why did you quit doing, you're making so much money, why are you doing that? Why did you quit? And he said, he goes, I realize that at age 35, looking into some young child's mouth, that the reason I was doing this is because a 17 year old kid decided that he wanted to be a dentist, which was him at 17. He goes, I'm 35, I don't want to be, I don't want to do this. He's an entrepreneur. So what's he do? He teaches other dentists how to accept dentist practices and how to be successful entrepreneurs and how to do all that kind of stuff. Right? So don't waste 17 years. Some of you have done some great work and you have the opportunity to touch a lot of people's lives and get the accolades and have people come up to tell you that you've changed their lives, they've done all those kind of good things and you deserve all of that. And like I said, over the next couple weeks, like I said, in a few weeks we're going to be doing, I'm going to be doing a webinar, we're going to unpack all this stuff. Simon Bowen and I, who's the genius in creating genius models? I'm taking what you've created and elevating it to another level and creating millions of dollars of sales out of it, and myself are working on a model to take. Even if you don't know what your path is, even if you have no clue, even if you've never been successful in business yet. I know after working with hundreds of thousands of People that somewhere in your DNA you are predestined. Not predestined, I said, maybe pre. Oriented to a certain line of work, a certain piece of information or a message that you can deliver. And it's my job at this stage of my career with our training academy, is to help you, get you to find it quickly, make money with it quickly, to help a lot of people's lives quickly, and also for you to help other people do the same thing. John Maxwell, a great, great mentor to many people. I interviewed him once years ago, and I said, but I go, but, John, if you create too many leaders, there'd be too many chiefs and no Indians. He goes, he laughed at me. He goes, blair. He goes, nobody ever complained about too many good leaders. Be a good leader. Be a good leader. Be awesome. And stay tuned, because in another day or two as I go through this, by the way, how many of you would like to get some of these notes? You like these notes? These notes right here? This is like, where is it? Yeah, right here. Twelve steps that we're going to create for you to. Yeah, here they are. The 12 steps that you're going to do, we're going to help you do. To unpack your genius. So. So even if you don't know what your genius is. And like I said, I've been in the business 35 years. Nobody's done this before in this way. And I'm excited. I'm just over the moon. I wanted to share it with the world. And I know my camera's too low and the lighting's not right and my stand is falling over, so I'm learning how to do Facebook lives. But my friends said this needs to get out to the world, and I'm just excited to do it with you. Okay, so. So stay tuned. If you're interested in what's on this list, type in list, send it to me, let me know, and I'll get you. You won't be able to read it, but I'll send you the essence of what's on it. Okay? All right, you guys, so thanks a lot. Thank you for being the great leader that you are. Again, if you don't know where you're going yet, you don't know the path, you don't know the mentor, we're going to teach you how to do that. So maybe some of you do it with us, but either way, there's a whole world waiting for you. A whole world waiting, and you deserve to elevate whatever you've accomplished. Now, your next step is to pay it forward by elevating it into something bigger than you. And if you haven't created something yet, then it's going to be your job to be able to create a legacy for yourself that we will touch a lot of people's lives. And we're going to help you do all that as we come up with this amazing, brand new technology. Okay? See you guys. I love you. Bye. Bye.
