Feel great for weeks with one act!

Blair Singer teaches a three-step gratitude exercise: list three people you're grateful for each week, write a note to the one who impacted you most, and read it to them if you can. He says it lifts your mood and performance for weeks.
You want to raise your mood level. You want to have a great day, a great week. Be at the peak of your performance. Listen to this. This little hack will turn your world upside down in a very good way. Sometime during a week, at least once a week, maybe twice a week, I want you to sit down in a quiet moment and write down the names of three people that you're grateful for. Three people that you're grateful for. Maybe they're alive, maybe they're not. But write them down. That's all it takes. Think about it for a second. You want to go to step two of this. Step two. Pick the one person out of that group that's had the biggest impact that you're most grateful for and write them a note. Just write them a note why you're grateful for them. What have they done for you? How did they change their life? How did they go out of their way for you? Maybe they're not ever expecting anything like this, but write them a very short note. Step number three. You want to really put this on steroids and feel great for weeks. Find the person, if they're still alive, and read that.
