Blair Singer.
The Sales Explosion program.
Hey, what's up, everybody? Check it out. We got on Facebook live. How cool is that?
It's cool. Haven't done this before, so this is actually very cool.
Yeah. So the first ever Q and a session with Mr. Blair Singer. We're out here doing the sales explosion program out in Phoenix, Arizona, hanging out live. So if you guys are tuning into this live with us, do me a favor and write some questions that you have. But I have some kind of pre questions from our last live post that I want to throw at you and just kind of get those questions out there.
Cool. Awesome. Yes.
So Raul, you know, Raul. Raul asked. He said the question that comes up to me is about self discipline to increase your context. What would be some baby steps to start with? So, like, if somebody wants to expand their context, what would you start with?
Well, self discipline. Okay. So the deal is everybody needs discipline in their lives. I do, too. When you're your health, your money, your finances, sales, all that stuff, you got to find out where is your biggest need first. What's going to make it worth your while to want to sacrifice that extra piece of chocolate cake or whatever it is to. Because you want to look good if that's what you want to do or you want to be healthy. So my point is pick something that's meaningful to you, because if you don't, you're not going to have any self discipline. You'll bail on the idea very, very quickly. That's number one. Number two, self discipline. Find yourself a mentor or a master, somebody that's already mastered it, somebody's really, really, really good. Well, in sales, that's me. But for health and fitness, I have my own mentors, I have my own coaches, and I just surrender to them. You can tell me what to do. I'll just do it and let them guide you until it becomes a habit and a true discipline. So I can tell you that in my life, whether it's business or finance or health, I've always seemed to attract coaches and mentors that kick my butt, if you know what I'm saying. I mean really literally, because that seems to be what I respond well to. It's actually kind of sick. But the beatings, you know, when it gets good is when the beatings increase. Right. So I think that it's really important that you do that. You do it that way. And some people still have a little voice. Thought that I got to do it my way, that I got to be my own person. Well, you are always going to be your own person. But if you can do it your own way, you can end up right where you are, which isn't going to help anybody. I find that here, like at the sales explosion program, everybody wants to make a lot of money. Everybody wants to have a. Oh, we're back.
It's good.
Yeah. So everybody wants to knock it out of the park. And it doesn't matter whether I'm in Vietnam or whether I'm here or whether I'm in Taiwan. But what they are not willing to do is as the. As Raul, what you said is have the discipline to practice. The discipline of practice handling objections, practice presentations, practice making your pitch, whatever it's going to take. Or practice just managing your little voice a little bit, because that's what it's going to take. And the people that do kill it, and the people that don't suffer and struggle. So one of my teachers, Mac Newton, says real well. He goes, you know, pain is inevitable. You can't avoid the pain. Suffering is optional. Suffering is a choice. And suffering just means you hang there on the cusp of what you could do and who you could be, and you never take it across because you're never willing to experience that momentary pain of having to go work out, of having to practice having to do those things or having to get knocked back a few times. And the people that do win, and you know what they win in whatever they do, you know, it could give them. It could be pet grooming for all I know. It doesn't matter.
So the idea is, what's the baby step they can take? Is surrender to a mentor. Find a mentor and just start following what they say. Yeah.
But also, the first step is to find one area that is meaningful enough to you that you're willing to sacrifice some of your good feeling for some momentary pain to get into it. And again, I'm not a. No pain, no gain. I don't mean that. But anything you do that's different, that's out of your comfort zone is gonna be uncomfortable. It's gonna be a little painful in the beginning. That's just the way it is. Totally.
Well, awesome. And thank you again, Raul, for the question. So I just want to make sure you guys are getting. If you guys have questions, put them in below. I don't know if you know you can see this or not, but Eugene said, you kick ass, Blair. So appropriate.
You kick ass.
And from Kim Nguyen, you got some knuckle bumps and things like that.
So thank you for tuning in and hanging out from Melbourne, Australia. Right there.
Yeah. So See, you even know you guys again. Remember, I just want you guys to know as you guys comment, interact, I want to get Blair on more Facebook Live. I'm saying that on camera so you actually do it. This is a good thing. Not that you resist me, but sometimes. But I want you guys to let Blair know how much you are excited about seeing him on Facebook Live. And if you want to see more Q&As like this, you've got to be able to jump on and check these things out. Hi, Lindsey, by the way. Good to see you on here. Lindsey Haney. So good to see you on here too. So a couple other questions. Raphael Santa Anna, I think is how you'd say that or something like that.
Santa Anna.
Santa Anna. He said he has two questions. First one is what's the most critical part in the sales process? I'll give you the pick one part that's like, if you don't do that, what would you say?
Yeah, well, I always say the most, the toughest sale is not selling to a customer, it's selling to yourself.
Yeah.
So the most, the most critical part of any sales process is the war is handling the war between your own ears first. And that can show up in a lot of ways. It could be like, I gotta go make a sales call today. No, I don't want to. No, I don't like doing a. Yeah, but you got. And it's winning that battle that's the most critical part of the selling process. Thank you, Jen. Okay. It was. The most critical part of the selling process is really getting your own little voice lined up first to whatever it is. And there's lots of ways to do that. Practicing is a great way to do that. Doing it in front of, you know, making your presentation in front of a mirror is a way to do that. Or just working on whatever your fear or whatever your concerns are.
Well, and again, it makes a huge difference if that's what you're working on. So many people are focused on the technique or the skill or the objection or the perfect thing to say. But if you get yourself out of the way, then it just all goes through.
Now on the flip side, on the non personal development side, probably the most critical part is the discussion leading up to the close. See, everybody thinks it's a close, but if you do your homework right, if you add a lot of value to people's lives in their interaction with you, close is an assumptive close. You know, really they just say, okay, so what do we got to do next? They're just going to ask you what to do next. See, but most people are pitch, pitch, pitch, pitch. Close, close, close, close. My experience is if you've done your homework well, if you've truly gone into their world, ask them good questions, whether the questions relate necessary to what you have to offer them, but really trying to help them and support them and add value first, a lot of reciprocity is definitely going to kick in and it'll be like, sure, what can I do with you? I mean, this is great. Can you help me? And I go, well, I'm not sure, but maybe we can. So I think that unlike what most people think, it's all about the clothes, it's all about the value you add to those people up front. And that's true, of course. Online, yeah, it's true. Facebook, it's true. Social media and it's true.
And pre frame it and make sure they're ready to go. I love what you said about, you say it's just called making arrangements. Like just. It's just making the last arrangement. Right. Like when do you want to do that? You want to start Thursday, you want to start Friday and then that's it. It's not a big fancy. I stopped talking. You stopped talking. Whoever.
If at that point, if at that point it's a struggle and you're having a hard time closing a. You haven't spent enough time supporting them.
Yeah. Awesome. Well, I know Jen's arm's getting tired, but I do have one other question I want to make sure that we answered while you're here. By the way, we'll keep making these even better.
And by the way, you should see Jen's fingernails. They're so amazing. Yeah.
Should we get them on there? Yeah, get them in here. Let's get them right there.
Those are unbelievable.
Not to be clear. Not my fingernails, Jen. But anyway, the last question was there's a lot of people who haven't been to a sales explosion. Even though it's one of your most successful programs of all time. Like people have been to sales explosions. Not maybe accurate number, but a lot of people. What would you say if you could just take like 30 seconds and say, why should somebody come to a sales explosion? Why should somebody bring their team? Like, what's the benefit? Because we're hanging out at one right now. So what are people getting?
Well, I'm going to tell you this is that the number one skill of any entrepreneur is you must know how to sell. Because sales equals income. And it's not just Financial income, it's resources, it's spiritual income, it's emotional income. So it's your number one skill. And anytime I've ever seen anybody that didn't get what they want, don't live the lifestyle they want, it's because they don't know how to or can't sell. And so I think that my experience is if you've got a dream.
If.
You'Ve got a dream, something you really want to do, you're going to have to pitch it. You're going to have to get other people to support you to get that done. And so if there's any big goal that you have for yourself, anything that you want to accomplish in the area of business or even as a parent is your ability to get other people to understand what you're doing, to take action on it. And most importantly, as I said before, get your little voice out of the way of it. Because the only thing that's stopping you from making millions is. Is you. And you know that. But the good news about that is, with a few simple skills, you can get you out of the way and you can let people give you money. I mean, literally let them give you money. There are millions of dollars out there waiting for you, millions of resources. People will help you with property, real estate, business, cash, whatever it is you want more than ever. And if you don't have it, it's because you don't know how to ask for it.
Yeah, I mean, so if you want to learn about more about the sales explosion, go on to Blairsinger.com obviously, you guys have all the tools and resources right here on Facebook, but if you've not been to a sales explosion program, you got to be here. I know. It's one of my favorite programs I've ever done with you. It kind of kicked off this whole.
Thing, but that's right, you got to.
Get out to a sales explosion. I'm not seeing any comments or questions that have come in on here, but if you guys have questions, put them in the comment section below.
