Four reasons people fail (part1)

Blair Singer identifies two major reasons people fail: fear of looking stupid or making mistakes, which stops full commitment, and fatigue from poor sleep, nutrition, or life stress that drains your physical and spiritual energy.
There are four major reasons why people fail, and this is part one. One of the reasons people fail is because of fear. Fear of looking stupid, fear of making a mistake. Fear of a self fulfilling prophecy that you're maybe not good enough. So they never take it on. They never go full on into the project or the goal that they're seeking. Therefore they fail. Fear number two not so obvious is fatigue. Two, that's right, you set a goal for yourself, you're working hard, you kind of getting closer and closer, but you run out of gas, you run out of juice. Now that's for two reasons. Number one, obviously health. If you're not eating well, you're not nourished, right? Not drinking enough water, getting enough sleep, you're going to run out of juice and you're not going to be able to take it across the line. But the second reason that fatigue takes over is because of something not quite so obvious. Through the course of our lives as we make mistakes and we have incidents happen to us as we all do, we lose a little of our life force, our spirit.
