Genius in the Simplicity

Blair Singer argues that scaling a business requires radical simplicity: pick one clear product, streamline your customer journey, and make your message repeatable. He walks through the sequence of selling first, then building a team to sell, then teaching them the process, plus growth areas that boomed post-COVID like education, delivery, and telehealth.
Okay, welcome. Happy Thursday wherever you are in the world. Maybe it's Friday already. This is Blair. Every week get together and talk about something that's relevant. So hopefully you will tune in, invite your friends, get them to share what we're doing. This is broadcasting live on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. So looking forward to it. And the topic today, topic today is Geniuses in the simplicity. Geniuses in the Simplicity. Those of you don't know me, Blair Singer, best selling author, three books in the area of sales development, personal development and team development. Hey Lars, good to see you. And yeah, and over the last 20 some odd years, I've trained some of the best teachers, leaders and facilitators in the world. Some amazing people. Hopefully you're learning from them and they're learning from you. So again, and if you want more information, just check us out@blairsinger.com or my YouTube channel. Share it, subscribe to it, let people know about it. Lots of good material going up nearly every day. Every day. And relevant stuff. So last time we talked about. As many of you know, I'm a rich dad advisor and I've been one for very many years. And many of you know that we talk about the ESBI Quadrant now. What does that mean? That means you're in one of four categories. You're either employee in business anyway, you're in an employee, you're self employed in business for yourself, self employed or, or you're a bigger business owner, a branded business, or you're an investor. There's other variations, but there's some kind of a shade in between. And that a lot of people have the entrepreneurial dream of going from being an employee and slaving for somebody else and making somebody else a lot of money and having virtually no freedom to financial freedom. But the minute that takes place, the minute you actually, it's not the decision, it's the minute you act on that decision that all hell breaks loose and your ability to deal with it properly is the reason that. What are the statistics? I think I read recently that within three to five years, 50% of all businesses will fail. In the first couple years, in those first several years and of all the businesses that fail, only 27, only 20% of them fail because of the competition. What's that mean? That means that the reason a business fails is not because you're a bad person, not because you don't have a good idea, and not because you don't work hard. It's probably you work too hard is maybe part of the problem. But the problem is lack of knowledge. You know, how do I set up a business, how do I get it to go? What, what makes it work and why am I not doing so well with it? So those are the pieces that Robert Kiyosaki and I and the rest of the advisors have been working on a lot lately. And one of the big lessons, the two big lessons I may have talked about last week, but I'll refer to them a little bit again, is that one of the big mistakes that people make when they attempt to go into business for themselves is they make it way too complicated. Way too complicated. The simpler the better. This implicit, as Robert would say, genius, is in the simplicity. And what happens for a lot of people when they go into becoming self employed. Over the years of being an employee or being self employed, we build a habit. And the habit is to appear to be intelligent, to appear to be smart. And so what happens is you, you want people to know that you know a lot about things. It's not a bad thing. It's just that this need for other people to give you credibility becomes part of a habit. And so what happens as a result of that is that now everything you look at, you make more complicated because you're taught to do that. The more you know that, the smarter you are and the better you are. Okay, so again, my call to all of you and we'll talk about this a little bit today is how do you make things really, really simple? How do you make things really simple? How do I get myself now that I'm self employed and working 247 and if I don't sell, I don't eat, and the stress of feast and famine, and feast and famine, you know, how do I scale up? How do I become a bigger business? How do I do that? Well, let me, we're gonna talk about that a little bit. Also I wanted to talk about a little bit about the future of business. I'm doing a talk actually later today for a group of people that want to know what the post pandemic opportunities are. And there's all kinds. There's the internal opportunity, there's the external opportunity, there's the business opportunity, all kinds of opportunities. And we'll go into some of that as well too. So again, thank you for being here, Lars. Financial skills. Skills make you rich, not theories. That's quote anon from Robert Kiyosaki. Very good. Easy systems. Okay, good, thank you, Thandi. Very good. Good to have you here. So, and again, if you have comments, there's a little Bit of lag. There's a little bit of lag going on with, with the, with the comments. But, but get them in here and I'll do the best I can. Okay to. Hold on, let me scroll down some of those. Nope, don't want to do it that way. I'll do it this way. Okay, awesome. Okay, so again, let's take, let's, let's take, let's take a look at this. Oh, and by the way, just based on the, on businesses, one of the biggest opportunities right now is the fact that in 2020, right in the middle of a pandemic, global pandemic, there were more new businesses filed for. More people filed for more new businesses in America than ever before. Almost five times more than any other year in history. 4.5 million, I believe 4.3 million new business applications just in 2020. And they're gonna mostly fail. They're gonna mostly fail because they're not taking the time to learn some of the things you're learning how to do. Oh, Yogi Yogesh asks how to kill a long time procrastination behavior. Okay, I make a note of that. I'll do my best to answer that one if I can because it's part of the reason people don't get to in business for themselves. I want to have my own business. I want to have my own business. But they keep procrastinating, keep pushing it off. And the only reason you, by the way, Yogesh, the reason people procrastinate, one of them is because it's a protective mechanism. If you don't, if, if you procrastinate and don't step out, well then you're safe. You're not going to subject, you're not going to make a mistake. You're not going to. Nobody's going to ridicule you. You're not going to face any negative feedback, but you'll also stay stuck. So, so that's what happens. So the procrastination is kind of a protective mechanism. That's the good side. If that's good, the bad side is, becomes a habit. And so what happens is you procrastinate your business idea, your book idea, whatever, long enough, then after a while, your little voice, then you finally have time to do it and your little voice goes, well, who would want to listen to me anyway? Nobody's going to want to listen to my book. I haven't done anything that great. I'm not that special in. And you start talking yourself out of it. Okay, so what you've done is you've let all the trivial stuff in your life, all the stuff where life happens, get between you and your dream. So that's the problem with procrastination. You need to put a little more weight on it if you want to do something. This goes for everybody. If you want to do something, you make yourself about 30 reasons why you want to do it. And then after you come up with 30, come up with about five more. And after that, do about five more. Why? Because you need to dig really deep and get to a real reason why. Because on those days when you don't want to do it or days when you're getting negative pushback, you better have some really good reason to do it. Otherwise you'll procrastinate or you'll push it off until it's too late, which is basically what happened when COVID 19 hit. All the things we were supposed to do that we pushed down the road that we procrastinated on. Now we got to deal with them, and now we have a crisis. So. So take care of all that. Okay? Anon says all wealth in this golden digital entrepreneurial age worldwide will be made in the effective distribution of products and services online directly to consumers. Okay, that's one. That is one. And you know, there's some big players that are already doing it. That's actually true. Right? You look at Amazon, how can you forget that name? Look at Amazon, Walmart, all these people. You know, e commerce is one of the biggest things going on. Digital content, the training business has gone to digital content. But I'll give you a list you'd be surprised about. Some of the other ones that are growing just as fast and you don't have to be have as much capital and maybe not even as much technology to do them. Technology's here to stay. We'll talk about that later if we have time. Okay. Okay, let's go back to the original topic, which is simplicity. Simplicity. So let's say you want to get. You want to go into the B quadrant, you want to get out of the business rat race, which is you being the primary asset of your own business. Because if you're the primary asset of your business, you are the liability of your business because you're not allowing your business to grow. Okay. Last time we talked about pert charts and I and helping people design their future. And here's your goal, and here are all the events that need to take place in order for that to happen. And usually half the people quit right there because it's too overwhelming. There's too many things to do. Why? Because your mindset is still the mindset of a self employed, single, solo person. I got to do this my own. I got on my own. I got to figure this out on my own. Every time I have teams working on these, I don't find nearly that kind of a problem. And they take it to the moon. So what's the lesson there? One of the things that bigger businesses know, that it requires a team to take on something bigger than you. And if that's what you want to do, start with one, plan it with one, design it with one, and find good players. You don't have to pay them a lot of money, but you need to be able to share your mission and vision with them. And if they're compelled to do it, they'll want to be a part of it. That's all good. Okay, so let's just say we've done that. Okay, We've got ourselves a team. What do we want to do? Well, we have to have a formula for this, a formula for that. Look, start with one bright idea. What is the one thing that you can do to take yourself out of the business rat race that you can offer to the public, as Anand would say, that you could offer to the public, that's operator unassisted. In other words, I'm talking about you as the operator or you as your team. Is there something that you could do really simply a book, a game, a digital product, a survey, an exercise that you can offer online that runs, whether you run that runs 24, 7, they click in. They, you, you, you market. You have a marketing funnel that markets them into it. They take it. They pay $5 for that. Maybe then they'll play $95 for the next one. And that continues to recur. And they get great information back and they get videos back. It's all automated. That's one example. Okay. Doesn't have to be complicated. One product, you don't have to have one survey. One diagnostic. You know, I like diagnostics. You know, diagnostics. We did that for a long time with a digital product. Before people were doing a lot of digital products. We offered a sales dogs diagnostic. What breed of sales dog are you? What's your selling strength? It was free and people took it and a lot of people took it. And after that, if they wanted, we helped them identify that the number one reason people struggle in sales is because of fear of rejection. So we created an objection handling kit, basically a physical product that had a piece of Software you could run on your, on your laptop or a series of cards, flashcards, basically where you could drill, objection, handling. And we got great results. And that was flowing out and we, and it was our first attempt in the education business that didn't require me standing in front of a room teaching people. Okay, so again, something simple like that. A lot of times when I hear people talk, people say, well, how do I become more simple? Because I'm probably not being so simple right now is that how can you say more with less words? How can you say more with less? Think about it. If you have to spit, if somebody asks you what you do and you have to spend 10 minutes telling what you do, that's too complicated. Okay, what do you do? Simple mission statement. Rich dad. Improve the financial well being of humanity. Simple. Okay, ours is a little longer mission of Blair Singer Training Academy to create the best teachers, leaders and facilitators in the world. That's it. Simple. That's what we do. Now, are there a lot of programs? There's a lot of other pieces, yes, but you need to be able to, you don't need to do anything. I don't want to be a preacher. I'm just going to say, I would suggest that you learn how to say more by saying less. The genius is in the simplicity. One of the reasons, one of the reasons I love hanging around Robert is that he naturally makes things very simple. Cash flow quadrant, very simple diagnostic. Now it's complicated if you dig into it, but the concept of itself is pretty simple. Simple statements like the rich don't work for money. Simple statement. You get all the complicated things about their investment portfolios, blah, blah, blah. But his simple statement, the rich don't work for money. What are some other ones? Simple statements, definition of an asset. An asset is something that puts money in your pocket. That's it. A liability. Somebody takes money out of your pocket. Simple. So the, the simpler you can make things, the easier it is for people to follow you. The easier people is to follow, the easier it is for them to support you. Okay, so again, five second rule. Thank you, Lars. Yeah. The five second rule on what's your mission, you know what, what's your message? If you can articulate it in five seconds or less, people get it. We're actually, we're going to be doing a program on that this weekend. We're going to be teaching powerful sales presentations where people are going to be drilled on their message. They start with 30 second and then down to 15 seconds and down to 10 seconds. And we get it down to five so they get the essence and then people get it and say with power and with energy. Okay, so again, those are some of the initial, initial thoughts. Simplicity creates genius. Or genius is in the simplicity. Working with our marketing team, we have this funnel and that funnel and this link and these email campaigns and that email campaign. And what I try to explain to my marketing team is I'm not a whiz in digital marketing, but I am going to say this. One thing I know about selling is the more steps that you create between you and and the person buying something, the greater the probability that you'll lose them. Okay. The more hurdles you create, the faster you're going to lose them. And you can look at your click through rates and you'll see that that happens is the biggest click through rates are typically up front or at some place in the cycle. But over time you keep adding steps, you're going to start losing them. So what I suggested to them, I said eliminate these steps. People want to come to the website, they come to blairsinger.com they come and they want to subscribe for free. Great. Here's a video. All you got to do is choose. You want a business development one or you want a personal development one. Just choose one and you get it. That's it. We don't need an email campaign and all these other things to do. Just give it to them. Just give it to them now. Later if they want to do more, they can browse and, and get, and see the library of things that we've got. But we're going to test it, eliminate the complexity and keep it really simple. Okay, that's my message to you this week. So if you have any comments about that. Yeah, Lars. Excuse me. The power of easy. Absolutely. So I'm going to go over a couple of things. Some simple business. I said I was going to talk about the future business. What is that? Oh yeah, Easy System. Thank you. You're welcome. Yogesh here. Stay right there. Don't wait. I'm going to talk about some opportunities here and some business ideas that you can take a look at if you're an entrepreneur right now. First of all, they're about. Yeah, about. There are four things that Covid has taught us that everybody needs to adopt as part of a strategy. Number one, the power of collaboration. Okay. If you have a team, if you're not collaborating with other people in a very meaningful daily, hourly business to business way, you are missing out on one of the biggest opportunities on the planet. Right now, s solo employees are missing out, particularly because they don't have teams and particularly if they don't collaborate with a lot of people. Number two is you gotta be global. I mean, there's no excuse not to have global reach right now through zoom, through video, through whatever. There's no excuse not to have global reach. So global reach is critical. I don't care what you're doing, and find a way to deliver whatever you deliver online. And how can you do that? Well, I'm a plumber. I'm electrician. I can't fly to Sri Lanka. No, but you can offer some education on how to take care of your plumbing yourself. Or if you're going to hire a plumbing contractor, get somebody to help you with your plumbing. What are the five things that they should know? So remember, you've heard me talk many, many times. Is one of the biggest opportunities on the planet that's been revealed post Covid is education. I mean, the number of the 10,000 or the 100,000. I forget the number of videos, new videos every day going on YouTube. Most of them are people trying to teach something. My son learned to play the guitar on YouTube. I mean, you know, you don't. Education is not the same as it used to be. So that's also true for even if you're not a teacher. One of the things that I learned a long time ago is if you want to sell, give value first. Remember, that's called the law of reciprocity. You give something before you get something. So what can you give? Give education. Teach, then sell. Teach, then sell. You should write that down. Teach, then sell. So what can you teach them? Teach them anything that you have expertise on. I mean, if you're my friend Tom Wheelwright. Tom Wheelwright has a great accounting firm. He's probably one of the best tax accountants on the planet. I'm a little biased. What's he do? He does seminars, he does programs, he does. He does podcasts. He does all these things to teach people about taxes. Teach, teach, teach, teach, teach. And what do you think that does? He doesn't charge any money for that. But what on the back end? It generates a tremendous amount of business for his firm. And he signs up other partner and affiliate firms to work with him and through his system. So it's a great example of using education even if you're not going to be a traditional educator for professionally. But if you're just trying to build your business. Okay, so teach, then sell. And remember I said earlier that the number of new Businesses coming into play right now is greater than ever before, and their knowledge base is no better than it was five years ago. So your ability to teach other people a portion of how to make the transition from E to S to be your eye is going to be very, very powerful, very, very important, and you can make a lot of money doing it. Okay, all right, so let's take a look at some other things here. Sometimes I cannot rely on my team to do it, so I eventually see myself doing most of it. Okay, that's Mustafa. Welcome to the world. I mean, that's one of the biggest complaints of most entrepreneurs and why they stay small. I can't rely on my team. If you want it done right, you got to do it yourself. So why does that happen and how do you prevent that from happening? Well, first of all, that's why as a leader, you got to be a great teacher. You got to be a teacher. You have to teach people how to do what you want them to do. You just can't expect them to do things and hope that they already know it. How to sell, how to collaborate, how to work together as a team. That's not going to happen. It's not going to happen. The reason it's not going to happen is because they didn't learn it anywhere. They in school. You weren't taught any of that. Don't get me started. You've heard me, you know, on this live, many, many times talking about that. So number one, you got to teach them, Mustafa. That's number one. And hold them accountable to that. Okay, so first of all, teach them how to do it. Second of all, second of all is to hold them accountable to it. What are their numbers? You know, I mean, on a weekly basis, if they're in sales, how many calls did they make, how many contacts did they actually get and how many people did they close and where in the selling cycle are they weak? Now, if you want to know how to do that, go to blairsinger.com and do the video on the selling cycle. It's one of the first videos, one of the first classes on the selling cycle. Go through each. It's really easy. I make it really simple. But you can see very quickly how to break it down and how to hold people accountable to each step so that they learn better. Not to hold, not to punish them, but to make them better. If you can't count on your team, you have to also ask, how sold are they on working for you? Are they a virtual team? Are they a core team? Virtual Team meaning, well, if there's something else better going on, I'm good to go do that. And now your stuff becomes secondary. Okay? The kind of teams I'm talking about are very committed teams. Teams that work together, that strive together on the same mission, together, doesn't mean Maybe they employed 100% of the time, but a very big portion of the time. So when you call a meeting and you need to get together, they're there. That's a good team. So you have to check the level of commitment of the people that are there to begin with. Okay? That's only three things, okay? Teaching them their level of commitment, holding them accountable. Because teams are not easy. Teams are not happy camp. I mean, teams can be a royal pain in behind because people have bad moods this day, they have good moods the next day. They're upset, they're blaming somebody else, somebody's blaming them. All that stuff goes on. However, truth of it is, Mustafa, there's only so much you can do. And the size of your game, the size of your business, the size of your income will be limited by you. Now, I learned a long time ago that that's a pretty big limitation for me. It's a pretty big limitation. As bright as I think I can be, I'm not nearly as bright as the people on my. On most of my. Most of the members of my team, I'd say almost all of them. So that's important to have. If you have. If you understand that. Anand, what did he say? Here in network marketing, you can teach. To teach to teach. Yep, you got it. My original formula that many of you know is sell team teach. Right? The number one skill is your ability to sell. Number two is you gotta be able to get a team that can sell. And then number three is your job is to teach people on your team how to sell. Teach people on your team how to sell. That was originally designed long time ago when I was asked to do a talk for a very large network marketing company, and I boiled down the things that I thought were important, and that became a model that was over almost 30, 25, 30 years ago. And it's been our model ever since. So you're right, Anand. In network marketing, the secret that most network marketers never get, but the rich ones do is the goal in that game is to build a team and teach your team how to sell. And teach your team how to teach their team how to teach their team how to teach their team how to sell. Even if you're not, even if you don't Sell that well, if you can teach them how to sell and they can teach the next group how to sell. Now you're building depth in an organization and you'll have a legacy business. Legacy, meaning is going to go on without you. And you can go take a break, go, go on holiday and do whatever you want and know that money's gonna still churn in there for you. Okay, that's my take on it. Absolutely. Network marketing is one of the best businesses to get into if you're just getting started. People always ask me, they go, well, if you're just starting all over right now, what would you do? And that's what I would do. I'd find a good network marketing company that's got good product, good teams and good training, you know, and there's a lot of, there's a, there's a fair number of them. And so I pick one that I kind of like and I just immerse myself in it. I go full bore. And because I've always said it this way, is that network marketing is actually a business school. A business school for entrepreneurs. That's right. If you think about the bi triangle, you think of all the, we talked about last time, all the things that you need to, to build a successful B quadrant business, it's already there. The product is there, it's proven, it's solid. The legal system that holds the whole thing together and the compensation system is already there. Okay, the, the systems of how you find a prospect and how you close them in the meetings, that's already there. What else? Systems communication, how you communicate. That's the place where you're gonna, you're gonna learn, you're gonna learn the most. And then cash flow and the system. Cash flow, cash flows. You already have a team, you already have a mission, you already have leadership. It's already done for you. All you gotta do is follow the steps and apply some, a little bit of commitment, pressure yourself to learn the intangibles, which is how to sell, how to sell. And really if you got everything else lined up, that's not that much to do. One of, like I said, one of the reasons entrepreneurs fail is not because of the competition, it's because of lack of the other knowledge. Network marketing, by the way, you should use this video, capture this video and use it to promote your network marketing business. But, but in network marketing, it's already done for you. It is a B quadrant business, already set up. All you got to do is plug and play and, and sell and teach. So it doesn't mean you just show up. No. There's work for you to do. What? Sell. Build a team and teach the team to sell. Sell. Build a team. Teach the team to sell and repeat and repeat and repeat and get them to repeat, repeat and repeat. And is everybody going to do it? No. But the ones that will, will make, will make the entire team very, very wealthy. Okay. So that's, that's my thought on network marketing. Highest paid, hard work. Lowest paid, easy work. Okay, very good. Thank you. Lars says I'm hired. Thank you, thank you, thank you. What would make me happy, Lars, is for you to build yourself a bit if I don't know if you're network marketing, but to build yourself a big old downline. Big downline. And make sure they're all schooled and how to teach. Like I said, we do the TMP Program Trainer Mastery Program. It's only $15, one $5 three day program that I teach. They just take that. They get a good clue as to how to teach. And if they really want to get really good at it, then they can take the other stuff that comes after that. But at the minimum get them involved with doing that kind of stuff. Okay. Awesome. Okay. All right, hold on just one second. I just need to close a door here for a moment. Hold on. There we go. All right, good. So any other questions? Got some heavy MLM builders in my team. That's good. Make sure you, Lars, make sure you teach them how to teach, teach them how to sell. Matter of fact, I'm thinking I have a little, I have a real simple routine for network marketers. Have it someplace if you, if you. I'm not going to do this because it'd be, it'll be complicated. But what I'm going to do is I'm making myself a note. I'm going to put it up as a, as a free PDF as a simple download. A simple training routine that you could do every week for 3:30 minutes with your team that I. That has been proven to increase sales activity by over a hundred, one hundred and thirty something percent. That was a few years ago, but to easily double your conversions. So if that's of interest to you, give me a day or two and I'll get it up there. Let me make a note of it right here, right now so I don't forget because you know, right. I forget Network marketing routine, website. Okay. And then you guys can go there, go there and subscribe and get, get, get involved with all the other stuff there too. Be really good. Okay. All Right, So some of the business, I promise that, okay? Some of the business, I'm just going to go down the list real quickly. So clearly, if communication is more important than ever before, obviously right now, if you're a good copywriter, if you're a good social media person, person creator, if you're good at video editing, all these kinds of, kinds of things, if you're good at those kinds of things, then there's a huge demand for your businesses, affiliate marketers. Okay? That's because that's the form of communication now. And what's true now is also true before pandemic. And what was true before that. Very few people know how to write marketing copy. You know, marketing copy. You know how to, how to compel people to take action through, through the written word rather than the spoken word. Okay? So I'm much better on video. I'm not so good. I'm not as, as good on written. But if you're good at that, these are big businesses. Okay, what else? Okay, so this has nothing to do with digital content. Listen to this, okay? Pet sitting. Pet sitting? Yeah, pet sitting. Pet sitting in pet products. Through the pandemic, people bought pets all over the place. That business climbed over 700%. 700%, okay? So taking care of pets now, people going on vacations, they take care of the pets, they sit the pets. They also provide food, toys, products for them. I just know we just paid a pet sitter and a pet trainer to train our tube rottweiler beasts. It was not a small sum of money, but that's a very, very big business right now, clearly. The delivery business. Okay, delivery of what? Delivery of just about everything. Delivery of products, delivery of food. Probably the biggest one. What I, what I've discovered here, by 2025, that'll be 104 billion dollar business. 104 billion. Just the delivery end, not the, not the food itself, just the delivery, okay? Because, you know, people locked down and they didn't want to go out and they couldn't go out, so people started delivering people. Even though people are starting to go out, people still want it delivered. That's a huge, huge, huge business. The delivery business, okay? Amazon hiring drivers all over the place. Walmart hiring drivers all over the place to deliver their products. Okay, what's another one? Here's another one. Home care. Home care. Now think about it. Put two and two together. Why is home care big business? Home care is a big business for a couple reasons. First of all, for the elderly, it's been proven that through Covid that there were a lot of people dying in elderly homes in assisted living conditions. The living conditions there are not good. Health standards are not great. People want to keep their parents at home or the older people want to stay home, but they need care. They still need care. So home care is a very big deal. And couple that with a population that's aging, baby boomers aging like crazy all over the world, that's not going away. And you know, and so that's another. So these are some businesses that don't require. That can use technology, but don't require technology necessarily to do them. Okay, what's another one? Oh, cloud kitchens. Now, my understanding of what a cloud kitchen is is that you want dinner. So rather than opening a restaurant, which you know how good those are doing, rather than opening a restaurant, you find other places that can get the food made. And somebody, I call you, I tell you, this is what I want, you say, no problem, you get it put together, use somebody else's kitchen to use somebody else's stuff, and then you get it all delivered. So you're just kind of the dinner broker. Dinner brokerage maybe I would call it. Okay, what else we got here? Remote fitness. Okay. Any remote applications, Network security, accounting and bookkeeping. By the way, accounting and bookkeeping are up 44%. Up 44% in 2020. But here's the big one, and this should come as no surprise to any of you if I were to lump all the opportunities in business since that were provided by COVID 19, they've fallen to three categories. One is marketing, obviously. Two is delivery of just about anything. You know, E commerce, E commerce. Of just about anything is also getting not only the E commerce piece, but the delivery piece of that. Okay, Is education. Education, why? Because right now, from what I understand, is online teaching. Online live teaching. I thought you've been talking about a digital product. You can make anywhere from 22 to 50 US dollars per hour. Commonly, if teaching something that you know to people that are interested, that's not even counting the whole online coaching and therapy stuff that's going on right now. The levels of depression and isolation and confusion have gone up tremendously. Why? Because people are functionally illiterate. Why are they functionally illiterate? Because technology is moving so quickly the most, they can't keep up. And that's just normal. Nobody's going to be able to keep up. So the need for education is not only wealth building, but it's therapeutic. It allows people to stop to prevent them from going into confusion and depression. Okay. So again, I'm just saying that these are. And again, I could go. I've gone on and on before about education, but education proved in April of 2020 how inefficient it was and how it doesn't work. And it just has not improved whatsoever. Right now in the United States, there are parents getting together in groups and looking to file lawsuits against universities because universities are still charging the same exorbitant tuitions and not providing any better of a product, actually a worse product online, just by simply getting people to go online and giving them a syllabus that way. It's crazy. So it's all coming down in a good way, which creates for all entrepreneurs. I always say this. Any crack in the foundation is an opportunity for somebody else. Cracks in our health care, cracks in our wealth, in our businesses, all those kinds of things. So again, what else do I want to say about that? Yeah, and here's. And here are the businesses of the future to keep in mind. We haven't even considered. We talk about E commerce, you know, and all that stuff. But think about technology just for a moment. Think about things like driverless trucks, truck drivers. So if there are several hundred thousand truck drivers in the United States that are driving trucks all over the place, driving goods and services, we are very close to all those drivers going away. Now you can say, well, is that a good. What's a great thing? Because it'll be less accidents. There will be a few, but there'll be less of them. Because human. We just saw one attractor trailer roll over on our trip up here to tell you. Right. Colorado, on the way up here. There was no reason. The only, there was no nasty curve. All there was, you could tell some guy just fell asleep at the wheel and tried to jerk the truck back onto the road and rolled it over. Okay, that goes away. That kind of mistake goes away. Okay, so you think of driverless trucks. What else do you think of? You got to think of telehealth. What's that going to look like? Well, you don't have to go physically see a doctor anymore. It's all done. You basically, you hook in, you hook probes into your body, you do blood sampling right online. Everything's done. Maybe there's a doctor at the other end. What's that going to look like when all those people no longer have to go see a doctor anymore and when most of. When 75% of what the doctor is going to tell you is what the computer can tell you already anyway. Because the one advantage that the computer has over the doctor is that most doctors are specialists. You have an orthopedic surgeon, you have somebody that works on your digestive system. You have somebody that works on your nervous system. But the computer has, has all of you in it. So it understands now the AI can handle the relationships between the different parts of your body and how they interplay. Which you know, if you've ever had any health issues, how frustrating it is. Go from one specialist to another specialist to another specialist to another specialist and still be confused. Okay? And couple that in with Eastern medicine that's also included into the database. So again, as we begin to think about these things, technology is a piece, as Jeff Booth says in his book the Price of Tomorrow, something we can't even fathom yet. Can't even fathom. Now, there's two things I want to say about that before I wrap up, and that is this. I give you an example about that. We can all fathom it. Jeff Booth said when he was a young kid, his parents gave him a quiz. And the quiz was, would you like a million dollars today, a check for a million dollars, or would you like a penny doubled every day for 31 days? And of course, as a young 12 year old, he said, of course I want the million. Okay, bad mistake. Okay. Because what he found out is that some of you know this. If you take the penny and then on day one, day two, you double it. Now you have two, and then you double to four, and then you double to eight and take that to 31 days, you will end up. Let me get the number right. You will end up with. At the end of 31 days, you will end up with a staggering $10,737,418. One penny. Why do I say this? Because we don't fathom what's happening around us. Just like we don't fathom that scenario. It's hard to get your brain around it. It's happening faster than we speak. AI is creating AI. So what happens is we as human beings become more and more illiterate about things that are going on around us because we just don't have the knowledge. But here's what we do. This is part two. Here's what we do know. What we do know is it will create more confusion, it will create more upset. So your commitment to understanding the most important form of education is not technical stuff, but it's your personal development stuff. How do you deal with more complexity? How do you deal with the transformation that takes place with technology? The people that are at the front end of that will do extremely well for a very, very long time. And, and again, does it take technology? You can use technology. Of course, you use technology in your marketing and parts of your business and keeping track of things. But that skill is a skill that maybe AI can do, but right now, it's something that you can do if you learn the skills and learn the tools. So I'm just going to wrap up this session by saying that the future of business is pretty, pretty, pretty bright. But it's terrifying for some people. If you learn the lessons that Covid tried to teach us, you'll do extremely well. Remember, globe being, global, collaboration, communication. And one other thing is called we call collective intelligence. Collective intelligence. In other words, all of us on this call, together we pull what we know, a vast amount with our BSTA trainers all around the world, with hundreds of people in over 40 countries, when we pool our resources, want to create something new, the intellectual property that we collectively share is astounding. Would cost millions of dollars to buy it in the marketplace. That's the future of business. Future of business is in learning the things that school never taught you how to do. And if you could learn it, if you can learn to do that, if you can learn to do that, you'll not only be wealthy, but you're going to have a great life, you have a great time and have a lot of great friends. Okay, so 10 million. I don't know what that 10 million means. Eight miracles. Okay, well, I don't know what that means either. Healy. Quantum machine. A healing quantum machine. Yeah. The great Anon. What's Anon say here? He says greatest leadership challenge worldwide of the 21st century will be in homes and in the area of parenting. India is the only country in the world with more than 400 million youngsters under the age of 18. Yeah. And I'm going to tell you the other thing that India has in its favor, if you can get your head around this, is that your education, up until the early 1800s, was an education that was steeped in wisdom. Normal, but spirituality. Spirituality is part of the genetic code of India. And in the early 1820s, 30s, and 40s, when the Brits came to India, they took that out of the education system and replaced it with science, math, and all those things that they felt were necessary for engineers. Lots of engineers in India. Engineers, doctors and lawyers. Which I'm not saying is not important. It is. But I believe that India not only has 400 million youngsters, but it has a population and A culture of spirituality to teach people the things that we really want to know most. How to be happy, how to be healthy, wealthy, happy, great relationships and be great parents. Which borders on spirituality. Okay, so that's another great advantage for all, for all of you. Two main drivers of the jobless economic growth worldwide post lockdown entrepreneurship and innovation. World domestic product with 90 trillion in 2021 expected to boom to 150 plus trillion dollars by 2030. I don't doubt that. But the, the other thing you got to keep in mind that I don't know that's is that you got to ask yourself, how many dollars is that really worth? That number gets really high as, as inflation goes out of control. So I cut in today's dollars, I cut that back a little bit. But your point is well made is that innovation and entrepreneurship are where we're going and people have a sense of that, but there is no education for it. So I'm going to put this on the table to all of you. You have a societal responsibility to teach what you know. I'm going to say it again. I'm going to start simple and simple. You have a societal responsibility to teach what you know to other people. That makes our society get better, makes all of us get better. You do that, we all win. Okay? And it's one of the best opportunities on the planet right now. Okay? All right. So thank you guys. Hope you got a lot out of this one. And again, it'll be up on YouTube. Go to YouTube, watch it, share it with people. And again, look for the network marketing download that I'll have up there in the free section. Give us a week or so and if you can remember, make yourself a note and we'll put it out there. Or remind me on next week's call and I'll give you the status of it. But again, thank you guys. Have a great day. Be happy, healthy, wealthy, wise and teach somebody something today. Be amazing.
