How to get your confidence back!

Blair Singer says lack of repetition kills confidence. His son practiced 60 field-goal kicks until he could reliably make 42-yard ones. For presenters and salespeople, rehearse with friends several times a week to turn doubt into skill.
Do you want to turn self doubt into confidence? Simple. The only reason you don't have confidence is because of lack of repetition, lack of repetition. So whatever you have doubt in, pick that one thing and get more experience. It's pretty simple. When my son was playing soccer, he wanted to be a great, great striker. So the coach had put 50 balls on one side, 50 balls on the other and he had to kick them all in. Right footed, left footed, right footed, left footed. So after a while, he didn't even have to think about it. Okay. When he went to kick field goals in football, same thing, 60 ball. Until he was kicking 42 yard field goals with no problem. Okay. If you want to be a great presenter, a great salesperson, practice making your presentations. Grab a group of friends a couple nights a week. Practice and drill. Practice and drill. You know what? You'll not only have confidence, you'll be great. Which is the big win. Be awesome.
