How to overcome procrastination!

Blair Singer says procrastination is avoidance rooted in fear. Ask yourself what you're afraid of, how you can handle it, and who can help. Naming the fear and getting support breaks the cycle.
The person that asks the right question is always in control. And that's true of you, asking yourself the right questions. Say you. There's something you really want to do. You want to write a book, start a business, learn to sell, get a partner in your business. But you just keep putting it off. You keep putting it off. Now, why are you procrastinating? Well, you're avoiding something. Okay? You're avoiding something. Now, when we avoid things, what are we usually avoiding? Fear. Right. So you could say, why am I. Why do I procrastinate? What's wrong with me? Wrong question. Ask yourself the question. What am I afraid of? If you tell yourself the truth, the minute you tell the truth, it begins to break apart. And then the next question you ask is, how can I handle that? Who can help me with that? And now you've broken through the procrastination, you're off to the races. Remember, the power is in asking the right question, which. Which will give you the right answer. That's not just true. When you're dealing with.
