Blair Singer lays out six ways to boost sales: create a code of honor for your team, collect testimonials from about ten people, pick one leverage point in your sales cycle and focus on it for six weeks, speak to groups, spend 30 minutes daily on sales calls, and set a summer goal to rally everyone around.
Six ways. Increase your sales. We've covered them. Okay, number one, we talked about this. Create a code of honor. Sit down. Create one for yourself. Create one for your team. You will notice an immediate change. Number two, we said you're going to go mine for testimonials. Remember that. How many people are you going to talk to? Who remembers how many? 10. Okay. Third thing that you're going to do, find one leverage point. Go through your selling cycle. Find. Find what it is and just focus on working on that one for the next six weeks. It'll make the biggest change. Number four, get in front of a group of people and speak. Number five, you get on the phone and you give you and your team 30 minutes. You're going to do more business in that 30 minutes than you've done in the last three months. I will virtually guarantee it. Number six, like I said earlier up here, set a meaningful what goal for the summer. Get your team together. Follow these rules. Set up the code of honor. Bring them together.
