Leaders and Teachers your Wealth is on the line.

Blair Singer argues teachers and leaders who adapt to the education shift can build significant wealth. He outlines a three-part framework: design relevant curriculum, deliver with high energy instead of lecturing, and market it effectively. Examples include online courses, a Yale professor teaching happiness, and Nissan University.
Foreign Happy Thursday wherever you are in the world. It's Thursday here in Arizona. Hey, guess what? If you're a leader or a teacher, your wealth is on the line. Wealth is on the line. And if you, if you can see it, you're going to be one of the new multi millionaires. If you're not one already and if you don't, you are going to struggle over the next several years. And so that's what kind of the top, that's what the topic is about today and any other questions you have in the area of what's the wealth on the line about what that's all about. It's about education. It's the biggest paradigm shift in all of the, in the entire global economy. And those people that see it, understand it and get it are going to be the new gurus, the new gurus, the new multimillionaires, if you can seize it. Now that's not just if you're a professional trainer or a teacher. This is also if you are a leader, leader of a group that teaching is now is critical. So the topic today, what we want to talk about and all your questions about what do you need to learn? Why do you agree? Do you disagree? What are the things you need to do to get involved in it? But most importantly, what are the most important things you want to learn right now? Because what you're going to find is if you made a list of things you want to learn right now, you're not going to be able to go to school to figure them out. My wife was explaining something to me today, which is a great example. There was a woman, a professor at Yale University who actually was teaching a course on happiness. Happiness something that people really want. This is typically you didn't learn any, you didn't take any courses on happiness in grade school, elementary school, in high school or in college traditionally. But she taught one. But who's going to go pay a quarter of a million dollars for an education at Yale to take that one program? So what'd she do? She went online and now she's teaching it. So the whole school system went to online with the quarantine and the lockdown and all that stuff. But the curriculum didn't change. They didn't provide things that people want and need. So that's an example of somebody making the shift. I gave an example of the people in our tribe, our Blair Singer Training Academy people. Some are making very, very healthy seven digit incomes. This is US Dollars, folks. Seven digit incomes. Because we've been working on this for years and years and years, but nobody sees it. It's not in the news, It's. Nobody's writing articles about it. I'm professing it until I'm blue in the face and the veins are bulging out of my frigging neck. But nobody's listening. Why? Because according to Dr. Buckminster Fuller, one of my teachers, this the lag time. That's the time between you come up with an idea and the time it gets implemented, okay? Or there's lag times in every industry it artificial intelligence technology, very short lag time. Only weeks, maybe even months before from an idea till you actually see it working. The longest of all, education, 50 years. That's five, zero years. 50 years, okay? That's why nobody sees it. It's like watching grass grow. However, those that are astute, that can jump back and see it and understand that your wealth is now on the line. If you can see it. What do I mean by that? Well, if you're a teacher, if you understand what people want and need, know how to teach and know how to deliver it and how to market it, you're going to make a lot of money and help a lot of people, okay? If you don't, you will go broke just like everybody else. Thank you. Tiffany. Good to see you. Tiffany. Baron Chi. Very nice. Bernadette. Hi, Fond. Hi all. Okay, so we're talking about education. So type in chat in your comments. What do you want to learn, what you need to learn right now. And what are your frustrations around it? And do you have solutions to it? Because like I said, the topic today is we are in the middle of the biggest shift, one of the biggest shifts in all, in all global institutions. Certainly our economy is going with the pandemic. It revealed cracks in the foundation of our economy for sure, but it revealed earthquakes in our education system. Remember, the education system was created compulsory, meaning you gotta go was designed in the early 1900s. Why? Because parents had to go to work. Kids had to go do something and they gotta learn. Reading, writing, arithmetic, reading the three Rs. Reading, writing, arithmetic. That was it. Why? Because that would prepare them to go to work. Good. Not bad. Although those times have changed. Artificial intelligence has taken over some of those meaningless, meaningful, menial tasks out there. So what's the future look like? Think about it. What is it? Give me some comments. What. What are the things that you really want to learn the most? And I'm just going to prove this to you beyond a shadow of a doubt. Write them down. What Are some of the things time in the chat box? What are the things that you want to learn the most? Hi, guys. Okay, number one, I guess number one is wealth, right? People want to learn how to make money. Okay, so where do they learn that? Did you learn any of that in school? Of course not. Maybe there was a personal finance class that taught you how to balance a checkbook. Maybe, but certainly not at all. Why do you think the rich dad company is doing so well right now? Financial education. Financial education. At a time when people are like, what do I do with my money? What am I, how am I going to survive? How, how can I feed my family? Life is uncertain right now. The sale of cash flow gains is booming worldwide in all languages. Why? Because that's what people really want. They're willing to spend $195 for a board game that's going to teach them after a couple times how to become wealthy, how to become financially free. But no, you're going to have to go to Yale, Harvard or some other school, pay tens, maybe hundreds of thousands of dollars for an education that won't even touch it. Now, of course, if you're going to be an engineer, a doctor, a lawyer, something technical, as many of us do, you're going to have to go to an institution like that to, to get the technical training. But if you looked at the whole thing like an umbrella. Like an umbrella, okay, There are general educational principles of how we teach, what you teach and how you do that, then there's a way, the way you teach it, there's who you are as a person. Then at the bottom, there's some technical stuff you need to learn. But our whole system is not set up that way. So if you're struggling now, if you're not making enough money, if you're struggling with how to build a team, if you're struggling with your own little voice, all do we've talked about on numerous occasions. It's not because you're stupid, just you never learned. You never learned. When I say the word personal development, does that mean anything to anybody other than somebody said, well, I do personal development. I go, what? What's that? They go, well, I, I have a day planner. Isn't that personal development? I go, no, that's not personal development. Personal development is about winning the war between your ears in 30 seconds or less. Okay, where do you go learn that? Well, right now, on YouTube, on social media, all over the world, there are hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of trainers and coaches out there putting this out to the world. And some of them are making a lot of money and maybe half of them don't even know what they're doing. But because people want it, they're willing to go. They're willing to do whatever it takes to get that because that's what people want. Just go on YouTube and find out what people want and, and then find out how to teach it to them. Become good at it. Learn it yourself, then teach. Okay, now I know I'm not an advocate of just find out what people want. Go teach it. Earn the right to do that. Learn it yourself. Go through the ups and downs and the battles and the, and the, and the defeats and the victories with all that, then go to teach it. So let me check some of the questions here. Okay. How to market effectively. I need to learn how to market my Internet marketing, how to communicate on camera. Okay, good. All right, good. So let's just address those. Okay, so there's three areas you need to learn if you're going to take advantage of this seismic, like in an earthquake opportunity. There are three areas. Okay. And we teach these. And if you go to blairslinger.com you can learn more. But for right now, there are three areas. Number one, got to learn how to design a program. What is it that people want that's relevant? Something that's relevant to them? I mean, mathematics. Yeah. Okay, I'm gonna, I want to learn. Think about it. I want to learn how to be wealthy. We talked about that. What's another one? I want to learn how to be happy. I want to learn having good relationships. I want to learn how to win the war between my ears. I want to have peace of mind. I want to learn how to have fun. All these things. Okay, so let's just take a look at that. Okay, so that, that's first of all. So you got to have a design a program that's relevant that people really want and need. It's a no brainer. If I could teach you how to make become a millionaire as an entrepreneur, would you. Would you go for it? Would you, Would you take a look? Sure. You would? Why? Because there's no, no harm. There's no risk if they don't charge you any money. But at least you're now into my funnel so to learn it and then I can market to you later. Okay, so first thing is design a program, write curriculum number two, how to present it. One of the other comments in here is how to talk on a camera. You don't talk on a camera like this. You know And I turn off, you know, turn off all these lights and just be very boring. And, you know, I've got a whole bunch of PowerPoint slides that I can give to you, and I think you really appreciate it. No, you gotta light it up a little bit. Highest energy wins. Okay? So it requires a series of tech. Even on camera, you have to learn to express yourself, to have emotion, passion, excitement, to excite other people. Ask a few questions like I did. I asked people to type in. What is it that you want to learn? Let me know. Have some interaction. Have some engagement. So that's number two. Number one was curriculum. Number one was a curriculum and design. Number two is how do you present it? How do you present it? So people are engaged and they want. And they want to participate. Look, there's a lot of people on YouTube, and there's a lot of people out there that have a lot of great content, but they get zero engagement. Why? Because the presentation sucks. What happened to the school system a year ago? Well, they have some content. I don't know if it's even any good, but the presentation sucked. They just thought they put it up on a zoom call or give people the book to read and then give them a test. And that's education. That has nothing to do with education. Education comes from the word educator. Educe. Educe. Education. Educe means to draw out of people, not to cram stuff into people. Okay? So it's educated. By the way, I'm gonna. I'm gonna say this about presentation. If I were to give. If you're a teacher right now, anywhere, and I give you one piece of advice that could change your life and make you a lot of money. Ultimately, if you understand the third piece, here it is. Stop talking. Yeah, right. You're a teacher. Stop talking. Because you're not teaching. You're talking. If you're teaching. If you're talking, you're not teaching. Okay? Ask questions. Pull it out of it. Pull it out of people. Give people experiences to do. Okay? This live stream is very, very limited because I can't get you in real time. That's why I like zoom calls, because we can work in real time together. Okay? So number two is how you present it, how you deliver it. Number three, here's the big one. You got to be able to sell. Okay? So number one was the curriculum and the design. Number two was how you present it. Number three is, do you know how to market it and how to sell it? Does that make sense? Now, here's the unfortunate thing out there. The people that understand that the education system has shifted and what's happened is that old system is dying. There's a whole bunch of reasons for that. People are now starting to gravitate to get their education elsewhere. I just talked to a colleague on our team. She's from Italy, She's a veterinarian. She went to veterinary school. Her son does not like school and hates it. And she was out of her, out of her mind. But what she said, what do you want to do? He goes, I want to be, I want to learn how to be a carpenter. I want to work with wood. Good. So he's out of school, he's finding, he on his own, is finding his own master and he's going to apprentice and that's what he's going to do. And she is ecstatic with all that. And the school system says, fine, that's what he wants to do. Because they throw up their hands, they don't know what to do. But here's a kid that's motivated to learn something, to get something. He's going to go get it done the way it needs to get done. Okay, so going back to what I was saying is you got to know how to sell it and how to market it, which is. Oh, I know what I was gonna say. The unfortunate thing about that, there's a lot of people that are flooding into the market of teaching that are very good at selling and very good at marketing, but not very good at the other two. They're not very good at designing a program. They don't know how to present it. So they're not really, it's not really valid. In this day and age, as I've said For over almost 30 years, your number one skill as an entrepreneur is your ability to sell. To sell. Why? Because sales equals income. So you can be a great, you have great topic, you have a great presentation, you can be amazing. But if you can't sell it, you're gonna, you're gonna sit there with nobody attending, no money coming in, and you'll quit and you'll go get a job. A poor, a low paying job for somebody else, with somebody else. Don't do that. You got important knowledge to share. Let me see what else here. Very useful information. Boundaries. Okay. It's an honor to watch. Oh, thank you. I didn't like going to school. Thank you. Magic said, garage has to draw. Lars says, hey, Blair. Selling. Yeah, sales. Okay, so if you agree with that, if you agree that one of your number one skills, your ability to sell type it in, type it in the comment box. So you understand, because I've met lots of. I've met lots of people that had a lot. They wanted to teach that a lot. They. The way they went, they wanted to help a lot of people, but they couldn't. Why? Because they just couldn't get it out to the world. What's sales? Sales. Three things you got to attract people to you, okay? That's called marketing. Number two, you got to convert them. That means get them to fork over some money to do it. And then you got to retain them and continue to deliver and continue to hold on to them. It's those things. Now, are there a lot of ways to do it? Absolutely. Can it be complicated? Yes, it can. But any good profession is going to require you to learn something new. And if you're going to learn something right now, I would. If you're going to jump into an industry that had a long lag time of 50 years or one is really a short one, which was in like months, which would you prefer? I would prefer the long one because it gives me time to learn. Otherwise, I'm going to get. I. I'm going to get past. Okay, so again, I go back to the fact that if you're a leader or teacher, your wealth is on the line. Because as a teacher, like I said, teachers are not very highly paid to begin with. And with schools crumbling, going to online and not changing their curriculum, there's a flood of people right now. It's people with money. People with money are leaving those schools and looking for alternatives wherever they can. And the alternative should be you. Now, in the title of this thing, I said leaders and teachers. So why did I say leaders? Well, for two reasons. Number one, because if you're a teacher, you're a leader, okay? At the minimum, remember I said three things. Curriculum, the way you deliver it, and who you are, who you are as a person. When I face a microphone or you face a microphone, you get on a camera, you are automatically a leader. Whether you like it or not. Whether you like it or not, you're a leader. And at that point, what do I mean by that? In education, that means that people learn from what you're teaching them. They learn better by the way you teach them, but they learn the most by watching you. How do you respond? What's your story? Where do you come from? What's going on with you? Do you show up on time? What kind of language do you. What kind of passion or energy do you have? Because at some level, they're going to model you. That's why you're a leader. So that's the first reason I talk to leaders. Second thing is if you're not a teacher, but you lead a group of people, you have your own company, you may, you lead a team in an organization. You must listen to me, listen to me and read my lips. You must be a leader. You must be a teacher and a leader. Teach? Why? Because how, how else are people going to learn? They're going to, we already proved that they can't go to school to learn what they need to learn and things what. Because what are the things they need to learn? They learn how to cooperate, how to be on a team, how to play by a code of honor that we talk about, okay? How to communicate with each other, how to get their egos out of the way. All these, I mean, that's just a little list of a long laundry list of things that. Think about it. If you as a, as a business leader, if you had people in your organization that knew how to take responsibility and knew how to do all those things already before they came to you, how great would your business, how quickly could you move? How much money could you make? Well, unfortunately, people don't have that. A few people based on the way they grew up here and there, but not the mo. The multitude of people. Therefore you as a leader must be a teacher. You're going to teach them how to do that. And it's, and it's not that difficult to learn. I mean you could go, like I said, you could go to university and get a four year degree on teaching and all that. You're still not. All you're going to learn is the same thing that everybody's been teaching for the last 100 years. It's the same thing. It's the same process, a little bit of technology involved, but the process is the same. And like I said, if you look at the spans of human beings education just over the last 2,000 years, you're going to see that compulsory education. This compartment that we're talking about is about 120 year old window. Prior to that, of course, population was smaller, but prior to that people really learned, they learned how to become masters at what they did. The people that were motivated and had passion, some couldn't even read and write that well, but they became great masters of the arts and masters of crafts and masters of whatever it is they want to be a master of. Okay? So to understand that if you are a leader right now and you didn't Have. And back in the, in the ninth, in the 20th century. It wasn't that long ago. Right. You didn't need to know this, but going into the, into the 2000s particularly, particularly starting back in 2002, 08 when we went through that recession, that your job now is to become a teacher. Otherwise you cannot count on the school system. School system will not recover in my experience. And it doesn't need to recover. I think it's an old idea. I mean, go look at a school they don't look like. Does that look like a school? No, it looks either looks like a bunker or it looks like an old factory or it looks like something other than a place of high. Of learning and invigoration and passion and creativity. Doesn't look like that at all. Okay, how do I know this is true? Companies like Nissan, Nissan looking for engineers. Right. What's the. But they can't find them, particularly overseas. Why? Well, because the cost of going to a degree, a degreed school and university is prohibitive to young people that want to be engineers. But they don't have the money to go because it's too expensive. And then it's just too expensive. So what do they do? They provide their own school, Nissan University. Okay. They bought up some of these hotels, turn them into dormitories, put these young kids in there and teach. And so they get a low salary for going to school and for learning. And the corporations said a heck with the schools, we can't wait for them because. But first of all, people are the kids with talent. Some of them can't go. So we're going to provide, we're going to provide a situation or an environment where they can learn. So everybody's starting to bypass the system. Okay, so what's Angela saying? Angela says my ability to. I'm grateful because what I've learned from you is my ability to sell is what helped me start my business grow and I create a team to help me sustain it and continue to expand and grow. Good for you. Teachers are leaders. Attract, Marketing, conversion, closing. Marcio. Okay, okay, Marcio. I don't know what elbow cough means, but it's good to see you too. So again, all the things that we've talked about how to sell, how to build a team and how to teach a team how to sell for you. Okay, so these apply to the education system. It's the third pillar. Number one is your curriculum design. What is it that people need to learn? Number two, how do you present it? Can you present it? Well, with passion Excitement, invigoration, and engagement. And then number three, can you sell it? Can you sell it? Can you use social media to attract attention through joint ventures? Lots of different ways, and there's a bunch of different people. And by the way, if you're interested in some of those sources, you go to blairsinger.com and I, we can refer you to some of the best in the world on some of the. On some of those topics. Okay. In terms of design and teaching, I kind of hold that as one of our prize gifts. But in the area of sales, and I do pretty well in sales, too, but sales and marketing and all the various ways of doing that, there are tons of good resources. There are also a ton of bad resources. But we can send you in the directions that will help you if you, if you want to do that. But as I was saying before, I think it's one of the biggest paradigm shifts in the world, and nobody's talking about it. It's not in the news. It's not on. It's not even on social media unless I'm talking about it. But if you look at the evidence and read anything about paradigm shifts and read about what's happening, take a look at that. Because nobody's talking about it. Nobody's talking about it. But the people that understand it are already making millions of dollars a year. And I want you to be one of them. If you're a leader of your own organization, I want you to learn how to lead, teach, inspire people. I'm finishing up my book called Summit Leadership, which is a piece on the lessons learned on Kilimanjaro. As you know, I take people there every year and lessons of leadership on Kilimanjaro as part of the book. And we talk, I talk about different types of leaders in there. And one of the there, we talk about autocratic, you know, my way or the highway. And there's the democratic, like, let's get consensus. And there's the other one, which is transactional. I just need you to do this right now. But then there's a fourth one called transformational, transformational leadership, where you have the opportunity to help a person change their behaviors and change their life, change their attitude, change their future. So you can't guarantee money always. You can't guarantee opportunity always. I mean, you can tell people if they do what needs to be done, you can help them with that. But the one thing you can as a great leader, as a teacher and a leader, is that if you know how to teach, you can virtually guarantee A person that you will grow and you will change your life and you'll become the best version of yourself. If you don't quit on me, if you don't quit on me and you allow me to coach you, you allow me to work with you, we'll get through it. There'll be some ups and downs, but you will become the best version that you can almost guarantee. And that costs no money. But that requires that you learn how to teach as a leader. That will invigorate your business. And then people will come, not so much because of the paycheck they'll get. They'll come because they want to become better. Why do kids, 18, 19 year old kids join the United States Marine Corps? Not for the money. Certainly not for the money. And that's a national service in almost every country where it's voluntary. The reason you go is because you want to become something. You want to become bigger, stronger, more fit, more able. Okay? That is what a great leader does when they teach, is they can provide that kind of a promise. Okay, so my older son, 17 years, where'd it go? My older son. Yeah, he is my older son, 17 years old and is studying out of school since 14 years. I don't believe in the education system. Okay, Marcio, I'd like to hear more about that. Good for you. And good for you for giving him permission. Giving him permission to do that. You know, most parents wouldn't do that because they're afraid, well, what will happen? Well, what do you mean what'll happen? What'll happen? They won't be able to get a job. Well, they can't. They're not getting a job anyway. And by the way, just on an article today out of the Wall Street Journal sent to me by Ken McElroy, one of the Rich Dad Advisors, is that right now nobody's going for jobs. And so companies like Home Depot putting banners up on the street, we are hiring. We are hiring. Why are people not going? Why are people not taking up jobs? Why? Because the government's giving out free money. That's why the government's giving out stimulus checks. So people going, shoot, I can stay if I'm not working. I got to make more on unemployment and a government, and a government paycheck than I am to go work. I could sit at home, right? How long is that going to last? Not too long. Not too long. You can only write checks for. So government can only do that for so long and tax its citizens. Only so long until everybody runs out and say, I Have no more money in my pocket for you to tax me anymore to pay for that stuff. Okay, but congratulations. I think it's Mauricio or Marcio. Congratulations. It takes a lot of courage to do that. 14 years. I'd be interested to know how he's doing and what he's doing. If you could type that in. Okay, what do we got? Sales manager, big firm. 17. He dropped out of high school. Okay, good for him. Don't believe in the agent, coach in relationship or both coaches, will you? Yeah. See, there's. Somebody says what I want, I'm looking for a. I'm looking for a relationship coach. Well, can't you go to Michigan State University and get something like that? Of course not. Of course you can't. You can't, you know, and. And those are the things we need the most. Those are the things you need the most. And yes. Relationship coach. Yes. You know, go to the website or go to infoairsinger.com say, I'm looking for a relationship coach. I have just the one. She's one of my students in Australia. We call her the. What she call herself the relationship architect. She helps you design your relationship. And she's amazing. Worked her for many years. So, yes, we have tons of sources like that. Okay. I don't get any fee for any of that stuff, but she's great. And if you. And if anybody is looking for those types of things, just let me know. Or go to infolasinger.com or somewhere on the website. You can ask and happy to turn you on to good people. People that I have trained, that I know, know what the heck they're doing. Okay. All right. So you have a son who's running a sale. Somebody else has said they have a son who's running a sales team who dropped out of high school. C. C. Okay. Is a sales manager. What he knows now, he knows how to sell now, whether he stays with that company or not. Here's the thing. Listen to me closely, gang. Anybody that knows how to sell has got a job forever, anywhere in the world, regardless of language. Why? Because sales equals income. And every business on the planet is looking for people that know how to be able to make that happen, and very few people do. We've talked about it on other streaming calls. Why? Because the little voice, for some people, doesn't like sell. They don't like the rejection. They don't like all that other stuff. And so what happens is a lot of people think they can sell, but they don't. Don't think it's important to sell and they don't think that the product will sell itself. And it doesn't. Okay, so good for him. And whoever it was that said, you give him a big high five for me and tell them I'm proud of him. I'm proud of him. I'm not proud of him because he quit high school. I'm proud of him because what he did is he did something meaningful with his life and has learned a skill that he can take with him for the rest of his life. Across any industry, if you know how to sell, you will never go hungry, no matter what's going on. I mean, I have a friend in South Africa who's originally from Zimbabwe and he said that when the Zimbabwe economy crashed because the entrepreneurs and the guys that knew how to sell didn't matter, the currency was worthless. So they started trading in toilet paper and cigarettes. That was it. And so they were still millionaires. Okay. Because that became the new currency at the time. So again, very, very powerful. Excellent. Annie Callis is the gal. That's right, David. That's who I was referring to. And, and we'll give you the contact information for those of you that are looking for the relationship. She's the best. She's the best of the best. And David Belfor from Melbourne, Australia, a nearby neighbor of hers. So I'd be happy to turn you on to the training that you need and want the most. But the topic of this call is leaders and teachers. Your wealth is on the line. And your wealth is not just your financial wealth, but it's your emotional wealth, it's your spiritual wealth, it's your physical wealth. All those things are important. The way you teach is going to be always more important than what you're teaching. Those of you who've been with me before, you know that that's true. I mean, we're doing a master facilitator program, the second half of it over this weekend. 150 people from all around the world that are already on the train to become world class teachers, leaders and facilitators in their areas. And I'm teaching them how to do that in their areas and also how to market it and how to sell it. Okay. So that they, so they can keep doing it. Somebody said, well, it doesn't matter, I'll do it for free. No, you don't want to do it for free. And the reason you won't do it for free is because, A, you should never do that because you deserve better. B, the universe doesn't work that way you got to be in exchange, you don't give and don't receive, and you don't receive and you don't give. They got to go together. Got to go together. Otherwise sooner or later something's going to break there. And the third thing is that like I said, you deserve it and it will keep you going. If you're making money, then you won't get frustrated and you'll keep going, you'll keep delivering what you know how to do. Okay, see what else we got here. How do I figure out exactly who my audience is, Tiffany? Okay, good. That's a great question. So now we're on the selling side. How do you figure out exactly who it is? Well, sometimes it's easy, sometimes it's not easy. I can give you a couple ideas right now, but again, this is part of some of our training courses. But the first thing is if you already have customers, pick your best five. And what do they all have in common? That's the kind of the fast way to do it. Like I said, one of my students, and not even a student, he's surpassed me already. His name is Jason Everett, but work with hair salons. You probably heard me talk about him a lot because he's a great example of this. He was working with hair salons and the hair and trying to create the million dollar, help people build their million dollar salon. He was doing it all through social media and he was doing okay but not great. Finally sat down and goes, okay, so who are the people that are my best customers already? Didn't have that many, but he had a few, maybe four or five. And he found out that most all of them, or 80% of them, four out of the five already were doing close to a million dollars. Had I think like six stylists already working in their salons and a couple other things. So, okay, so then he changes his ads around a little bit, he changes his video. He says, look, if you, if you are a salon, there's kind of just about reach seven digit income. But you feel like you've hit a ceiling and you've got six people in your salon and you feel like you just can't go any further. But you looking for a breakthrough, give me a call or give me a shout or click this link. And now he's flooded. He's flooded and he's got the perfect customer. So how did he find that? Well, like I said, he analyzed his best customers. That's one way. Second thing, Tiffany, what have you been doing for the last Four or five years. Okay, Take a look at where you've spent most of your time. If you have a message that you want to deliver or you have something that you think you're really good at, what. Where did you learn it and in whose company? In what context or environment did you learn it in? And I would start looking in that area right now. Actually. I'm doing some. We're doing some market research right now, and I'm looking at the top 10 venues where people that I work with hang out and what they do and what they want. Because even after I've been in this career for, let's see, full time, let's say since 1990, let's say, let's leave it at that. Okay, so 1990, that's all. Shoot, man, that's 30 years. Okay? I'm still looking, I'm still refining, I'm still taking a look. The market keeps changing, so take a look. Where do they hang out? Okay, and test. The beauty of teaching is you can test. You don't have to put tons of money on the line. You don't have to go buy equipment. You don't have to hire employees. You don't have to do any of that stuff, but you kind of test it. You can test very easily through this kind of a medium, through social media. Okay? That's just two ways. There's many ways of doing. You can do it through. One of our trainers, Justin Teo, teaches it through video. How to create a simple video right here on your phone. Just a simple video with lots of mistakes. In your T shirt, unshaven, whatever. Just talk the truth into your phone of what you. Why you do what you do, and you send it out to your friends and see what happens. All of a sudden, people start showing up, and all of a sudden, now you got a tribe of people. But most people will go, I got to look good, I got to wear makeup, and I need to rehearse and I need a skirt. You don't need any of that. The beauty of. The beauty of this wave of this paradigm shift is it in being a great teacher leader. It's not about a formal teacher. It's about you being you. And if you. One of the biggest lessons you can teach anybody, no matter what you're teaching, wealth, health, happiness, is if you could teach people how to be more of themselves, be more of themselves, they will be happy. If you could teach people how to be more of themselves. And that starts with you being more of who you really are. Not all wired up. Oh, God, you made a mistake. I didn't. Didn't do it right. All that other stuff. Okay, good. So learn the skill. I'm on nfp. The training is amazing. The best of the best of the kind in the world. Thank you. I love streamyard. I love to make videos. I love to do lives. What's Tom Sawinski say? Best regards from Poland. We met in 2012. Awesome. Very good. Your energy is great. Thank you. Well, the only reason. How do I know? How do I know? I love my partner. She is definitely in love with me. Ooh, that's a hot one. I don't know if I have a course on that one or if I. Maybe you want to create a course on that one. After you figure it out, you can teach it to other people. How about that? Again, it's a little bit about what Annie does. You know, it's. How do you know if you, if you, if what are the ins and out, ins and outs of relationships? How do you know if somebody likes you and if you like them? And what does like really mean? And is it, is it, is it really love or is it an addiction? Is it, is it infatuation or is it a distraction? You know, there's a lot of things. But I, but I would say that I don't have an answer to that question, okay? But if that's something you want to learn, you're not going to learn it. My point of this whole piece is you are not going to learn it in school. You're not going to find a school that teaches that, but you're going to find great people around the world if you know how to vet them. You know what I mean by vet? Make sure that they are the real deal, okay? That. Know how to help you with that or give you the, Give you the pointers, give you the signs to direct you in that direction. The other thing I'm going to say about education, now that I mentioned that, is that education, Remember I said that the one piece of advice, if you're going to teach, whether you're a leader or teacher, one piece of advice. Stop talking. Stop talking, you say, well, we got to be able to help give them the answers. Stop giving answers would be the second thing, okay, I would tell you, don't give answers. Let them figure out their own answers because their. Your answer worked for you, okay? Particularly in the things that we're talking about. Relationships and money and health and wealth and happiness, okay? It may not work for this generation, may not work for that person as you're Talking to. And even if it did, what is the value of them learning it themselves and you engineering an environment or an experience or an opportunity for them to discover it as opposed to you just tell them which is better? Okay. I think the obvious. The answer to that is obvious. The answer is obvious to that. And so I think that if you're going to be a great teacher and leader, stop talking and stop giving answers. Now, there's times you got to give an answer. You got to be definitive as a leader. Okay, we need to do this right now. I got that. But in a time. But there are times when we're teaching and we're using it on the job experience as a. As a learning opportunity. You know, it was E Myth who wrote the E Myth. E myth is Michael Gerber. Thank you. Okay. Michael Gerber wrote the book E Myth. And he said. And he said that business is a school. Every day you're learning lessons. There are lessons all day long, which is great, but who's the teacher? There's no teacher unless you, as the. As the owner, the leader, become the teacher. Okay, so what happened today? Stop. Time out. End of the day, we just had a blow up. We had a customer experience, you know, that was good or bad or other. What worked, what didn't work, what did we learn? What's the pattern here? You know, and then to learn as a teacher that you don't make decisions, you don't correct on one case scenario. If there's a pattern that develops, where else does this occur? Has this occurred before? Okay, then you understand. Okay, so now we can step back and look at this. Now we can make a correction, but we will make the correction. What do you see? Because I don't see it. You're the one that dealt with it, and you dealt with it. I didn't deal with it, but it's a problem that we have as a team. Okay. That is a teaching moment, if you know how to. And again, whoever said, I think at master facilitator, you, last week you learned how to do that. We're going to learn more about that tomorrow and the next day about how to pull that out and get other people to learn it. Critical skill, if you're going to be a leader and a teacher. Okay, good. All right, we're kind of getting down to time here. What else we got? How do I stop talking? You stop talking. Easy. Instead of talking, start asking so you don't have to close your mouth entirely. But if you're going to be a great teacher, stop talking. And start asking. We call it fishing. So watch this. I'll give you an example of fishing. Okay, so we teach that. We taught this last week. So right now I'm thinking of one of the most important things you got to learn if you're going to build a business, particularly if you build a business and be a great leader, is you need to learn how to build. What? What do you need to learn how to build? So immediately you answered that, didn't you? But I didn't tell it to you. Some people say you need to learn how to build a relationship. Yeah, maybe. Good. Code of honor. Yeah, good. A team. Yeah, a team. Very good. Excellent. Thank you. Give him a round of applause. Well done. Okay, now that's a pretty simple example of asking. Okay, so if I were to say, what are the three most important things about having a healthy relationship, what would you tell me? So what did I do? I just asked you what they were. Okay. And I'll make a list over here. I can make a whole list, right? I can make a whole list of them. And I'll highlight the ones I know about, and the other ones we'll do some more research on. But it came from you. Is this making sense? So how do you stop talking? Easy. Start asking. Great question. Great question. Stop giving answers. I don't like the weird feeling I get when I stop talking and giving answers. Okay. Tiffany, I love you. Okay, so. Right. I don't like it. You know, I. I didn't used to like it. Because you know why? Here's why. When you went to school, T, who asked all the questions? Teacher did. Think about it. The good ones, anyway. They asked questions, and you were forced to what? Answer, Right. So you were programmed for eight years to come up with answers. And if you didn't have an answer, you were considered what? Not smart. Stupid. Right. So you've learned in that moment when you're thinking about it that everybody's looking. You don't know, maybe they're exposing the fact that you're not that smart. You know, whatever's going on. So it becomes very. Your little voice goes crazy with that because you're uncomfortable with it. Here's. That's the bad news. So the reason you're uncomfortable with it, is it because you're programmed that way? Here's the good news. The good news, it only takes a few minutes, maybe a few minutes a week to practice. And you can reverse it very quickly because our natural learning mode is our natural learning mode. Okay? We're very inquisitive. Think about little kids. They ask a lot of questions. Of course they do. I mean, they're very inquisitive. They want to learn. They want to learn. They want to learn. And if you give them the opportunity, if you give people the opportunity, they will thrive. Okay? So just understand if you're uncomfortable with it. It's your little voice. It's your little voice. Okay. Okay. I'm glad that makes sense to you. How do you get. How do you go get so positive and motivated in times of COVID secret morning routine? Yeah. Okay. So. Okay, that's not too rel. Although, did the school system. That's a good point. Did the school system teach you anything about how to cope with COVID 19? Nope. Okay, did. Was there any curriculum, does any teacher that said, look, let's just. Let's put. Let's just hit the reset button and let's just spend. Rather than spending the hour and a half that we're supposed to do, we're just going to spend 10 minutes. First of all, you got to get my. If I'm a kid, okay, I can handle 10 minutes. So we're just going to do an exercise today, and I want you to do it three or four times today on your own. You don't have to tell anybody about it. That will help you keep your mind right because your mind could go really bad in times like this. How many would agree? How many people have family members whose minds are not doing so well? Okay, good. So you don't want that to happen to you. So here's what you do. Teach them about an. How to do an affirmation or something like that, and teach them, you know, I have a morning routine. It's called Savers, and it comes from this book right here. Right here. This book right here. Hal Elrod. Hal Elrod. I tell a lot of people about this. Yeah, there we go. Hal Elrod. Okay. And what he talks about, it's called miracle morning, the not so obvious secret guaranteed to transform your life before 8:00am Before 8:00am so, yeah, I've been doing that for over 10 years. Maybe, maybe 15. I have no idea. But every morning I do a series of. I do some meditation, I do some affirmation. I do some visualization. I do some exercise. Sometimes very intense exercise. And I do some reading and I do some journaling. I do that every morning. Usually the exercise comes later because I have a workout coach, Matt Newton, that I work out with at a different time but early in the morning. So this morning, my day started. My day started at 5am I had a call at 6am so I spent the first 45 minutes getting ready, get. Getting up and going through this to get my day going. Now on tomorrow my day starts at 5am so I'll be getting up at 3:30 because I'm going to do this first. And I can tell you that in fact that that has kept my mind very clear, very clean and it's kept me very much centered. I don't think. Think about it. It just step by step. It's kind of like Kilimanjaro. One of the first thing I do, I get up out of bed. I'm going to make my bed. Second thing I'm going to do is I'm going to brush my teeth. Next thing I'm going to do is I'm going to drink 16 ounces of water. Next thing I'm going to do is get cleaned is get cleaned up. Next thing I'm going to do is I'm going to go through this next thing. By that time, I am so into a routine that my. I don't. All the worry and stuff that maybe I had the night before is erased. It's just erased. It's been replaced by positive stuff that keeps me going. Now how long did I take to tell you that three minutes, four minutes? School you go for, you could go for eight years and never learn that. Okay. Or something like that. Doesn't have to be this. That makes sense. So there's a lot. Because there's a lot of paths to happiness. Okay. All right. How do I. That's how I stay. That's one of the reasons I stay positive. The other reason I stay positive is it because I refuse to hang around with negative people. That's just. That's just the deal. Why not because they're bad. It's because my brain. I'm naturally pessimistic to begin with, if you can believe that. I'm naturally pessimistic. And if I have other negative people around me, it feeds. It makes it worse. So I hang around with optimistic people that keep me optimistic. Those are just some of the things I do again. These are things again. I go back to the title of this streaming is that if you're a teacher and leader, your wealth is on the line. We are facing the biggest paradigm shift cataclysmic earthquake in one of the most. One of the most hallowed and sacred institutions of on our planet. It's called our education system. Our education system. My friend Robert, all he did was find would Take one little piece called financial literacy. Create one little board game and making millions of dollars and changing tens of millions, maybe hundreds of millions of people's lives with it. Okay, that's just one little piece. So it tells you that there's a huge opportunity there. If you're a teacher, you may be thinking, well, I don't know anything. Well, learn, learn. And then as you learn, teach what you learn to other people. I was teaching sales when I wasn't so good in sales in the beginning, and I told people, look, I'm not that good, but here's what I learned this week. And people were anxious to learn that. And then here's what I learned the following week. So within about a year, I became pretty good at it. More people would show up. That's how it goes with anything you do if you're gonna learn to play the violin. Okay. You do your first solo. Nobody's gonna show up except your family maybe. But as you get better, people will start showing up because they appreciate good talent. So again, that's just, that's just my thought, okay, on how to do all that. What else? Any other questions gave clarity. Thank you, Lars. Trust relationships. Yeah. Yeah. So again, whoever was asking about relationship was that ill. Okay. Yeah, you go to the website also as David. Her name is Annie Callis. K A L L I S. Annie Kalis. K A L L I S. You can look her up. She's all over social media. Tell her you talk to me and you have some questions about relationships. She's one of the best I know. And, and, and she's been through plenty to prove that she knows what she's talking about. Okay. And she's an amazing person. You will automatically be in a better mood after talking to her. Okay, so, so check her out. Okay, so we got here. Great to see all of you. Ahmed, Mark, Tiffany. Okay. Alaris. Okay, good. So you guys, I, I'm just gonna start winding this thing down by saying this. We are in the biggest, again, the biggest shift in one of the largest institutions on the planet. And if you can see it and understand it, you're. We're in the middle probably at the beginning of the 50 year cycle of watch. Of having that evolution change. And if you're gonna, if something's changing and you're an investor, where are you gonna invest? The beginning or at the end of the. At the beginning. So start investing in your own education. What. Start with the start by doing this. What is the one thing or the two things you want to learn right now somebody said relationships, somebody said wealth. So find good mass, somebody that's really good at it and learn from them and become a great student. And if they're really good, maybe even ask them if you can work with them or for them or do or license or be an affiliate of those. So something like that to get yourself going. And that's really all it takes. That's what I've done. That's what Kiyosaki's done. Tony Robbins did that with Jim Rohn. That's how he got started in the very beginning. All of us did. Okay, you don't have to just walk around. I got a brilliant idea. I'm going to create something on my own. I mean, you can and I can show people how to do it, but it's not required. I'm not that creative. Okay. But I am a good student and I can recognize who's good at teaching and who's not and who has information, who does not. So do that. Be on the right side of this thing. And if you're a leader of an organization, start learning how to teach. Again. We have programs, I just, I mentioned powerful sales presentations, Master facilitator trainer mastery programs, and a new program that's called trainer intensive boot camps. So I focus very heavily on teaching people how to teach in all walks of life, not just trained professional trainers. So learn, learn, start to learn how to do it so that at the minimum you could learn that one skill of how to pull a lesson out of your team at the end of a success or failure in your own business and stop talking and start asking. And you're going to find a different level of energy, a different level of engagement. They may be a little hesitant in the beginning, but within a few weeks they'll catch on. And now you're going to have an invigorated team that really knows how to make money. Okay, so again, thank you guys for being part of this stream. I'm going to sign off for now. Remember, you heard it here. I'm not sure where we are in the 50 year cycle. If we're at the beginning. I don't know that I'll see the. I don't know that I'll be around when the thing finally has made full turn, but I've seen it happening. I'm seeing it happen already. And some of you have given some great, great testimonials. Yeah, you've given some great testimonials of your own experiences of how that's true. Spread the word, get other people to teach, particularly if you feel they have important knowledge and experience to share. And here's the secret. Everybody does. Everybody does. They just don't think so. And the little voice to keep you safe says you don't nobody want to listen to you. That's nonsense. Everybody's got important knowledge and experience to share. And it's some. It's. It may not be unique, but the way you learned it was unique because no two people learn it exactly the same way. And there's an audience out there for you. Okay? All right, so thank you, guys. We'll see you next week. Some of you. I'll see you tomorrow, Master facilitator. Go to blairsinger.com check out our YouTube channel, by the way as well. There's some amazing new videos that just went up there that teach a lot of what we're talking about so you have time to look at it again and again. Okay? All right. Be awesome. Love you guys. Love you all. Bye. Bye.
