Little voice mastery for high-stakes meetings.

2 Jun 2025

Coach Blair Singer presents a brief, practical technique to manage pre-meeting anxiety: five minutes before a high-stakes meeting use short affirmations (e.g., "I like myself," "I believe in myself," "I've got this," "I add value to people's lives") and, if still agitated, run in place for 10–15 seconds to reset mood and presence. The clip is an instructional motivator to practice the method and apply it before meetings to reduce anxiety and increase presence.
