Short testimonial by RJ (from bodybyvicrew.com) about attending Blair Singer’s Master Facilitator course. RJ emphasizes shifting focus from delivering training to connecting with the audience so participants internalize learning and achieve success after the event. He describes the facilitator’s role as orchestrator—like a musician—helping others create success.
Hey everyone. RJ here from body by vicrew.com and I'm coming to you live from Blair, singer's master facilitator. As soon as I heard about this course, I think we're a week away. And as soon as I heard about it, I was like, okay, what do I need to get here? I went out, sold a whole bunch of stuff so that I could make sure I could be here for this event because it's absolutely mind boggling. I just, I can't believe after, like I can get on a stage, I can get people jazzed, I can accelerate their learning. But the biggest frustration I have is when they leave the room, how do I get them to really connect the dots and go out there and be successful? And what I found here with Blair is it's not about what I can train, it's about how I can connect it for them, how do I get them to do the learning? So the experience is about the audience, who they are, and. And it's not about me. I'm just facilitating and orchestrating, kind of like a musician or an artist to help that person go out and create the success that they deserve. So I'm excited. As soon as I get back, I'm going to get everyone just so jazzed. But more than that, I'm going to get them to learn something that connects with who they are so when they leave that room, they go have success. I'll see you soon.
