Nathan Rossi on Blair Singer's Master Facilitator Program

Hey, everyone. Nathan Rossi here just finished the master facilitator here in Scottsdale, Arizona. And wow, what an amazing weekend it was. We just came so far this weekend, covered so much. Never knew I could learn so much in such a short amount of time. But you know, really for me, what the weekend was was it was a transformation into really how to fulfill what I feel like is a calling, a path for me in life as feeling called to be a speaker, a trainer, a speaker. It just took me to the complete next level, not only in speaking and training, but also just in leadership, seeing how in our businesses, how to facilitate excellence of greatness out of our teams. How to really bring not only a team, but an individual, an organization, a whole room really, just to draw greatness out and bring the best out of people and be a great leader in that. And, you know, it's something that I've been aspiring to literally for a decade now. A decade I've been going down this path and just been frustrated in several different terms. And this weekend literally brought that all into focus. It gave me context into what everything means and some very practical, simple steps and ways and how to really go about being more effective. And that's the one big word of the weekend for me is just simplicity. It makes all these complex things simple in order to help people grow and be the best version of them. So, man, if you can make it out, I would change my schedule around. Do whatever you have to do to get here. It's life changing, it's transformational, and it'll bring you to the next level.
