Young President's Organization (YPO)
Entrepreneur Development Program (EDP)
Basically goes all over the world and rents conference centers. Has people come there. And this has turned out great. We've been to a bunch of events here. It's been fun to have the advisors here. And I think that whenever you can get somebody else to pay for your real estate, then that's always, usually typically a good thing for me, that's 10,000 tenants pay for my real estate. So anyway, we have this long history together. And, you know, Robert, I didn't know how to speak. I learned that over the years. I see these charts. They're very familiar to me. You know, I've been in lots and lots of personal development myself. And I just really applaud you guys for being here because I'm telling you that if Robert can be on the stage, you can be on the stage, right?
Yeah.
He's got a lot of little voices.
Going on, more than, you know. Oh, my gosh.
Sometimes they hit below the belt. But I will tell you, you know, these kinds of things, they change you a little bit. So what happened to me is as I developed myself personally, you know, through this, through leadership, through my company, my parents didn't come from anybody or anything like that. So everything I, you know, everything I did, it was new. Every continues to be. But eventually your friends change. And so that's probably the most important thing for me. And then at some point you get to. You get to a moment where you only want to hang out with certain people and how many can relate to that? So that's where I am now. I like to hang out with the advisors, and I'm involved in a group called ypo, which I'm very involved in. Young President's Organization. It's a worldwide organization, and I spent a lot of time with people in that. And they're all business owners, CEOs, founders of companies, some of them very large, some of them worldwide.
So.
And you know, it's a long journey from being an employee to where I am and obviously have a lot to learn, lot to grow with. And I just appreciate you having me up here today.
Yeah, no, my. My pleasure. Like I said, if you are.
A.
Reflection of your friends, then I'm going to be coming here. I think what you said. What you said is really true and I'm glad you brought it up. How many of you realize that as you grow, not everybody around you is going to grow with you? Sometimes that's hard, and sometimes they want to bring you back, and sometimes they want to do all those things. But to have courage, to make a New group of friends. I mean, these guys are all getting together. Just be honest. These guys are all getting together this week, tomorrow, and Friday to study a book together unto their soul. And I can't be with him because I'm here. So part of me is ripping me up because these are my best friends. We're business partners together. We're friends. But as everybody, as all of us, he's got his mission, I got mine. Robert's got his. Tom and Andy and all those guys, they have theirs as well. And we. No matter if you're a friend, you're a friend, no matter what. Right? And support each other whatever you can. And so like him supporting me to do this, have this opened my eyes to a whole new level of what's possible for me. I think one of the reasons our certification thing has grown so fast in the last year is because of this building. Because to get all these people out here to teach so I don't have to go out there and teach anymore has been the goal. And have a place where they're headquartered here, and they can come here and teach and do all that. That's the goal. And to do this deal again, again and again in other cities or in other places to make it work. How many people would like to be a part of that? Awesome. Because part of one of the other programs that we'll be rolling out soon is Entrepreneur Development Program. Edp. I think maybe. Yeah, the current name of it. But those of you that get certified will be teaching that program. So he'll be teaching some of his stuff. How many like to teach some of his stuff? There's a lot. There's a lot happening. And I just. Eternally grateful to you, man. I'm just gonna say that in public. Thank you. On film, because she's filming it. But I. So take advantage of it because I'm not saying it again.
It's already posted. Thanks, man.
Thanks. Thanks for jumping in here. Like I said, great entrepreneur, great real estate developer, but just a great human being. One other thing I'll say about him is this, is that how many people have ever had bad thoughts about other people?
Okay, good.
How many people kind of kept it to yourself.
Good.
Kenny has his way of telling you exactly what he wants to tell you with a smile on his face. You've been shot below the gut, in the groin, and castrated, but somehow you're still laughing. How many people would like to have that skill? So thanks for being a great dad.
All right, Big round of applause.
Take a moment. Discussion.
