Speaking and presenting myth (part 2)

Blair Singer breaks down the myth that you need to be the world's best expert to teach. You just need to be the best student of your subject and understand where people several steps behind you are struggling.
So the second big myth that stops most people from being great teachers and presenters is this one right here. It's your little voice saying, I'm not good enough. I'm not smart enough, I'm not rich enough, I'm not the best in the world. All that nonsense. Okay? So first of all, let all that go. Because the first, you do not have to be the best in the world at what it is you want to teach, but you do need to be the best student of what you're teaching. I'll say it again. You need to be the best student of what you're teaching. Think about if you want to. If you wanted to teach people how to invest in real estate because you're very passionate about it, Kiyosaki is probably not going to come to your program because he's already an expert, maybe possibly even better than you. But think about all the other people that you're already many steps ahead of that don't know anything yet. Do they want to talk to somebody that's highfalutin and has already been there, done that, or they want to talk to somebody that's in the hunt, knows the obstacles, knows the frustration, and able to help them.
