Blair Singer argues that world-class speakers and trainers do more than teach: they lead. They create live transformational experiences and build movements around their message to scale impact. Singer draws on 15 years working with tens of thousands across 40+ countries.

What is the difference between a regular speaker, trainer or coach and somebody that's world class? Somebody that's world class? Well, let me tell you what it's not. It may not be because of your credentials. It may not be because of your charm. It may not be even because you're a great salesperson. Look, my name is Blair Singer and over the last 15 years I've worked with tens of thousands of individuals to help them become world class training trainers and coaches and leaders all around the world. Over 40 countries around the world. Some of you may also know me as rich dad, advisor Robert Kiyosaki and the author of three best selling books in the areas of sales, team and personal development. But I'm going to tell you that the distinction between a speaker, trainer, coach and somebody that's world class is one word. What's the word? The word is leadership. That they are not only a teacher, but they are a teacher and a leader. A teacher and a leader. Now what does a leader mean? What do I mean by leader in this business is because that person not only knows how to speak or has a message to deliver, but knows how to facilitate a live transformational experience. In other words, to help people change their behaviors from point A to. To point B. That's not the same as just delivering digital content. The second thing that a leader does is a leader creates teams. Creates teams and almost a movement around their message. So they have teams in various locales and regions around your city and your industry that are continually supporting you to be that world class person. So if you have the desire to change a lot of lives, which is why we're in this business, that's why we're talking about this, we want to help and reach a lot of people. Number two is you want to have a profile to be able to be seen as a person like that and also to make a lot of money doing it, then I'm going to advocate that you change your thought about being a trainer and a coach and now call yourself a teacher and a leader. Teacher and a leader. Because it's a very different profile and a very different category and will force you to be even better than you thought you could be.
