The Great Cleanse

Blair Singer uses Bucky Fuller's bumblebee analogy to argue entrepreneurs should prioritize improving others' lives over chasing money. He frames 2021 as a 'Great Cleanse' that will eliminate businesses misaligned with their true purpose, urging listeners to identify and serve their mission so the marketplace rewards them.
So what are you going to do in 2021? 2020 was no joke. And 2021 is unpredictable. So I'm going to share something with you. I want you to stay to the end because it's only going to make sense when you get to the end. So stay with it. This is something that was taught to me many, many years ago to Robert Kiyosaki and myself. And by the way, just thanks for being here. I'm going to share this with you and hopefully it's going to make some sense. Because if you know what you're supposed to be doing, if you're clear what you're supposed to be doing, then you're going to be fine in 2021. If not, you will struggle. People are already struggling. I'm calling this the Great Cleanse. The Great Cleanse is happening and it's about to happen on a bigger scale. And if you understand this video, you will be fine. If you don't, if you struggle with it, you may be cleansed. Ok, so that's what's happening here. So I'm going to give you a little bit of a lesson. This was taught to Me by Dr. Buckminster Fuller. Bucky Fuller was a futurist, he was an author, wrote many books. He was an engineer, an architect. And he affected a lot of people's lives. Myself, Robert Kiyosaki, Mark Victor Hansen, Werner Erhart, a lot of very, very prominent thought leaders of the last 50 years. He died in July of 83. But this one message in this picture I'm about to show you is going to give you some light at the end of the tunnel. Going to show you what you're supposed to be doing. Because if you're not doing what you're supposed to be doing, you're going to get cleansed out of the system. Okay? So I'm going to share my screen with you so that you can see. I'm going to give you a little bit of a diagram. Now, just as a word of caution, stay tuned to the whole thing. There's a bit of an economics lesson, it's also a bit about biology and in ecology lesson all at the same time. But at the end it's going to make a lot of sense to you, okay? So stay tuned. Here we go. Take strap in. Take a deep breath. Let it go. Okay, I'm going to share my screen with you. Okay, so here we go. So here what you see is a flower and a bumblebee. A flower and a bumblebee. And what we know this is one of the things that Fuller said. So just stay with me. He, he said that the bee goes into the flower every day in search of honey, right? Well, actually, nectar to make honey. What's it need the honey for? Well, it needs the honey for food, shelter, feed the queen, all that kind of stuff. So it gives its direction every day. It's what it's supposed to be doing. But what's interesting about the way the bumblebee is designed, it's got this hairy, sticky little body. These, these, these wings that act like fans that kick up all this dust when it flies into that flower. So the ripple. So and what happens is that dust, which is what we call pollen, sticks to the body. Now the ripple effect, therefore. So these are ripples, like the ripples. If you drop the stone in the water, the ripples go out, right? So now this bee leaves the flower, goes to another flower to slurp up some more nectar, right? But what dusts off of its hairy little body is, is the pollen. And what happens? That's right, turns, it fertilizes the next flower or the next plant or the next piece of vegetation. So we would say that the ripple effect of going for the honey is what the bee actually does, is it pollinates. Or in a bigger sense, it may even cross pollinate. It pollinates, okay. It cross pollinates. So if we're to look at the bigger scheme of things. Stay with me, don't leave. This is gonna make sense in a second. This is your education coming on, okay. Is we would say that the true purpose, okay, so if we say that down here, this ripple effect is true purpose of the bee is to cross pollinate. But do you think. Is to cross pollinate. But do you think the bee gets up in the morning and goes, can't wait. I can't wait, man, I'm gonna cross pollinate like a bandit today. They think of that. No, they don't know that. All they know is they're going for the honey. That's all they know, for their food and shelter. But the true purpose is at 90 degrees, it's cross pollinating. That's what the bee is supposed to be doing. I mean, think about it. What if all the bees quit doing what they were supposed to be doing? There'd be no vegetation, all the insects, there'd be no vegetation, the oxygen levels would drop. This turn into a rock planet, we'd all be dead. So clearly the purpose of the bee is bigger than getting honey. That's the main event. But the side effect the side effect, which is the pollination is the main effect, okay? Because. Got that. That's biology. Now I'm going to shift to human beings. Human beings go out every day in order to make. You got it, Money. We go out every day to make money. Now what do we need the money for? Same freaking thing we need the money for. Food, shelter, lifestyle. Exactly the same. We think we're so different than the bee. We're not so different. We need the money for the same thing. To feed ourselves, to clothe ourselves, lifestyle, to live a good life, mediocre life, poor life, whatever that is. It's sourced to us in our economy through money. Okay? So if the bees got a purpose, hopefully human beings have a purpose for being here. I'm going to say that the true purpose of the bee is to pollinate. What's the purpose of going out to make money? What is the purpose? That's the question I'm asking you right now. Now stay tuned. We're going to go into economics. So how do you make money? You make money by offering value. In other words, if I sell you this pen for a dollar, the only reason you're giving me $1 is because you feel your dollar is worth more than my pen. Right? Otherwise you're not going to make the exchange. That's economics 101, okay? You exchange money for value, something of value. And the only way a business stays in business is by adding value. If I'm selling you crappy stuff, nothing's. You're not going to buy it. I'm going to go out of business. It's like the beast not doing what it's supposed to be doing, it goes away. Understand? All right, it's going to make sense in a second here. So now, so what's the ripple effect then? So the ripple effect of making money is the only way to stay in business, remember, number one, is by adding value. So if you're going to add value, what you're doing, the ripple effect of that is you're increasing the quality of life for other people. So let's call that Q O, L. Q O L. Quality of life. You're improving the quality of life for other people, right? Now, do you think that, like the bee. I'm just making honey, man, just like human beings. I'm just making money, man. Okay? But the truth of it is the QOL is the byproduct or maybe the true purpose for us in our businesses. The true purpose up here is to improve the quality of life for businesses, for families, for Individuals for communities through our products and services. Okay, so what Fuller challenged everybody with is rather than going for the money, what if you focus your goal on quality of life? Would you trust that the ripple effect of that would be that you'd even make more money? This is my interpretation actually. And have a better lifestyle? What would that mean to you? Okay, so what this all means is that you are a bumblebee. As long as the bumblebee does what it's supposed to be doing, the universe takes care of it. There's plenty of flowers, there's plenty of honey. As long as human beings are doing what you're supposed to be doing, there's plenty of money. Plenty of money for people that are adding value to other people's lives in a true, honest, authentic way. So what's this mean? This means in 2021, if you're not doing what you are designed and, and programmed to do, you're going to get eliminated. Your business is going to, is not going to make it. What's made Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Rich Dad Company so successful so long? Because the mission of the Rich Dad Company before it ever started, was to improve the financial well being of humanity. That's it. Before Robert and Kim had money. What's our mission? To improve the quality of life for everybody by creating the best teachers, leaders and facilitators in the world that help entrepreneurs succeed. That's what we do. So it becomes. As an entrepreneur, you'll know that sometimes it's less about the money. Focus on the mission. What is the mission? I would say your mission is what sits at 90 degrees to the money making. But if the mission becomes primary as the goal, what would be the ripple effect of that? And that is that you'll make even more money. Okay, I'm talking about the great cleanse. The great cleanse is those people that are not doing what they're supposed to be doing or they're doing maybe the right things for the wrong reasons, may ultimately get eliminated, may get cleansed from the system. Do what you're supposed to be doing. What's your background? What are the six significant stories in your life that change the trajectory of your life? What's the message there? What's the theme? What message is the universe, the marketplace, trying to give to you? If you've failed in business, which everybody has, if you failed in business, what's the message that keeps coming across in there is a message and a mission, a direction for you to take. And if you take it, you're like the bumblebee altering course to a new flower, altering course to a new goal. A goal with higher purpose. The question I ask people all the time is, how big is your game? How big is your goal? Is it just to make money or is it to serve humanity? In what way are you going to serve the whole planet? Are you going to serve your community? Whether you are serving five people or five billion people, the intention is still the same. So again, don't be cleansed. Be the bumblebee. Understand that the bumblebee, unlike the bumblebee, we got a brain. We have a mind and a brain. Bumblebee's just got a brain. Flower back to the hive. Flower back to the hive. As long as the bumblebee is in motion, it stays alive. If the bumblebee stays in its hive, it's dead. It ain't going to make it. You, as an entrepreneur, are compelled by something. And that something is what's going to make you a lot of money. That something is your mission. That's something. That mission is what will recruit great players to be in on your team. That mission, that something is what's going to create a community. And your community become your customers, and your customers become your team. And then your team helps build your community. It's a new way of building a team. Your primary skill is your ability to sell. Your primary asset is your team. Your primary liability is your little voice between your head and your inability to communicate. So understanding those three things and understanding the bumblebee, what are you supposed to be doing? What is your business supposed to be doing? Who are you really supposed to serve? And focus on serving them as best you can in the greatest way, at the least amount of cost, with the least amount of negative effect on anybody else. You do that, you'll be doing what you're supposed to be doing. You do that, and the whole world will open up to you, as it has to everybody that's understood what Dr. Fuller was trying to say. Inside of you, DNA coded, there's something for you to do. It may be in a big way, maybe in a small way, but it's not just about the money. There's more. The money will come as long as you're doing what you're supposed to be doing. 2021 is going to cleanse those that are not. So be awesome. And again, thank you for subscribing to the channel.
