The Skill You Need To Be Successful in Business

Blair Singer argues entrepreneurs need one critical skill to succeed: the ability to teach. He breaks down how to get comfortable on camera, design offers that close without pressure, and find your niche. Building referral-based networks where trained entrepreneurs coach others is how you scale.
It. Yo, welcome. Hey. This is brand new. This is brand new. Streamyard. My first time on it. Hope you guys are great. This is a big shout out to the leadership tribe. Leadership tribe. I always trying something new. Today is brand new. So thank you, Brooke, for, for helping me for moderating this whole thing. And I just want to check in with all of you. Man. It's the 16th of February. Can you believe it? Already everybody's talking 20, 20, 20, 20, 20. Yeah, but 2020 is long gone, man. We are six weeks in. We're over six weeks in. Valentine's Day's coming, Gone. Some of you guys are. Are locked down not by a pandemic, but by a snowstorm. Oh, my God. A friend of mine in Texas, Bandera, Texas, no water, no power, no heat. Holy mackerel, man. How you doing? I just check in with everybody, see how you're doing. Give me some comments. Check it. Hey. Hi. Garage Gandhi. Good to see you, man. Good to see you. Yeah. So type in your comments, let me know how you're doing. I want to talk about some cool stuff today about the one skill that you got to have because if you don't have it, you're. You're going to be toast. And if you're, if you work with me, you're learning it. So, so that's good. I'm going to talk about that. But most importantly, I just want to find out what you guys are doing. How, how are your teams? How's your income? How's your sales? How's what's happening? How's your mental health? How about that? How's your mental health? I know for some people it's great. For some people it's in the toilet. Yay. Now you guys are showing up. Give permission to for streamyard to see your comments streaming. Okay, Yeah, I see them coming. Okay. South Africa, very nice. Enjoy and be safe. Thank you, Andrew. Yeah, it's in Scottsdale, Arizona. It's a balmy 67 degrees Fahrenheit. Not a cloud in the sky outside. So it's. I'm very blessed today. But for some people, it's not like that right now. For some people it's not. So let me know what's going on and send me some questions. Send me some questions so we can have some stuff to talk about here because particularly want to talk about your income. How's your income doing? You know, there's three areas that I work in, sales and income, your team and your ability to teach. And I'm going to give you A little bit of a vision. Hey, Annie Callis. I don't know what time of day it is, but it's good to see you. Good to see you guys. Share the live. How do I share the live? So. And share the live. It's not sharing. I'm assuming it is sharing. Okay, well, I'm just gonna keep going here, so. Yeah, so tell me a little bit about what's. What's going on for you. I. I had this vision the other day of education. So those of you that have worked with me before, you'll appreciate this. Those of you that haven't, just stay tuned for a second. Education is totally screwed up, right? It's got flipped on its back a year ago and it has not recovered and it's not going to recover. And the whole idea of people going into factory like buildings, institutions is not just not happening. Hold on a second. Somebody keeps telling me to share the live. Share the live. How do I share the live? So whoever said share the live? No, not you, Blair. Oh, share the live. Yeah, you guys share the live. There you go. Thank you. I'm a little slow. Sorry. Share the live. Yeah, that's right. Tell your other friends. I'll get it someday. Is to share this with other people. Okay. Share with other people. I'm going to be doing this every week. I'm learning, man. I'm learning and I'm going to be sharing it every week because I just feel like if I don't, I'm not connected and I want to be connected. I want to know what's going on, the real thing, not what people think is going on. I want to know what's going on. So share this with other people. Grand Haven, Michigan. Sunny and 20 degrees. Saw you in November in Vancouver in 2016. Train the trainer well. Thank you. Thanks for tuning in. Thanks for tuning in. If you got a question, anything that's come up, this is a kind of an open session here and I do want to talk about a few things, but let me go back to education for a second. So. Education. Yes, education. Education in these buildings. My high school looked like a fat. Like a. Like a garment factory. It was like a rectangular building, three story building. That was it. That those days are gone. So here's my vision. Ready? It's. Listen closely. All of you are if you're an entrepreneur, type in Proud of it in the chat. Type in. Proud of it if you're an entrepreneur. I think you guys all are. And so if you're an entrepreneur, I want you to hear this, the vision for. For education is entrepreneurs teaching entrepreneurs how to succeed. That's it. It's no longer about going to the Ohio State University or UCLA or to Oxford or Harvard, that stuff. I mean, if you've got a specialty, if you got, like, you're going to be a lawyer, you're going to be a doctor, an engineer, something like that, I get it. But for the rest of us, us mere mortals out here, they're just trying to build a business that got an idea, got something that we can help people with, that's over, and it moves too slow, and it's way expensive. So what I'm advocating to everybody here in this tribe that's following me is entrepreneurs like you teaching other entrepreneurs how to be better entrepreneurs, how to succeed. Why? Where else are they going to learn it? Not going to learn it anywhere. And, you know, the library is filled with case studies, is filled with information on how to be a doctor and how to be a lawyer. But you know what? A business owner that's successful builds his business, and he. He passes on, it's gone. The next guy has to start all over again. That's ridiculous. So all of you that are trainers, and many of you I met. Yeah. Thank you, Annie, Carlos, you're proud of it. Okay. Is that you guys that are entrepreneurs right now? I'm planning this in your head. I want this to be a movement. I want this to go worldwide. I talked to a group of my friends in India yesterday. Yesterday about this, 250 of them. And I gave them the same vision, and they were stunned for a moment. But don't be stunned because you're already doing it. It'll need some organization, it'll need some formalities to it, but the future of education is you teaching other people. Remember, I said if you're going to succeed in business as an entrepreneur, you got to be able to sell because sales equals income. Number two, be able to build and recruit a team. And number three is to be able to teach. Teach people on your team how to sell. But it's more than that. It's not just teaching your team. It's teaching other people that want to be entrepreneurs. So rather than going and signing and registering for a university, I'm gonna go work over at Blair's company because he's gonna really teach me. Excuse me. How to be a great leader. He's gonna teach me how to be a great leader. I'm gonna go work over at Barry's company because Barry's gonna teach me how to sell that's gonna be awesome and teach me how to sell. And so what happens is these businesses come together and they form networks that. So that they do business together. But at the same time, you're going through a universe, you're going through a quasi university. Coming out as a successful entrepreneur. Think about it. You know the stats. 95%. 95% of most businesses fail within the first three to five years now. Why? Because there's no education. That's why. Except for us, we're running around there trying to promote seminars. Okay. Which I think is also kind of a thing of the past. We're still doing it. We're still going to need to do this for another five years until the technology takes another lift. I mean, I'm already not doing them live. We're doing them online, which is the way it's going to be done. Okay? So. But. But what I'm saying is this is. That is the reason it's not going to happen this way anymore is because it's way too slow and it's way too. Too expensive. Okay? Way too expensive. You know, one of my friends, Mr. Po Chung, who founded DHL International, said it was a responsibility of a business owner to teach what he knows. Think about that. So What? Rather than 95% of the people failing in the first five years, rather than 95% failing, what if 60% succeeded the first three to five years? What a concept. Because they were taught by real teachers. They were taught in the field. Real teachers, real entrepreneurs that were teaching people how to succeed. And even if you're not that successful, you teach people what not to do. Teach them how to avoid the disasters. Because we've all had them. I've had them, and you've had them. So I want you to comment about that. Ask me questions about. Ask some questions about education, the future of education. How can you get educated? How can you. How can you train your team? Ask me some questions. Graznia from Warsaw. Awesome. I got. We have Vietnam, Pueblo, Mexico. Awesome. Thank you. So give me. Yeah, give me some questions. And again, like. And subscribe to all of our channels, to. To Instagram, to LinkedIn, to YouTube, to Facebook and share it with other people. You know, I think that the big thing that we have in our favor, this leadership tribe, is we are global. We're all automatically global. We're not just global. We're tight. Global. Annie Callous. Tell me how tight we are if you. If you can do it. Okay. Yeah. Thank you. See? So again, in this pandemic, how do I get Trained. How do you get trained? Well, one of the ways. That's a great question. So thank you for asking the question. Very tight. Thank you. Annie Callis. So in this environment, how do you get trained? Well, there's lots of ways to get trained. I think that the best. First of all, always remember this. I'm going to tell you this, that I've been in training and teaching for many years and, and I've gone, I continue to go to programs. I shouldn't be saying this. My social media person is going to kill me, but I'm going to say it anyway. I only go. I only attend trainings and gain education based upon referral. I'm going to say it again based on referral. What do I mean by that? I mean that my friends that I trust, that I know, that are very successful, that I know them very well, and I ask them, where did you learn that? How do you do that? They, they tell me, I research it. And that's where I get trained. You know, rarely do. I rarely do I sign up for something sight unseen. I mean, I do it once in a while if it's inexpensive, but it's high risk. Right? I mean, I want, the training that I want is training that I know has helped somebody that I trust because I don't necessarily trust the person who's delivering the training, necessarily, because I don't know them, but I do trust my friends. And, you know, I'll ask Robert, Robert, so what's the program you just went to? I went to this. Was it good? Because. Yeah, check it out. So I go, okay, if so, I would say that during the pandemic, it's a great time to get trained. You can get trained online, online programs. I'm going to say this too about that. That's part one, part two. Part two of all this is that training. There's a big difference between digital content training, which you get digital online, which is good because it gives you some, some framework, and what I call facilitated transformational training. Facilitated transformational training. Now what is that? Both are online, Both you can do online. But a facilitated transformational training is a live program in which the facilitator is able to work with the group, work with the crowd, be able to adapt what's going on, be able to modify what's happening and be able to coach people and have them practice and coach right in real time. There's no substitute for that. You can't do that with digital content. You, you download the content, you're pretty much on your Own. You can go to a couple of groups and share a little bit, but. And you can do that in any case. But those are, those are the ways that I recommend. As a matter of fact, the most important skill, the most important skill that you've got to have right now along those lines is your ability to do this. If you can't do this, if you can't be. Where? Yeah, okay, good. If you can't be on a camera, if you can't be on a camera and you don't feel comfortable doing it, you're lost, you're going to get left behind. When the pandemic lifts. I think this is not going away. I think that this is much more efficient, much more economical. And a person. Listen closely. A person who knows what they're doing can help people change behaviors very, very quickly. Very, very quickly. We've been doing programs online, live since March of last year. And we've tested. We were terrible in the beginning. We got better, we got worse. We got better, we got worse, we're getting better. This, this streamyard format's a brand new format. Okay. Again, like it and subscribe to it. Like and subscribe. All of our channels, you know, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, all of it. I mean, we got tons. And go to the blairsinger.com get started and check it out, Check it out. There's a bunch of free videos up there, things that you can do right now to get yourself going right now. And so that's kind of my answer to that question. What programs do you run now? Okay, so what programs do I run now? Thank you for the question, Johan. The programs I'm running right now are part of the programs that we actually require for the trainers around the world that want to get certified. One of the ones coming up soon, now that you've asked, Johan, is one called Powerful Sales Presentations. Powerful Sales presentations. Very, very. That program has changed dramatically. Changed dramatically. Why? Because I find that there are three. There's. There's one thing you got to be able to do. Like I said, you've got to be able to get on a camera and you've got to be able to do this, okay. And understand the basic technology. But there's three other things. Number one, if you're going to get on, you got to be able to engage people. You've got to be able to grab people to get them to respond to you, to keep their excitement and energy level up. Remember what I say, two people come together. Highest energy wins. Okay? So how to engage, how to Actually get people to stay on the call. Okay, so that's first thing we're teaching at that one. The other one is this is to be able to. And this is the one thing that I find that people have such a hard time with, is to be able to design a real offer. An offer. You know, something where you sell something. To be able to design an offer that is easy for you to. Is easy for you to deliver. Doesn't pressure you, doesn't pressure them, makes you feel comfortable. It meets the needs and the personality of the audience. And I've created a whole new template for this so that you can mix and match and pull these things together and create yourself the perfect closing offer for any program that you're trying to do anytime. Why? Because not everybody's a pit bull. Not everybody's an attack dog. Does that make sense? If that makes sense, type in this makes sense. Type tell me, post in the comment that this makes sense. Yeah. Okay. Thank you, Andy. Cows. Best way. Best way to learn. Comfort of your own home. No need to fly or drive anywhere. Not being stuck in traffic near your fridge. Well, not. Hopefully not too near your fridge. Okay, Claudia, thank you. BST is the best choice I made, by the way. BSTA Blair Singer Training Academy. That's the name of our. Our training. Our Global Training academy. We have trainers now that we've trained in over 35 countries around the world. And you can see them coming up all over here in the. In the, in the comment section. Okay, so thank you, Claudia. I'm glad it makes sense to you. So, again, so that's. So that's the thing. Make an offer. The third thing. The third thing is, is to be able to make sure you're going in the right direction. The right direction. In other words, what's your niche? What is it that you're supposed to be teaching? What is it you're supposed to be teaching other people? I will say this. Remember, go back to what I said before. Entrepreneurs teaching entrepreneurs. It's not something you do if and when you're successful. It's something that you do because it's what your duty as an entrepreneur. So what is it and how do you find it? And my dear friend, Simon Bowen, some of you know him, Simon Bowen, you can check him out. We created an amazing course. Annie was a part of that course. She was a rock star. In that course of finding your direction and what is already in your DNA, what is it you're supposed to be teaching? What is it you're supposed to be doing? And how do you market that? So those are the three areas. How to engage on camera, how to design a great offer and deliver it in a non offensive but highly compelling way. And make sure that you're going in the right direction. That's the powerful sales presentation. And by the way, if you're interested in it, go to blairslinger.com get started and let's let us know, you know, let us know. Somebody will call you, talk to you about it, see if it's something that matches what you're up for right now. Okay? So again, I hope that, I hope that answers some of your questions. Ruth from Belgium, met you at Train The Trainer Berlin 2019. Entrepreneur aside, my job for the moment, proud of it, but still to grow. The more I build, the more I discover that takes time, energy, skills and work. But I am motivated because I do what I love. Very nice. Congratulations. Good job, Ruth. You know, and again, whether you work for somebody else or you're truly on your own without a paycheck for a safety net, that's okay. Entrepreneurs are people that come up with other new ideas or create their own futures. They create their own financial freedom. And if that's you, and if that's what you're doing, you're in the right place. And again, like I said, I believe it's entrepreneurs teaching entrepreneurs how to be better entrepreneurs. Ultimately, that's the future of education. Okay, so Andy says, yeah, that was the course that really changed the direction of your business. You're talking about the, the, the course was Simon, I'm assuming. Yeah. Yeah. So that's now part of the, the PSP program. That's gonna be part of the, of the powerful sales presentation program. So thank you for that. To make sure you. And again, for those of you that have already have a topic, you already have a niche. That's good. Let us run, let run it through the litmus test. We'll run it through the litmus test, make sure it's, it's out, it's, it's still valid. You know, I've been talking about sales team and teaching for many, many, many, many, many years. But every time I tweak it a little bit. Tweak it a little bit. Oh, I get another aha. And tweak it a little bit. And sometimes that little bit makes a very, very large difference, particularly when I'm marketing it. So again, I encourage you guys to go check that out again. Please subscribe to our. To the channels. We do these videos. I spend a lot of time putting These video putting videos together for YouTube. And. And because I love it. I love it. I just want you to. I want you to get the information. And most of all, honest to God, most of all, I just. Maybe I'm. Maybe it's because I'm an appro. Addicted to approval or something like that, but really what I really want with those videos, I want your feedback. I want to know how you feel about it. You agree? Do you not agree? Do you think I'm full of it? You think it makes sense? What. What is it? Give me something that I can. That I can. I can digest. You know, once you become a facilitator, I'll say this for those of you, and some of you will understand, once you become a facilitator, you know, you never really look back on operating from scripts and, you know, and bullet points and all that kind of stuff. Yeah. You know, you have a few. But. But what happens is the interest shifts from you to them. Yeah. So the challenge with doing like this call or any other call or YouTube is it's just broadcast, broadcast, broadcast, broadcast. And the brilliance. Honest to God, you guys. And we teach this at psp. We teach it a little bit at Train the Trainer, but at psp, the brilliance is where you're sitting, not where I'm sitting. I just got a big mouth, okay, Just. I can talk. But the brilliance is in you. It's your insights. It's the challenges that you're up against. And so that's why it hit me, as I'm talking to you right now, is it that I really want you to subscribe. I. To. Want. I want you to like. I want you to check out these videos, watch them a couple times, tell me what you think. If there's something you understand, let me know. I'll launch on that, too. You know, one of the advantages that I have of having been in this business for so many years and in so many countries is that I have a lot of experience and I'm happy to share it with everybody. Okay, so good. Yeah. So Garage said PSP was awesome. Chris Vincent facilities really only form of teaching that fulfill me right now, both as a student and teacher. Highly recommend that. And mfp. Yeah. The Master Facilitator Program. Yeah. So thank you, Chris. I hope you're still looking slim and trim. I hope you're still crushing it in the Philippines. Congratulations, my friend. Now, let me just explain. Chris is. I'm not going to give anything away, Chris. So don't turn red. I'm just going to Say this, he's the example of a person who heard the right information at the right time. I doubt that it was the first time he's ever heard anything that I've said to him. I doubt it. But it was in the right context and it was at the right time at the right moment. And boom, he made a significant change in his health, subsequently in his business and majorly in his income in a very, very short period of time. So, Chris, it's great to see you and I hope you're keeping it. Keeping it going. I hope you're keeping it going. So, so, yeah, Johan, if you're, if you're interested in psp, just go to the website and you can find all the courses right there. Go to Blair singer, go to blairsinger.com you see it scrolling by at the bottom. That kind of cool. If I was really good at it, I figured out how to change it. But I'm not going to do that yet. It's my first time. Okay. But, yeah, like I said, I would like your comments on. I'd like your comments on. What do you think about education right now? What do you think about income? Income's change. The way you get your income has changed. The way you negotiate and close it has changed. Let me give you a few tips on that. If we have got time for that. If you want to, if you want to know, if you want to know how the conversation's changed, type in. Yes, in the chat box. Type. Yeah, type in. How's it changed? Type of. Type in. How has it changed? I'll wait for it to catch up and then, and then we'll. I'll talk about that a little bit. But right now, like I said, these are. They're crazy times. Snowstorms, they're forcing people into quarantine and quarantines. Government's coming up with third stimulus check. Who's gonna get one? Who's not gonna get one. I don't even want to be a part, honest. God, I just don't. I don't even want to be a part of that. I'm just staying away from it personally. But, yeah, what's happening for you? What's going on for you? I just want to know, let's see, how's it changed? Okay. Yeah, there we go. I got some questions. How does it change? All right. Hey, Karina. Okay, so here's how it's changed. The conversation in sales is much deeper. I'm just going to say this is that selling inexpensive products requires a lot of Skill. It requires some technology and it requires diligence. It's not complicated. It's pretty simple. But it takes a lot of work to do that. And if you're the type of person that can do that, that's awesome. Or if you have a team that can do that, that's awesome. Personally, over all my entire career, when I first started, you know, when I first started in the air freight trucking business and all the way through, when I first started coaching and teaching, I was never the cheap guy, I was always the expensive guy. And that's never really changed. So. So if you're in the, in the mode, first thing I'd recommend is make sure, value what you've got and sell it for a reasonable price. Sell it for a reasonable price. That's number one. Why am I saying that? Because at a reasonable price, you can afford to have a decent conversation with somebody to sell it. Sell that to them. Again, I'm talking specifically to trainers or if you, as Simon Bowen would say, Simon works with lots of companies that have very expensive, very complex offers that they make to their customers. Same type of thing. Right. So I would say that for me is you market online, but you sell offline. Okay. So you sell offline and you sell one to one. You. If, for example, if you're interested in any of our programs, you would end up talking to one of our, one of the people on our team and find out if it works for you. If it doesn't work for you, it doesn't. If it does, it does. It's great. But to find out what's going on for you, I don't know about you. Spending a lot of money on a program is sometimes how to win the biggest one of the faces. Creating the book Megadeals. Oh, click on comments to feature them on the screen. For those on other platforms, click on comments. Okay, so if I click on comments, I don't know if that worked. Okay. Oh, I see how that worked. A lot of the training game you led up to that launch. Okay, good. Awesome. So Johan says that type of training helped him launch a soon to be or maybe already has been a best seller. Anyway. Let me just, let me finish the thought. So the thought is, number one, sell something that's got some substance to it. Number two is have a deeper conversation with your client, find out what they really want. See, right now people are looking for survival. They're looking for help, they're looking for somebody to protect them. But you know what? I think that if you can have the conversation and articulate value to them that they weren't even thinking about. Value that they weren't even thinking about. Then I think that you have a much better chance, maybe not selling to them now, but selling to them later. For example, when I'm talking about powerful sales presentations, I'm going to say that I want to know what you want to do with it. What do you plan to do? Who are you trying to get to? Who's your market? Who do you think your market is? What do they want? What do they need? What are their fears? What are their aspirations? And why are you using this medium and why are you selling? I mean, I got all these questions I want to know about because then at the end of that, then I could say, okay, so if you're going to do this, then I could, we could do that, right? Otherwise, just trust me and just go take a program. But I'm going to say that, have a deeper conversation. What is it you really want? I really want to get to. You're saying I really want to get to a lot of other entrepreneurs out there and teach them how to sell. For example, I really. Well, why, what's, what's so important about that? Well, because of the, you know. Well, because of my dad. Really? What about your dad? Well, my dad was an entrepreneur and he, he struggled and, but he never, you know, he didn't market, he didn't do anything. And I just don't want that to happen again. And I see that happening to other people. Said, oh, so do you love your dad? Yeah, I do. So you're doing this because you're kind of trying to help your dad indirectly, is that correct? Yeah. Okay, good. We can work on that. And so I think that at some level, everybody's got a motivation and if you're the person that can help them find it, because maybe that person didn't even know that that was what was motivating. Motivating them. They'll buy. They'll buy. They're not going to buy. They're going to form a relationship with you because they know when they work with you, their live, their life changes. Their life actually changes. Okay, awesome. Hey, Grant, thank you for that comment. Thank you. And Claudia, good, good to see you again. So again, Eric, good to hear from you. So again, any, if you have any questions, comments over anything, like I said, I'm still learning about this whole, this, this medium right here, it's new. I'm just screwing it up right, left and center. But I just going to keep going. I I. But I'm going to do it every week. So what I would like you to do, I would like you to like and subscribe all of our channels, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, all Facebook. All of them, you know, like them and share them. Why? Because we're on. We're on a roll right now. We're in a movement and we're. I'm. I'm here to teach the world to teach. You're here to be one of those teachers to teach yourself and other entrepreneurs how to succeed and other individuals how to succeed. And through all of it, we've got tons of skills, how to sell, how to build teams, how to communicate. Annie Callous. How to create great relationships. And that's what we do. Hey, Taiwan. Taiwan is on the call. I was just in Taiwan. I was in Taiwan for, for almost a month, two weeks of which were in quarantine. Got off the plane, cab to the hotel, people in hazmat suits greeting me, escorting me up to my room, shut the door, said, don't come out of that door for two weeks. And I did a lot of programs from there. But it was an amazing place. Taiwan, just so you know, is running at normal. Everybody's wearing masks, but business has not stopped. Business is booming, traffic is heavy, people are on bikes in the streets all over the place. It's a great place and we have a great, we have a great partner there, Steve Huang, who, by the way, I'm just going to kind of start rapping with this. He took this whole concept, this educational concept and took it to heart a couple years ago when I mentioned it to him. So what did he do? Check this out. He recruited CEOs and business owners of various business around Taiwan and brought them into his trainings, into his trainings and made it his focus to make sure that through his trainings they became the best in their industry through his personal development and his business development training programs, some of which are my programs. Okay? And so he turned them into. From okay owners to, to the best in the industry to get them recognized that way. Now get this. He invites them back to the trainings and they volunteer to be his coaches for free. They volunteer. That's what volunteer means, right? They're free. So think about that. What has he done? He's gone out into the community. He's trained business owners, he's brought them back in, trained them well, made them the best in their fields, and now they volunteered to continue on the legacy and to teach for free. That's the model I'm talking about entrepreneurs teaching other entrepreneurs or other business owners how to be successful. That makes sense. Awesome. Hi, Jane Johnson, how are you? Tila from Brazil. I love this crowd. Check out the quarantine video on Instagram reels. Okay, thank you. Yes, I'm on Clubhouse. I just got on with for the first time this last week. I was on Clubhouse yesterday with Mac Atram. Some of you know Mac Atram. He's a brilliant trainer, part of our BSTA team. And he and I are going to be on Clubhouse for the next several weeks, you know, answering questions and talking about how to build entrepreneurial wealth. And we had a great program, a great 90 minute program yet yesterday. Yeah, it was yesterday. Yeah. I'm also going to be on next Saturday. Not this coming Saturday, but the next Saturday with some of my other BSTA folks, Jack, Jack Wong from Singapore and David Chua. They have a very big group over there. So we're going to be doing some more entrepreneurial stuff over there. So yeah, I'm very familiar with, I'm very familiar with, with Clubhouse. It's a great medium and man, I can't wait. I can't. The nice thing about it is I don't have to shave to get on, you know what I'm saying? Because it's only on your phone. I'm just saying not to make a difference. Okay. Be a, be it from the Philippines. Nice to see you. Okay, thank you very much. Loving the model from Feline. Very good. Thank you. David Tu from Vietnam. Well, nobody can ever say that we're not an international group. Right. And just so you know, we also just launched our Trainer Mastery program, which is another entry level pro, which is an entry level program kind of replacing a little bit train the trainer since that's not happening so much anymore. But very, very different. A few little elements but a lot of different stuff, mostly Blair stuff. And it's, it's great. We put in, it's exclusively in India at the moment and we put about close to a thousand people through to in two sessions. So again, the world needs better teachers, leaders and facilitators and that's what we're all about. So hopefully you can become a part of it. And psp, by the way, PSP very much, very much a part of all that. I mean it's a requirement actually. And psp, like I said, three things. First of all, how to get on camera, how to, how to get engage people, get them engaged, get them to stay, get them to like you, get them to respect you really quickly. Number two thing to learn is how to create an offer, how to. How to follow the are. Right now, I'm just calling it the. The cosmic closing template. Okay, so it's not what I'm going to call it, but that's what it is right now. And it's. It's. What's the audience want? What's your personality like? What are you comfortable with? What are they comfortable with? And then the basic elements of marketing and then being able to piece an offer together that works for you and works for them. Not high pressure, unless you like high pressure. So it's easy for you to deliver, easy for them to deliver or to accept. And with a high closing ratio. And then obviously, number three, what's your direction? Are you moving in the right direction? You're on the right topic. You're marketing to the right avatar, the right people. And so that's the powerful sales presentation program. It's three days and it's. I think it was six hours a day. I think six hours a day. So in the comfort of your own home. So check it out. Please go check it out. Go to blairsinger.com get started, and you'll find all the programs there and someone will talk to you about it. Okay? Okay, so please check it out. Please subscribe to our channels. Share them like them with other people. Because I think the messages that we have. If you feel. If you. Well, let me just ask if you feel that the message that I'm delivering, that we deliver as a group is important. Type in. Yes. Type in. Message is important. Type that in. In the chat box. Just let me know if that. If that. If you believe that it's important. If you believe it's important. Type in the word important. Type in the word important or yes. And there. And I just want to see what happens. Hi, Cassia, how are you? Good to see you or good to hear from you. Master facility facilitator was amazing to Teal's career. Yeah, Tila has a great success story. You get to hear it someday if you follow her. She. She just. Yeah, she went from struggling as a coach, I believe. You know, I believe she's working with nurses. And now she's booked, booked solid and helping change tons of people's lives. Vital. Important. Yes. Message is important. Important. Yes. Thank you, Ross. Thank you. Thank you, Wendy. Thank you all you guys. Okay, so if you think it is, please like and subscribe and share. Like, subscribe and share all the channels. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, everything. We're making some big changes in all these things, and we'll continue to evolve. I want your feedback. I think that our message, the message of a different education system, a message of how to sell, how to build teams, how to create a movement, how to create a movement, which is a different kind of team now, where your community becomes your customer, your customer becomes your team, your. And your team builds your community. That's a movement. And you would have to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to do that. But you don't have to do that anymore if you're smart about your marketing and you're smart about what you're doing. So this message needs to go out to the world, and I need your help. I'm just going to tell you I need your help. I can only do so much from here, from this platform here. And I hope that you'll be able to share this and all the. The channels with other people. Everyone remember someone who is live right now has a birthday coming up. Who would that be? Oh, I honestly got. I didn't know what. Okay, Brooke, I didn't know what you were talking about. Thank you. Yeah, it's Wednesday. Just saying. But you can forget about it. I mean, it's not a big deal. Okay. All right, you guys, it's been great. If you don't have any. Any further questions, I'm gonna start wrapping this up again. We're gonna do this every week. If you've got some topics, if you've got some specific areas. As you know me as a generalist, let me just say something about that quickly. Bucky Fuller once said that special. There's specialists and generalists, right? He says the problem with a specialist is a specialist goes extinct when the weather changes. You know, any species that specializes with certain. In a certain environment, in a certain way, when everything changes, they cannot. They usually cannot adapt fast enough. He says, however, generalists are different. Generalists are a little bit of a lot of things. Entrepreneurs are generalists for the most part. And so what I'm going to say is this. I'm a generalist and I'm proud of it. And so while I require a lot of specialists to work with me because I don't have the technical expertise, I'm just really slow learning some of that stuff. I have some great people that work with me, but I think that what we've got is the ability to handle some specific areas. Sales and income, team development, how to teach and how to change the education and how to change the way we educate ourselves and our kids. So if any of that is of Value to you. And if any of the programs are value to you, like share and subscribe and all the channels and just tell me what it is that you want me to talk about. Master of the leaders of team sales. How to make the world wealthy and happy. It is a big deal, Blair. Yes. Thank you, Tila. It is a big deal. Let's. Let's stop keeping it to ourselves and tell people it is a big deal. And let me talk to them and you talk to them, because I think that the world is shell shocked. I think there's a lot of people that made it through. Everybody made it through 2020, and their heads are down and they're burrowing ahead. But I think that there's a gift there. There was a huge gift in 2020, and I just don't. I don't want it to go missed. I don't want it to go missed. The gift of 2020 is that it taught us our need to stay connected. Our need to stay connected. The way Zoom blew up, the way that we. There were calls every day. People went from working 9 to 5 to almost 24, 7. Okay. That our need to connect with each other became more pronounced and more important, not less important. And with all the. And the education system getting flipped on its backside, these are all wonderful things that if we now understand them and we now can talk to people about them, we can all live in a whole different world. Fuller. Bucky Fuller said we all have the opportunity to live at a higher standard of living than the highest standard of living of a billionaire. I believed him back in 1983 when I heard him say that, I believed him. And I've been on that quest ever since. And every year, life expectancy gets longer. Infant mortality goes down, literacy goes up. The amount of food available per person on the planet increases. Yeah, there's a lot of problems. We got climate issues, all kinds of crazy issues and divisions and stuff like that. But let's be a team that unifies that we unify. Don't divide. Unify when you can, and unify people to a better way of living. And that's. That's my message to the world. Yes. Generalist. Proud of one. And you truly train trainer Frankfurt. Forever grateful what you taught me. Well, I'm grateful that you came. The code of honor was a game changer in your business. Thank you. Yes. Unify. Unify. You know, there'll be a lot of people that won't agree with you, but that's why you got the group to fall back on. Group to Fall back on. Okay. So again, I'm just gonna let it go at this. Thank you, Karina. Change the trajectory of your life in one year. Wow. Wow. Train the trainer, master facilitator. Psp. Awesome. Well, congratulations. Well, I look forward to what? The thing I like about this tribe, our tribe, is that it's not a one and done deal. Unfortunately, it's not a one and done. You don't come to a program, then you disappear. I mean, a lot of people do, but for the people that get it, that really get the message, we have a long way to go together and a lot of great things to do together. A lot of celebrating together and a lot of success together. So I'll see you next week. Thank you for showing up for my first audition on. What's this thing even called? What is this platform called? It's called Sam. There we go. How did that happen? See, I told you I was a rookie. I knocked the whole thing off. Okay. Yeah. It's called Streamyard. Thank you, guys. So again, thank you for being a part of this. I look forward to working with you. Give me some questions. If you show up, show up with a good question and we'll launch on it and then you can use it and you can teach it to other people and we'll teach it to each other. Okay? So again, thank you, Brooke. Thank you for your support today and making this thing happen. Again, please subscribe, like share all of our videos and go to blairsinger.com get started. Talk to somebody about PSP. It's coming up soon and I'd love to be able to work with you personally. So we'll see you then. Until then, be awesome.
