Why people quit their jobs?

Blair Singer breaks down why people are quitting jobs: the pandemic made remote work possible, side hustles exploded, and more people started businesses. He argues the economy is shifting, not failing, and offers advice for both employees and employers on adapting.
Why are so many people quitting their jobs? Why? You would think in a time like this everybody's holding on to their jobs so why are you quitting yours? Are you even or do you even have a job? Some people have said that job J O B stands for just over broke, which is I'm going to talk about today. And there's some really weird, weird things going on. But if you understand what's happening, you'll be on top of the game. It could be your best year ever. Those of you don't know me, I'm Blair Singer, rich dad advisor Robert Kiyosaki in the area of sales team personal development and happen to be very, very blessed to be the trainer of thousands of amazing world class trainers all over the world. We create the best teachers, leaders and facilitators in the world and, and come check us out@blairsinger.com and our YouTube channel, all those things. But I wanted to discuss today and I want you to ask questions today about this big topic that's all over the news. Why are so many people quitting their jobs? So again, type your comments in and I'll do my best to answer the comments. Make sure I got that switched on. Yeah, I think we're on. Good, good. So welcome. I took a week off. I was back with family in Ohio with my mom's 90th birthday. That was pretty awesome being with my sister and the whole family. But I'm back here to talk about something I think is really relevant. Think about this right now, that right now one of the most common searched items on the Internet is something called a side hustle. Side hustle. What's a side hustle? A side hustle is a part time job to supplement your current job to make money. Because probably the job that you're in is not paying you enough money to get you the whatever financial dreams or goals that you have for yourself, if that makes sense. Okay, so why is that? Why? Also regardless of what everybody says, the gdp, the way we measure our economy around the world, gross domestic product, which all the goods and services that the United States produces every year and the this may be true in your country if you're in India or if you're in Australia or whether you're in Brazil or wherever you are that the GDP measures, supposedly I'm researching that too measures the amount of goods and products and services that are produced by the country. So last year during 2020, it was bleak as you can imagine. It was down to like 3% growth. Was growth, percentage was only 3%. This year it's over 6%. But people are saying the economy is going into the toilet. Everything is dire. People are quitting their jobs. Here's another statistic. Right now in the United States, there are more jobs available than almost ever before in the last 15, 20 years. So it's not a shortage of. So we have an unemployment issue, but there's plenty of jobs. Let me think about this. And so what there's, and what the other statistic is, this is that last year, in 2020, think about this. The number of people that applied for new to, to license or register a new business was astronomically high. It was like five times, whatever it is in a normal year. So if I'm looking for the truth, which is really difficult to find today, what I'm able to surmise, just on the surface is the economy is still growing, but not in the way we thought it would grow and not in the way that the Federal Reserve and the economists expect it to grow. It's growing by the engine, I believe, that we always knew from the very beginning was the core of all of our economies, the core of all the growth around the world. The source of over half of all the jobs in the world, which is small business, being entrepreneurs. So whether you're working a 9 to 5 job from your home or actually in an office right now, if you don't have a side hustle, you're being left out. If you have a side business that's able to generate you more income, two things are happening. You're generating more money, number one. Number two, actually, there's three things. Number two is you have more command over your own time. And number three, you're learning how to run a business on your own without having to be held at, held hostage, let's put it that way, held hostage by your boss's paycheck. Okay, so why are so many people quitting? Well, if you look up, if you take a look at these numbers, if you're taking a look at these numbers, the numbers will tell you people are not necessarily quitting their job. Well, some people are quitting their jobs, but the ones that lost their jobs are not going back to work. Why? Well, first of all, the government's paying them some money. That's going to end pretty soon, maybe. But the other thing is they're finding other ways to make money. People are just not going to sit there and starve and go broke. So which plays totally into my topic and the things that I always talk about is how do you start a business. How do you become a solo entrepreneur? If you're a solopreneur, how do you get to create a bigger businesses that works on teams and systems and works without you and makes money while you sleep and mostly to help people become great teachers and trainers that can teach people how to do all that. Okay, so that's. So if you. And by the way, if you're interested in that stuff, go to blairsinger.com and there's a ton of resources, a lot of free good content, videos, as well as diagnostics and tools that you can figure out what your strengths are. You can figure out how do you sell best, all those things that you can learn about at, like, for almost no money, zero money to like maybe 10 bucks a month. Okay, so go check it out. Blairsinger.com and please subscribe to our. To our YouTube channel. So again, if you've got some questions, please put in the chat box. Okay, so Gabrielle watching from Nigeria. Very nice to have you here. Ring Ring. Yeah, Ring Ring. I'm not sure where Ring Ring is from. Please. I need to people to help me, okay? I need people to help me. Well, the only. If you need people to help you, it's probably because I'm assuming you need help to build your business and there's a ton of people around that'll do that. And like I said, everybody's looking for a side job, a side hustle to help you. So if you need somebody to sell for you, somebody to deliver for you, somebody to do graphics for you, somebody to do websites for you, there are tons of people out there that are looking for work and doing it from home. They'll do it 24 7. There's always somebody someplace in the world that can do it. You just reach out on your, on whatever. Okay, you were Ring Ring, you see on Facebook, let people know what you're looking for. What do you need help with? So ask here. What, you need people to help you? Help you what? Okay, I need help. Do you need mental help? Do you need physical help? Are you. Is your life in danger? Do you need help building a business? Do you need help with an idea? Somebody said to me once that there is no harm in asking. No harm in asking. What's that mean? That means if you don't ask, the answer is automatically no. And in this realm, in this era that we're moving into right now, your ability to know what you want, to know what you want to do is only going to be satisfied by your willingness and your courage. To ask people to help you. So thank you for asking. But the question is, what is it that you want? What do you want help on? So let's take a look at it for a second. Okay, so what's happening? I believe this is my opinion, that the reason the GDP is still continuing to grow even though employment is still somewhat low, and the reason jobless claims are dropping. Okay. Is not because people are just deciding to quit and disappear into the sunset, is because they're finding other things to do. Not everybody. Quite a few are not, but quite a few are. Okay. And they're starting side hustle, side businesses. And if you take a look on the Internet, on side hustles, the top 10, the top 5, the top 100, the top 200, all of a sudden it's a huge. It's a, It's a huge item on the, on, on the Internet. Why? Because people want it. People want to start something new. So our economy has changed from a brick and mortar going to the office with 5,000 other people in that office and get your work done, to now people are starting to provide services that they don't need to go do those things. What happened in Covid, we happened in Covid and you had to stay home. And in some places, like in India and Thailand and some other places in the world, because of the pandemic, you. You have to stay home. So what are you going to do? What you found out is it wasn't so bad. Being with your family wasn't so bad. Raising your kids, it wasn't so bad. You know, having connections, being able to sit in front of a camera in your underwear but with a shirt on and being able to do business wasn't so bad. And to have to go back to a company where it was boring and your boss was a jerk and you felt like you weren't, there was a ceiling on your earning and you felt like you, you couldn't get ahead and people didn't understand all that stuff. Why do I want to go back to that when with a little bit more effort and on my own time, I can create just as much money doing something else? And by the way, the something else that I'm doing, I don't necessarily, it's not necessarily my passion. Doesn't have to be my passion. It's not. I don't love pet sitting. I don't love doing freelance blog posting. I don't like doing. That's not my passion. But it's okay to do for now. And it's okay to Make. And it's really fun to be able to make my own money doing it. Okay? So I believe that one of the reasons our economy will continue to grow, there may be some jumps in it, is because people are making a transition. That's never happened before in my lifetime. It may have happened before, but not in my lifetime. And that is people are going from working in the offices to becoming entrepreneurs. If you know anything about Rich dad, you'll know that we believe Robert, myself, Ken McElroy, Tom Wheelwright, Garrett and Andy and the whole crew, we believe that your best path to financial freedom still, no matter what's going on out there, is as an entrepreneur, being in command of your own time, being able to build your own teams, being able to develop your own products if you want to, or to license somebody else's, and to be able to pave a way with good financial literacy to your own financial freedom in a fairly short period of time. Because the other thing we learned in 2020, you can live a pretty nice life without spending extravagantly because you didn't travel. Okay? So maybe if you limited your travel a little bit, it gives you some time to build up some capital. So I could go on and on and on and on. Here are two things to consider. Number one, if you're going to do this, do it in a way that helps you make money, so you can make the money and retain the money and also stay legal. Okay, stay legal. What do I mean by that? A side hustle doesn't mean that you make money cash on the side. You don't pay taxes. That's a recipe for disaster. Because if you get good at it, somebody's going to stop you and somebody's going to report it. On one end, either the person that paid you is going to report that they at you as an expense. So therefore, you're being tracked from that end or whatever. And I just saw in the news today that in America, they're going to give permission to our Internal Revenue Service to dig deeply into social media platforms to find out where people are making money so that they can go audit those people to find out where that money's coming from and if they pay taxes on it. So Big Brother is getting deeper and deeper and deeper into it. So stay legal. Stay legal. As my. As my friend Tom Wheelwright says, he goes, you got to find ways to make more money and pay less tax. More money, less tax. That's the whole idea. Okay, so let's see what else I'm watching from South Africa. Blair, do you offer sales training through a webinar? Oh yeah. With certification upon completion. Well, we don't offer certification, but we do. And I think Joshana from my team says if you go to blairsinger.com you can sign up for one. And what we're actually, we're releasing a new program called Entrepreneur edp Entrepreneur emp, Entrepreneur Mastery Program. We have a trainer mastery program. We're taking people that are interested in probably the biggest side hustle that can become a main hustle, make you a multimillionaire in a couple of years as trainers online to be able to teach people different skills and tasks. We're also creating, where we've already launched in Thailand an entrepreneur mastery program which is 3 days, $15. That's all it is. There is not a place to sign up for on blurcenter.com but if you're interested, type in interested and we'll let you know. And it's an amazing, fun packed and intense fun. Four hours a day for three days. We're going to show you how to start as an entrepreneur, the basic skills you need to start. And then if you want to go further with that, then you can. But we're releasing that as well in the next 30 days. So if you're interested in more of that, go to BlairCenter.com Gabrielle has a source as well. What else is there? Can you drop me a link? Yeah, yeah, you can drive. The link is. Yeah, the bl. The link is scrolling across the screen. It's Blair singer dot com. Just go there. A lot of free material, find out. Number one skill is your ability to sell. The one thing about all these side hustles other than like Uber or Lyft or ride sharing services, you don't have to sell anything. Basically they, the company sells and they give you the lead and you show up and put the person in your car and you get paid. Okay, so there are deals like that like doordash, food delivery. But if you're gonna do some of the higher paying side hustle jobs like freelance freelancing, copywriting, affiliate marketing, these are, I'm just talking about the top 20 that I've seen out there. If you're gonna be doing website design, some of these things that you can do on the side, that's going to require your ability to sell your service on your social media platform or verbally to people so that then they're enticed to want to work with you. Okay, so again that's going to require a level of sales. So Sales is number one. If you go to BlairCenter.com, find out where your selling strength is. It's free. Find out how you sell best. So don't try to use a method to that other people are using. Because. Because if it's not natural to you, it's going to come across as not natural. And people I think are pretty savvy on camera, on the Internet to be able to figure out if you're for real or if you're not. So do that, do that, do that in the very beginning. Okay, so what other questions do we have? Sandria, hello from Lithuania. I'm so blessed to be trained by you, Blair. Thank you. I'm still using all the knowledge I got from you. Thank you. Thank you. You're welcome, Sandria. And don't stop learning. Always seek new knowledge from myself, from other. From other teachers, from other gurus. But don't get distracted. Make sure that if you got a side hustle, you go, okay, I got the side hustle. I'm going to do food delivery or I'm going to do pet sitting. That's really a big one here is because so many people got pets last year now, now some of them are going back. Some of them are going back to work. People need to take care of the pets, feed them, walk them, do that kind of stuff. So if you're gonna, if you're gonna do something like that, maintain a certain level of focus. Don't be jumping around, well, I don't like this one. Now I'm gonna go do this one. I don't like this job. This side hustle. I'm gonna try another one on copywriting or I'm gonna try another one on fitness or something. Because if you're using social media as your platform to market from, they're going to realize that you're. People are going to say, isn't this the same person that was doing pet sitting? Isn't that the same person? Right. And you don't want that because then your reputation, the reputation very quickly is you're not serious. You're just looking, shopping around. Okay? So stay focused on that stuff. Okay. And congratulations in Lithuania. So Mark says he's interested. Mark. That get us. That get us. Okay, Mark. So you're interested in that. Mark also says it is happening, building businesses and keep enjoying a pretty lifestyle. Yeah. What? So one of the. I got distracted. I wanted to address why are people quitting. Kind of told you that. The other reason, that's the external reason. That's what the economy's doing. That's what happened because of the pandemic. The. That's what happened because we stayed home. That's what happened. People decided to venture out on their own and to create some more. Because. And now the because is going to bridge me into reason. The other reason people are quitting. And the reason people are quitting is because first of all, people come to the realization that you're not going to make enough money in your current job to fulfill the lifestyle that you want. Okay? So you either got two choices. You're either going to figure a way to generate more income or you're gonna have to downgrade your dreams. Now, I'm not an advocate for downgrading your dreams at all, ever. Okay? And I'm an advocate, and I'm also an advocate that it's not about how much money you make, it's what you do with the money. So there's two solutions. One solution is play the cash flow game. Go to richdad.com get the cash flow game and play it. If you haven't played it, play it three or four times. Get, get your head around what you do with the money. If you play that game, in other words, it's back up. You can't see it's up here. Okay? If you play the game, you'll realize that one of that you'll get a job card or a career card. So each player gets a career card. So you may be an airline pilot, you may be a janitor, you may be a schoolteacher, you may be a doctor, a lawyer, whatever. And what you'll find is the lowest paid career. Being a janitor actually has the ability to generate a lavish lifestyle faster than the doctor or the airline pilot, even though they make two, three, four times the amount of money. So it's not what, it's not how much money you're making, it's what you do with the money, investing it, all those kinds of things. And richdad.com is a, is a mecca for great information on how to do that. Okay? So go play. Just go play the game and handle that part. Second part is you do need to make some more money in the meantime, because the more money you make, the more you can invest or the more you can devote to your lifestyle. So that's up to you. So which bridges the gap is. So why are people quitting? Why are people not going back to work? Well, first of all, it's not enough money. It's not worth the money that they're making, is not worth the Pain and the aggravation they got to have that they get by staying there. So what's that tell me? Tells me. If you are a business owner and you have a team, you better learn how to be a better leader. You better learn how to be a better leader or you're going to lose good people that have creativity, that have take responsibility for themselves. All the people you want to have in your business, they're going to leave and go start their own unless you create an environment there that inspires them to want to be there. Now how do you do that? Well, first of all, maybe you make it okay for people to have side hustles. Maybe you encourage it. Maybe you create education programs once a month where you guys all play the cash flow game together online or do whatever to help them do those things. Be seen as a teacher and a leader. Do you have a code of honor in your business? A code of honor that protects people? It says, never abandon a teammate in need. Take personal responsibility. No blame. You know that no question is a stupid question. Public humiliation or scolding is no longer allowed in the company. You know, things like this that will allow people to feel like, you know, I feel like it's a good place. I have great teammates. Do you have, do you have frequency of interaction that you should be writing all these things down, writing all these steps if you're, if you're trying to build a team. Are we having regular meetings where they're not long, boring meetings, but meetings where we create together, where we problem solve together, where every person feels like they got a say in what's going on and they've got an ability to exercise their, their bottled up creativity? Okay. Okay. True. To be a better leader, it's a lifetime goal. That's right. That's a great opportunity. Hi. From India, Blair Christie. Does Blair Singer sing it? Does Blair Singer sing? Very, very cute. Very cute. You'll never find out, will you? Okay, so again, what. Why are people quitting? People are quitting because where they were working is not as desirable as it used to be. And what they found out by being home and dealing with a little bit less income, in some cases, they found out they could do a little bit more with a little bit less money. And so therefore they're not so desperate for the paycheck anymore. Now there are some people that have chosen to live on government subsidy and that's enough for them for right now. I'm not talking about those people. I'm talking about other people that have made a. That are Capable, qualified people, which are you, if you're watching this, that making a decision, what are the trade offs? And the reason I know is because our GDP is continuing to grow even though the number of people going into jobs has fallen. And the big complaint is we got all these jobs, nobody in it. Well, why nobody? Because employers aren't paying very much money. So you work like a dog for minimal wages. Okay? So why do I want to go back to that when I can make maybe a little bit less money, stay at home, get a side job and actually make more money and have my freedom and maybe quit that job altogether? One of the other shocking statistics I found out is there's a whole sector of people out there that are holding down two full time jobs from home, right? So they're, they're on a conference call with their, with their main company right here and they have, they're also working full time for another company. Company. Okay. And what they do is then, so they schedule their calendars so that they're not, they don't have conflicts. Why, why are they doing that? Because they've also learned that in an eight to ten hour day there's a lot of wasted time so they can get all the work done they need to get done over in this company and do all the work they need to get done in this company and still have time left over. How about that? What's that say? That says that over there where we used to work is not very efficient. It was just we had bodies in there at a certain price point, you know, for certain wage point to fill space, but it wasn't that efficient. So what's again, I'm, I'm giving this all to you. You make your own assumptions. But for me, I've said on, on prior live streams, I'm just looking for the truth. And if I could just find the truth, I'll make my, I'll come to my own conclusion. So I just look at the. Up. Excuse me. I'm just going to look at the facts and piece together as best I can what I know about business. Okay? Now I'm not going to recommend that you work for two companies at one time because there's an ethical issue there. There's an ethical issue there. But the fact is, is that if you're an employer, then maybe you don't need to employ people for eight hours a day. What are they going to do for eight hours? Maybe the job only requires three or four hours a day and so then you got to cut their pay in half. Well, no, maybe you're not going to pay full pay, but for half time you'll pay more. So if you're making 20 bucks an hour for an eight hour day, it's $160. So for half the day would be four hours at 20 is $80. But we'll bump it up to 100 because it's a benefit to both of us. You know, I save some money, you make a little extra money for. And you have time to build your other business. What about that? You know, interesting. At the Rich Dad Company. At the Rich Dad Company, everybody there is encouraged to have their own businesses and encouraged to do their own investing in real estate or whatever commodity they went to. And they, and, and, and they teach their staff and their employees how to do that. Okay, we encourage our, our group to do that too. Now, some do, some don't, but most people that really have creativity and have the ability to. And a little bit of I don't want to have a ceiling over my income will take that kind of stuff on. Okay? So again, no, Christie, I am not kidding. True. To be a better leader is a lifetime goal. That's right. That's right. So again, I'm kind of jumping along around the board, but the original question is, why are people quitting their jobs? And how do you stay on top of that? You stay on top of that by the fact of understanding how to build a business, because that's where it's going. Number of entrepreneurs is increasing, number of opportunities for entrepreneurs are increasing as we move more and more and more into a service economy. Okay? And that's not going to change with automation, with technology. As technology races ahead, you could think about 100,000 truck drivers that are not going to have any jobs driving trucks anymore because those trucks are going to be driving themselves. So they need some new skills and they're going to need somebody to teach them those new skills. So if you want to be a trainer and teach some new skill that you know how to do that's pandemic proof or are technology resistant, then you'll want to teach it. But learn from us, because we'll teach you how to teach it the right way. Okay? Not to be just a talking head because nobody will listen to you. Okay? So again, couple issues here. Let me review. Number one, if you're, if you're an employer, if you're, if you've got your own business and you're trying to build a team, make it a place where people want to be part of that team code of Honor opportunities, education, an environment where people feel nurtured and grown and high level of accountability and make them feel like they're part of something bigger than themselves. Those are the criteria on that side. Okay, if you're going to be employer now, if you are employed, then the idea then is to be able to find yourself a side hustle, a side business that will allow you to start generating income, make yourself legal, stay in compliance, generate some additional income, learn, learn the rope, so to speak. And again, we can teach you how to do that@blurcenter.com and there's a whole entrepreneurial sequence that you can learn about how to develop your selling cycle, all those kinds of things, but that's how you take advantage of it. The other thing you can do as an employer is to talk to your boss and say, look, honestly, the stuff you have me doing now, I'm working from home right now. I can get it done in like half the time. Let's do this so I don't have to show up and be accountable for eight hours a day. How about we just work at. I would work four to six hours a day. Sorry about that. I'll work four to six hours. Okay. And rather than you paying me 20 bucks an hour for that, let's just bump it up to 25. You win, I win, we're all good and see what happens. Learn how to sell the deal. Negotiate a deal, he saves money, he gets his work done. Should be a no brainer if you're able to communicate it properly. Okay, but take control, take responsibility. This is a huge opportunity. Never before in my history have I ever seen such a groundswell of people making a shift from corporate world or from working at a job to becoming entrepreneurs. Now remember that the failure rate of entrepreneurs is still extremely high. That has not changed that. We know that 50%, more than 50% of most businesses will fail in the first couple of years. And of the remaining 50%, 50% of them will fail in the next couple of years after that. Why? Only self inflicted reasons. It's too hard. I don't know what to do. I don't have good advice. You need to have good mentorship. Get mentored by somebody that's reputable, not by somebody who's a flash flashing the pan on social media or something that makes all these big outlandish promises. Find people that are doing well. You'll find them, you'll know them, shadow them a little bit, mirror them. What are they doing? Who do they go to? Who are their teachers? Go to Their teachers. Go to my teachers. Okay? That's the way to get it done. That's the way to get it done. Okay, so again, let's see here. What does Sandria say? She says, seems a lot of people had heard your call. People need trainers and leaders in difficult times. There are teachers and leaders, teachers and trainers on every corner. I told you that's true, Sandra. I mentioned, I said, I said this a couple, a year and a half ago, that it was the biggest groundswell and opportunity if people seized it. And that was a revolution in education. A revolution in education. And again, remember, there are three major revolutions going on. One is education, the other one is healthcare, and the other one is in finance. The way we. What we do with our money and how we treat our money. Okay? And who we, who, who we are hold ourselves to be responsible to for the money. Not our bosses and not the government. Right. Those three areas, huge, huge, huge. Why? Because those are the three institutions that fell on their back when COVID 19 hit and they have not recovered. They're still not recovering. Okay? So that's true. Now what do you do, Sandra? So what you do, Sandra, is make sure that you are getting trained to be the best of the best in both the area of developing your programs and delivering them, which I do, and also in marketing those. Marketing and selling those programs. Okay? Because if you can do that, you'll move yourself ahead of the hundreds and hundreds of thousands of people that are on YouTube talking about how to be, that are claim to be trainers and coaches to help you. There's a big difference between making a transformational change in a person's life and giving them information. Everybody knows how to lose weight and get in shape, but very few people do it. Why? Because the hard facts of doing it are simple. But the personal development, how to influence and change your mind and change your habits to, that's very, very different. Which is what we teach. How to get a person to change their behavior that quickly, permanently. That's a skill that very few trainers have. And that's why we have our Trainer Mastery program, Funnel tmp. And you know, I basically make it Almost free for $15 for four hours a day for three days to learn amazing things about how to be a great trainer that I might guarantee that program that if you apply it on your worst day training, you'll be better than most people on their. Most professionals on their best day. And we start from there. And then those people that really want to learn it, then we have a whole curriculum after that. But you know, if we start with 2,000 people, we'll end up with. We just finished our first cycle of that. Our diamond coaching program where I work with people intently for eight, eight sessions over. Over three and a half months. Yeah, three and a half months, eight sessions. And we work intently on their personal stuff to get their programs up to speed and all of that. And those people come out and all of them are doing healthy six and seven digit income staff. So but it's not everybody. Some people are just interested in it and it's okay. So here's what I know. The, the people that want to be trainers, which is a big number, the people that actually are committed to becoming good trainers is very, very small. So think about that. 40 out of 2000. 40 out of 2000. So you can figure the percentages of that 2,200 would be 2%, right? No, 200 would be 20%. Yeah. 200 would be 20% to 20 would be 10%. Two. Yeah. Right. So it's a very, very small percentage. It's a very, very small percentage. About 5% less, even less than that of the people that actually say they want to do it. Okay, so what that tells you, there's room for you to be the best of the best of the best. And we can help you with that. Go, you know, again, go to BlairCenter.com or pick up or go to my YouTube channel. It's a whole bunch of stuff on how to on the like the 20 biggest mistakes that trainers and presenters make. It's free. Go check it out. Just following that's going to make you even better. So again, that's the revolution. That's the revolution going on. Okay, Exactly. Thanks for your trainings. I'm doing it every single day and love it. All right, good. Thank you, Sandra. Okay, here's a good business to help you with your MLM Social. Okay. There's Facebook.com groups and a little bit of a link that I can't read to you. So yeah, there's a lot of people flooding into that. I wish there were more people flooding into health because I believe, and we've talked about this before is that the wakeup call of COVID and I talked with my doctor just the other day is this is that it reveals an underlying problem and vaccines are not necessarily the answer. The real answer to the issue is that people are just not healthy. So with a vaccine or without a vaccine, you still going to get that. You still can get the disease, but the people that do well are people that have Strong immune systems that are people that have been taking care of themselves. That's health care. One of my friends, one of the advisors, Radhikopali, says it's not healthcare, it's wealth care, which is on the hospital side and on the insurance side. How do they make money on all that? Okay. But if you have the ability to help people be healthier, live healthier lifestyles, change their behaviors, that's huge. That's priceless. It's priceless. And again, as a trainer, you can do that. So let's see what else. Tom Cook. Hey, Tom Cook. Hope your clubhouse went well today or whenever it was, I saw your, your name up there, or maybe that was yesterday or tomorrow, but yeah, Tom, by the way, a little shout out to Tom. Tom's if you're interested in business startup, he's a coach. He's part of our BSTA tribe of coaches and he, that's especially helping people start up businesses. So if you've got a side hustle and you want to develop it or whatever, check him out. Go to his Facebook fan or Facebook page, fan page, whatever, and check him out. He'll, he'll help you. Okay. And I know he's good because I helped train him. No, he's actually, he's one of the best on the planet. Okay. All right, excellent. So I'm going to start wrapping this up unless you guys have some more questions about it. But just to understand overall, the biggest picture of all, and I always try to get people to look at the biggest picture, most people start small and get smaller. Think about it this way. If you were by the side of the road watching cars go by, you have no idea where they're going, right? But if you got in a hot air balloon and went up a couple hundred feet, you could begin to see where some of those cars are going. If you throw about a thousand, two thousand feet, you would actually see where they're going. Why? Because you pull away from it. You get more perspective. More perspective. If you want to be a great leader, that is a priceless skill. To be able to pull back, get to the truth and be able to see the big picture, then all the stuff at the bottom, at street level begins to make some sense. And you can weed out the things that don't make sense. So if you're to pull back, look at the numbers, look at the facts, before you start listening to, to the pundits on social media, before you start listening to me, before you start listening to news broadcasters and everything else as a Leader, if you can, pull back and seek your own truth. Those of you that took the Master Facilitator program with me, we studied Dr. Buckminster Fuller and he talked about the truth, about making mistakes. He said, we learn, we basically learn as human beings by trial and error, and we seek the truth on our own. What's happened in the last two years is because of our dependence on the Internet, we are bombarded with narratives, liberal narratives, conservative narratives, all kinds of narratives. Okay, so we are being asked or being told to believe this narrative without us really researching it ourselves. Or they get a select number of facts that they present to you. Seek it on your own. Be diligent about that. I go to, I go to government websites and I don't even know if I can trust them. Go to the government websites. What is our gdp? What are the jobless numbers? What are, you know, how many people are actually taking up jobs? And then I asked myself the question, based on all that, what is actually happening here? Now, I may be wrong, but as Andrea said, when I called a revolution in education and training, technology and education and training, it's happened. It doesn't mean you're too late, because this, this revolution is a 40 year revolution. It takes 40 years in, in, in, in the education business to make changes. So you're not going to have any public sector competition for quite a while. You'll have competition from other people, but the market will take care of all that. Just be the best, learn from the best, Be the best and network with the best. Be part of a network of people that are already doing really well. Show that you do well, partner with them. That's what our BSTA trainers do all over the world, in over 40 countries. So yeah, just think of this GDP, 3% to 6%. But people aren't going back to work. How's that happening? More jobs than ever before. How's the GDP go up? It may come down a little bit. Okay, maybe those numbers could also be in lag. But I'm just saying that intuitively there's something mysterious going on. As Dr. Fuller would say, there's something mysterious going on. There are massive changes taking place that we don't even realize are taking place because they're happening in a massive way and they're happening slowly. Think about a hurricane that, that hit Louisiana a couple weeks, about a week or so ago that's now still flooding and drenching things all the way up in the northeastern part of the United States. That's thousands of miles away. That's the first time I've ever heard of a tropical storm or hurricane reaching that far. Okay. So if you don't believe that the climate is changing somewhat, or at least the earth is starting to. To shift the tilt of its axis or something, Something's happening. Be aware. Look at the facts. Okay. Thanks for your teachings. You are welcome. Tom Cook. All right, so if you have any questions about any of the things that we covered about how to get started on a job on. On. On a side hustle, how to do it right, the things that, as an employer, what you want to do to maintain, to keep your team so they don't quit so they stay working with you. So you look, you got to change, not your employees. You got to change. You're responsible. You create the business. You created the cup. You created the context. You make the changes, change the way you do business, and it may turn out to be more fun, more economical. And then at the end of the day, you'll keep your best people and you'll also have maybe even help some of them become great entrepreneurs, which is also a testimonial to you as an individual because you're a great leader. Okay, so those are my thoughts, and I thank you. If you have questions, go to my website, give us the questions, or type in a question on my. On any media that you're on. If you're. Most of you're on Facebook, type in a question on Facebook or go to the YouTube channel, and I'd be happy to do my best to answer them on the next call. Okay, I'm going to start shortening these things, as I mentioned before, and increase the frequency so more people can access it. So stay tuned. We'll probably be starting that in a couple of weeks. All right, so emp. Watch for it. Watch for it. Entrepreneur Mastery Program. Watch for that. Okay, tmp, you want to be a trainer? Start there. Be amazing. Love you guys. Bye. Bye.
