Blair Singer says your business can't grow past what you believe about yourself. Limiting beliefs like "I have to do it myself" or "I don't have enough money" trap you as a solo operator instead of letting you build something bigger.
Revenue will not grow past the size of this invisible ceiling. And the invisible ceiling is the invisible ceiling between your right ear and your left ear. You know, at the Rich dad company we used to talk about the fact that people are either employees, self employed, business owners and investors, that a person has the courage to go into business for themselves as self employed. The problem with that is that they're making themselves scale resistant. Why? Because they have beliefs like if I want it done right, I got to do it myself, I don't have enough money, who's going to listen to me? I'm not big enough. Once I get much better at what I'm doing, then I can scale well. You know, the scaling never happens because you keep reinforcing the ceiling in your brain that you're small. Focus on your limiting belief systems, blow those out of the water and watch your business take off. Otherwise you're going to get stuck as an S quadrant self employed solopreneur for the rest of your life, which is not what you want.
